Vietnam: hotel con internet nella provincia di Lam Dong

L'hotel sembra grande e in generale bene. Hanno un'app per prenotare il servizio di bugs, ma i tempi sono incoerenti e a volte non rispondono. Il nostro ultimo giorno ho prenotato e cinque bugs sono passati e ho dovuto battere la bandiera il prossimo. Il colazione è un completo disastro e non la più grande varietà. Quando siamo arrivati, andate al ristorante italiano e hanno un buon menu di cocktail, ma il server ha detto che non li fanno in quel ristorante. Ho chiesto perché hanno un menu completo di opzioni e lei ha detto che non lo sapeva. Non c'è nessun accesso vicino alla spiaggia, ma la piscina principale è ok, ma può essere un po' piena. In generale l'aspetto è cinque stelle, ma al meglio 3 sarebbe giusto. Non molto per le coppie di sera, siamo andati al ristorante Matador in strada e è stato sorprendente. Da la prospettiva del costo per l'esperienza, non ripresero' a questo hotel.

New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una grande esperienza in tutto. La proprietà è bella, con un ambiente verde lussuoso che crea un'atmosfera rilassante. Il minibar gratuito è un bel toccamento, la spiaggia è ben mantenuta con sabbia morbida e acqua chiara. Un altro aspetto unico è il deserto vicino con dune di sabbia gialla e bianca, offrendo splendide viste. Tuttavia, un punto di svolta è il numero limitato di camere da sole, e anche durante la stagione estiva è stato difficile trovare una gratis, che potrebbe essere scomodo per gli ospiti che cercano di rilassarsi dalla spiaggia o dalla piscina. Nonostante questa piccola questione, consiglio ancora l'hotel per le sue eccellenti strutture e la sua pittoresca posizione.

A well appointed Hotel of the highest standard. Rooms are a good size amazing views overlooking DaLat City centre all the way out to the mountains. Spectacular views. Breakfast is of the highest standard and there is a lot of choice. Different meats, vegetable dishes, excellent omelette and sunny eggs station, coffees ☕️, tea 🍵, fruit selection, fresh pastries ..everything included 😋. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Concierge staff are on hand to help with anything - even operating the photo booth (Duc Nguyen in the hotel lobby was awesome and nothing was too much effort 👌). They have a fun photo booth and guests can use for free. Large reception area is very tastefully decorated ( had Christmas decorations ). All the staff are very helpful and friendly (and they speak English as well which is super helpful) Highly recommend this hotel if you come to DaLat. I would stay here again without hesitation.

The most of the staff can't speak English! Very negative attitude for our questions, Gave a wrong info or I don't know! The food was so TERRIBL, we ordered for lunch on 1st day. Pumpkin soup and Pizza - So terrible ! No Hot pepper or no Hot sauce. They brought chilli sauce for the Pho! But one manager was so professional, she gave us all we need plus many helpful tips so we could finish our trip without any further trouble. A huge hotel but very few trained staff! Thanks!

L'Hotel Pink ha reso la mia prima visita a Da Lat davvero memorabile. La camera accogliente e estetica, il delizioso cibo e il caffè, e soprattutto il personale gentile e utile mi hanno perfettamente reso il mio soggiorno perfetto. Ho avuto problemi a prenotare un autobus a causa della barriera linguistica, ma il personale mi ha aiutato gentilemente! E' un po' lontano dai principali luoghi turistici, ma questo lo rende più tranquillo e più rilassante. Rimarrò qui, sicuramente. Molto consiglio! Il primo luogo di visita a Dalat ha reso il viaggio più speciale, l'Hotel Pink. Grazie all'interno confortevole e emotivo, al cibo delizioso e al caffè, e soprattutto al personale molto amichevole, sono stato felice per tutta la mia permanenza. Non ero bravo nella lingua e non era facile prenotare un autobus, ma il personale era così gentile e utile che mi colpì molto; mi sentivo sincero in ogni piccolo aiuto, e grazie a ciò il viaggio era molto più confortevole e piacevole. La prossima volta che torno a Dalat, rimarrò qui senza esitazione. Anche se è un po' lontano dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, è più tranquillo e più tranquillo, che è il luogo perfetto per riposare. Grazie per la vostra accoglienza e la vostra attenzione, e mi consenta sinceramente di raccomandare questo posto.

The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.

Wow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future

Situazione incredibile vicino al lago e la vista principale, accogliente piacevole e utile, spaziose camere pulite, grande valore, molto consigliata!
