ZZhiailansedemao非常完美的酒店，寬敞明亮，設計感超強，裡外兩間，外間的梳化床也非常舒適、質量很好。窗外是街道風景，教堂鐘樓的聲音隨風飄盪，凈化心神的空靈感油然而生……是我和孩子們非常喜歡的風格～房間的食品酒水非常豐富，而且都含在費用裏。服務費可以刷卡、現金，也很靈活。衞生間水盆的堵頭壞了，電話客服，開門一看，前台帥氣小夥過來維修，二話不説脱掉西裝，麻利修好，這一人多用也不限於國內，孩子説可能因為等維修工到了，不知猴年馬月了～～～

UUtente ospiteAn sich ein zauberhaftes Hotel, sauber, geräumig, komfortabel. Allerdings wennman das Zimmer direkt nebe/vor einem Kaffeevolautomaten auf dem Flur hat, sollte man besser auch sonntags zu den extremen Frhaufstehern zählen. Leider bin ich nur früh um 4:00, nach einer Veranstaltung erst zurück gekommen. Es hat keinen Spaß gemacht in unregelmässigen Abständen ab 7:00 Uhr morgens aus dem Tiefschlaf gerissen zu werden, durch das Gefühl eines Kaffevollautamten auf dem Kopfkissen neben einen - also akustisch.
Und der Vorschlag der Auszubildenden am Empfang, dass sie da nichts für einen tun könnte zur Wiedergutmachung hat mich auch bei meiner müden, stundenlangen Heimfahrt nicht trösten können. Unverschämt fand ich, dass noch erwähnt wurde, dass ich ja nur ein Zimmer der unteren Preiskategorie gebucht hätte, bei den höherpreisigen Zimmern, wäre mein Zimmer ruhiger gewesen. Hätte ich geahnt, das 80€/Nacht ohne Frühstück mich nur mit Schlaf bis um 7:00 bemächtigen, hätte ich ich für ein anderes Etablissement entscheiden :-(

UUtente ospiteWe booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm.

UUtente ospiteRundum zufrieden, ich habe zwar nicht das bestellt KingSize Bett bekommen, aber das war auch der einzige Formfehler ;-) das Frühstücksbuffet war das Highlight..... echt vielfältig und super lecker. Die Lage ist perfekt zentral, gut fußläufig zur Altstadt gelegen, Restaurants und Bars ringsherum. Wer einen großen SUV fährt muss sehr gut einparken können, das Parkhaus ist echt ne Herausforderung, ;-) Aber auch hier gibt es Parkhäuser in der näheren Umgebung.

UUtente ospiteMolto amichevole saluto. Le camere sono grandi e spaziose. L'appartamento è stato dotato di una linea di cucina, due campi di induzione. Nonostante l'ambiente vivace nella zona residenziale, tranquillo. Dormire con finestre piegate è stato possibile.
Purtroppo non è offerto il colazione, e ho dovuto scappare sulla Reve e sul panino - tre minuti a piedi -

When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer.
It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.
