Our stay at Hotel Unique was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and quickly became to know my partner and I. The breakfasts were amazing, freshly prepared and great portion sizes! We ate at the hotel twice in the evening and enjoyed there lovely food by the pool as well. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Il paesaggio è molto soddisfatto, il servizio non è molto soddisfatto, le ragazze della reception non devono essere un'unica, chiedere una strada molto imbarazzante, inoltre, Trip.com è prezioso, abbiamo stabilito una suite di scena del mare ad un'altra piattaforma che è più conveniente di me!

Questa è la mia seconda visita all'Hotel Juglans Suites. Gli architetti di stile europeo, i dettagli di design elegante e le strutture della camera renderanno il vostro soggiorno comodo. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale, che deve fornire un alto livello di servizio. Purtroppo, la tendenza non cambia per il meglio adesso. Ultimamente tutto con il manager Halil è stato risolto con una nota positiva e molto rapidamente. L'attenzione, il tatto e la cura con cui ha trattato ogni cliente possono essere dato solo come esempio. È stato l'anima di questo hotel, ma purtroppo non lavora ora. Con la sua atteggiamento al lavoro, ha aumentato le vendite dell'hotel, questi dipendenti meritano di apprezzare! Ora non c'è piastra di benvenuto con frutta, la piscina non è riscaldata, non c'è salotto solare sulla spiaggia (l'anno scorso c'era), il trasferimento annunciato non è fornito (per un canone), la pulizia delle stanze è effettuata solo su richiesta, ma non più di una volta ogni 3 giorni, la qualità della pulizia lascia molto da desiderare (i pavimenti non sono lavati, i fondi per i detergenti non sono aggiunti, il letto da letto non è cambiato). Se siete venuti per un lungo periodo, prendete cura di un asciugamano da cucina, ruggine, compresse per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In ogni caso, se accettate e tenete conto delle svantaggi, il vostro soggiorno sarà comodo. Ti consiglio di smettere.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con mio marito. Viaggiamo in auto, quindi la posizione era buona, era facile raggiungere ogni luogo e anche il parcheggio è piuttosto grande. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, il letto era comodo. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e probabilmente torneremo.

Un bel appartamento a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia 15 minuti a piedi dal centro città 5 minuti supermercato BIM con prezzi attraenti. L’hotel dice trova in altezza come la maggior parte delle camere a Bodrum. Ci siamo trasferiti un piacevole soggiorno. Grazie al personale che sono reattivi e servibili.

What a gem of a hotel ROOME is in Fethiye. Booked here for one night as had an early start in morning to get our bus. Our room was gorgeous - very spacious we booked a room with a round bathtub in the room & it didn't disappoint soo relaxing. Lovely comfy bed & bedding was lovely quality + smelt wonderful. One tiny gripe with the room is there does need to be possibly one light that you can make brighter if you wish as lighting in room has been designed with room ambiance in mind... Also whilst the location is brilliant for shopping , dining out etc it is on quite a noisy street so just bear that in mind if you like ultra quiet rooms. Breakfast was a delight - lovely staff attending you & the breakfast was of very high ingredients. I only wish we had been able to stay a few more nights but we will definitely be going back neck year & this time we will book a table at the restaurant downstairs  Le Populaire which has rave reviews. Thank you to all staff at ROOME for making our stay so enjoyable 😀

Мы пара, но свободен был номер с 2 Отд кроватями. Тоже норм) выспались. Чисто и опрятно. Окна в бок и поэтому в целом тихо было. Приветливый хозяин

The rooms were very clean, the room service ladies did my laundry really good, the hotel breakfast was great (although we almost got scammed at their restaurant/bar when I was there and they did a scan called “menu-switching” thinking I’d not notice). When it was 3 of us, they showed us a double bed room with only 1 bed and didn’t offer a Family deluxe room with 3 beds UNTIL I asked them if they have such a room (Cause I saw it on trip.com). At the end we decided to get into 2 rooms. But somehow now the Family deluxe rooms with 3 beds says they are sold out, and only the rooms with 1 bed are available on this app. I wonder why. Is it another scam to make customers get separate rooms and pay more.

Mi piaceva la stanza che avevamo e abbiamo avuto una vista stupenda dal balcone che si svegliava la mattina, il personale era amichevole, la zona era super fredda e tranquilla, e sarei certamente tornata, data la possibilità.

We arrived at the apartment around 22.45, easy check in and I requested a later check out for our last day as wasn't flying back until 21.35. Staff said no problem and checked us in. The restaurant wasn't open on site so wasn't able to get any water or anything to drink or anywhere local to buy any as was too late. Bins were emptied daily and towels & bedding once but then realised if left on the floor in the bathroom they would be changed. Staff and cleaner were welcoming and friendly. Everything in the room to cook & Clean and toilet paper supplied daily bonus, just couldn't use the frying pan as everything stuck. Had to ask for dry towels day before last as couldn't dry them on the balcony due to weather & no sun but cleaner did change them no problem if asked, the bit of a letdown was building going on next door and the apartments using sander to sand down the chairs so couldn't sit on the balcony due to noise. The last day came and didn't feel well so got ready to go to the chemist when we was asked to get our luggage out of the room, it was 10.50am, I reminded him that he told us we could stay in the room until 17.00 but he then replied they are full but, we could pay an extra night and keep the room? we packed our things and went to our friends. We told the apartment how disappointed we was, if you check in late they should cater for this when checking out not try telling you they are fully booked but if you pay a full extra night you can stay. What a shame.
