Ottimo hotel, bellissima stanza, pulita e accogliente. ottima piscina e servizio spa, è stato un piacere soggiornare in questa struttura, consiglio e ci ritornerò sicuramente!!

Il receptionist allo sportello è stato gentile e mi ha fornito informazioni sulla tipologia di camera e sulla scelta del piano. La camera, appena ristrutturata, era pulita e ordinata, il letto era comodo e invitante. Situato all'uscita della stazione della metropolitana, tranquillo nel centro della città, comodo per i trasporti, il cibo dell'hotel è pulito e delizioso😋

Truly a great option in The Hague. We were very pleased from start to finish. Upon check-in, the attendant was attentive and eager to help. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was plentiful. But most of all, it is the perfect location, right across the parliament in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Great option to keep in mind when visiting The Hague.

Exceptional Stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Leiden! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Leiden, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of options to suit different tastes. The on-site restaurant also offered quality meals, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again in the future!

L'hotel ha molti servizi, tra cui una grande palestra e bagni puliti (anche se sono condivisi). Ho visto la colazione che hanno fatto gli altri ed era molto ricca. L'unico lato negativo è che la stanza è troppo piccola. Due persone non riescono nemmeno ad aprire i bagagli insieme e non c'è spazio per mettere le cose. È molto buono se si viaggia leggeri.

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

全家人去庫肯霍夫公園看鬱金香，在旁邊訂了個民宿。到地方一看，就在公園旁邊的鎮上，步行到公園十分鐘。小鎮民風淳樸，有家養的貓每次路過都會和小朋友親密互動，碰到的居民都挺熱情。旁邊的餐館很不錯。小鎮清靜整潔。房間面積也夠大。自駕就比較好。不然打車費會有點高。

Old and spread out blood stains on duvet cover AND fitted sheet mattress cover (including a big one that had been covered with a pillow) were unacceptable. These could in no way have been missed by staff. Friendly staff offered snacks in the morning to go with the coffee. Location very good for transportation and going out. Rooms have very few amenities and extras (not even an extra roll of toilet paper), but the cafe/bar downstairs provides a nice area to sit.
