It’s an amazing experience to see how Saudi people hospitality and kind to Chinese . I m driving for 5 hrs Fromm Dubai to Riyadh for an exhibition. It’s too early to check in as there are all rooms occupied. But the duty managers were working hard to arrange a room for me even considering to offer their apartments nearby for my accommodation. I m touched not because of their general but their trust in our Chinese . All perfect !!! Not matter environments , service , equipments but also price reasonable.

Ho fatto un errore e ho prenotato una camera deluxe per 142 yuan quando c'era un bug nel sistema. Normalmente dovrebbe costare circa 1.000 yuan. Come previsto, il duro lavoro non è paragonabile alla fortuna. L'ambiente dell'hotel è al di sopra della media a Riyadh. La stanza è abbastanza grande ed è molto comodo sedersi e bere il tè sul tetto. La prossima volta che verrò, spero che tu possa concedermi altri cento giorni.

Si può dire che è stato eccessivo, il bagno è rotto, ho trovato il personale di servizio, e mi sono lasciato andare in un altro bagno temporaneamente...La porta del bagno non c'è, e il sedile lascia il sedile sul pavimento.Rompi i piedi.Nessuna compensazione. Dovrebbe essere la camera piu'peggiore determinata da più di un decennio di Trip.com

الاستقبال كان ودودًا جدًا، والموظفون متعاونون ويحرصون على راحة النزلاء. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، والتصميم أنيق يبعث على الهدوء والاسترخاء.
إفطار الفندق متنوع ولذيذ، والموقع مميز قريب من كل الخدمات والمعالم السياحية.

I encountered two issues during my stay:
1. My reservation didn’t show up in their system upon arrival, and I had to wait an hour for them to resolve the issue.
2. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room until I requested it four times.
Aside from these problems, it’s a good hotel overall.

AayyaFirst of all, I really loved this place, it has a warm feeling, if you’re alone you will have lots of friends to cheer you up, I made a lot of friends there, and it was soooooo good hostel, clean, quiet,and all of the people there are so friendly, ihsan is the owner of the hostel he is so gentle and always love to help us out, if someone need a place to stay or even to have good friends, this place is suitable for what you need, and it’s not expensive at all~

GGuojiahaigangbanchaoL'hotel si trova a circa 3 chilometri dal Kingdom Centre Building. Ci sono diversi parcheggi fuori dall'hotel. La colazione è disponibile, ma il cibo è arabo. La tipologia della camera è nella media lo spazio è relativamente grande. Il prezzo della prenotazione online è relativamente conveniente!

AAsmaskLet’s us start from the beginning of my entrance
The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage
Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease
Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience

Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.
