It takes a while only 1 receptionist available
When checking out there was 1 guest who was checking in who took so long when we we’re about 4 waiting with only 1 receptionist Plse don’t be mean add others when I was checking in it was the same
If your planning to check out and your in a hurry better leave early or you will be late

Good hotel, big room, with kitchen space and fridge, clean, hot water, free water bottles. Good wifi. Good AC.
Small TV and it was not working the decoder (DTS)
Reception at 12th floor, and rooms between 11-12th floor.
Fast checking, without problems.
Pool at 14th floor, It can be used, but it belongs to an external gym. 10k is required upon payment. It's not quiet, with plenty of young people swimming, music playing, and they have reasonably priced food and drinks.

This is a comfy stay in the heart of dar es salaam ! Please go to Joshua in the front desk who will make you feel very much welcome and even offer you upgrades, and free welcome Tanzania wine and fruits!
Shout-out also to Khadijah our housekeeping manger who made sure all is smooth at arrival..

Room is classy, clean, and sharp! Hotel is in good location few steps from ferry terminal. Personnel are extremely friendly! Please stay here.

We meet the manager when we check out.he is so nice and thoughtful to tell us we can get into the reception room to wait our taxi and even get us a drink. Even though the hotel is not that good as we excepted, but the service is amazing make us feel at home.

Il check-in ha richiesto troppo tempo, più di 30 minuti. Il desk front non può trovare la mia prenotazione. Il servizio nel ristorante è buono. Il cibo è bello. Tuttavia, non è stata una buona esperienza quando siamo andati a controllare. Non possono ancora trovare la nostra prenotazione e volevano pagarmi il prezzo della stanza. Ho mostrato al personale la conferma dell'hotel da Trip.com, e poi hanno deciso di prendere le tariffe della stanza. E il tempo necessario per il check-out è troppo. Non tornerà nel futuro.

JJNB_82To be fair, this hotel scores average because it is not a family friendly place Apart from having a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing and nowhere for children. I was travelling with mine, so it was not the most comfortable experience.
We travelled and stayed over new year's eve, so perhaps that was the reason for much of the discomfort, but without going into too much unnecessary detail, it was noisy, extremely hot in the corridors, lots of mosquitoes ( my 6YO was bitten ), no nets, outdated bathroom, weak plumbing, shower takes a little while to heat up in the evening, just generally poor, and not what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel.
Staff were generally really pleasant, except for the one lady at breakfast who seemed totally unimpressed to have to engage with guests, but still insisted on doing so, then incorrectly served a dish to our table and proceeded to get snappy with us over HER mistake. Unprofessional and distasteful.
Gym is small, outdated, equipment well used and not fully functional.
Restaurant curry very tasty, huge dessert portions, breakfast spread sufficient, but coffee not hot, and had to wait for a chef from the kitchen to make scrambled eggs that took a good 20mins!
This hotel is not a place to expect luxury or exceptional comfort, but if a bed and a place to be close to banking and service centres is what you require, this place will serve it's purpose. Pool is a good size, very clean, and night view from the pool deck is pretty.

JJNB_82The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings.
There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest.
Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting.
It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels.
The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well.
There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!

RRBP83Well, you get what you pay for. Everything is very basic and it’s very difficult to get a good nights sleep as the flight path is directly over the hotel and there is no sound-proofing.
The room was relatively clean, but the bathroom had a septic smell to it coming from the drain, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
3 positive aspects:
- Location to the airport (which is what I wanted due to an early morning flight).
- The staff were friendly.
- Airport drop off was included.
