Turchia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Provincia di Van

Il nostro soggiorno è stato per una notte per godere di strutture come la piscina, la sauna, la stanza a vapore e la zona spa. Abbiamo accidentalmente prenotato per la data sbagliata, e ci hanno aiutato gentilmente a cambiare la prenotazione un giorno prima, in modo che potessimo rimanere immediatamente, per il quale siamo stati molto grati. La camera stessa era spaziosa e confortevole, e il colazione aveva una grande varietà di opzioni. In generale, la camera e il colazione erano buone. La principale delusione è stata tuttavia la struttura di benessere, che è stata la ragione principale per cui abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Quando siamo arrivati, ci sono stati alcuni problemi di pulizia nel bagno, tra cui le tinture nel bagno, e abbiamo dovuto chiedere ulteriori pulizie. La piscina era estremamente fredda e in pratica inutilizzabile, e ci è stato detto che era stata chiusa a causa del cambiamento stagionale, che era deludente perché queste informazioni non erano state chiarite in anticipo. La sauna era anche fredda quando siamo arrivati, e il personale ci ha informato che ci serviva qualche ora per riscaldare, per poterla usare solo brevemente. La stanza di vapore era completamente fuori servizio a causa di problemi tecnici. Infine, potremmo usare la zona balneare turca solo in modo adeguato, mentre il personale era gentile e cercava di aiutare, purtroppo le strutture non rispondevano alle aspettative create dall'esperienza di pubblicità e prenotazione dell'hotel. Credo che questo hotel abbia potenziale perché le camere e il servizio clienti erano buoni, ma le strutture di benessere hanno bisogno di una migliore manutenzione e una comunicazione più chiara per gli ospiti.

This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great.

The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Elite world nest . The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and we were very satisfied with the service. Everything was organized, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

Il personale è amichevole e attento Sono arrivato all'alloggio e sono andato a vedere il van-cat, mi hanno guidato direttamente, e quando ho chiesto di prendere l'autobus a Doubeyajit, mi hanno aiutato come se fosse il loro business. Sono stato molto soddisfatto della condizione e delle strutture di pulizia. Grazie a loro, ho avuto una buona impressione di Van Lo consiglio a chiunque.

Ottima posizione, buon personale, ma bisogno di una rigenerazione.
