Seconda volta in 14 giorni in questo hotel con un upgrade della camera, con vista doppia sulla città. Difficile trovare un hotel con un rapporto qualità prezzo migliore di questo a Yangon. È nei fatti un 5 stelle ma lo paghi come se fosse un 3! Colazione, ancora una volta, superlativa. Ottimo il ristorante per cena, che offre sia un menù alla carte che un ricco buffet. Invitante la piscina e il centro massaggi.

As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated the hotel’s professional travel information and thoughtful safety reminders. They made me feel well-supported throughout my entire stay in Yangon. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help whenever I had questions about transportation or places to visit. Thanks to their guidance, everything went smoothly and I felt very safe exploring the city on my own. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Yangon.

LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

The reception staff was extremely helpful, from guiding me around the city to any other requests I had I was unwell on my last days in Yangon and the staff helped me with a late checkout I appreciate all their help and assistance and extremely good service The hotel is in the middle of china town and lots of shops and hawkers for food and fresh fruit are around Hotel is walking distance to downtown and sule pagoda

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. I would like to especially thank the following staff: Thinn Zar and Harry — thank you for attending to me and accommodating my late dinner request Thet Aung Linn — I really appreciated his service as a trainee, and I note his potential. I was very impressed with his fluency in Chinese, which is a great asset The cleaning staff were also dedicated and always conscientious

Melia Yangon – Un fantastico hotel! Pulizia, comoda, e il letto è così incredibilmente accogliente che non si vuole mai alzarsi. Il servizio è eccellente, e la posizione è eccellente. È collegato a un centro commerciale, e proprio lungo la strada è un bellissimo lago che è perfetto per una passeggiata mattina rilassante. Absolutamente meravigliosoI dare a questo un perfetto 10/10!

La nostra recente visita alla residenza del governatore è stata un'esperienza assolutamente eccellente, fin dall'inizio alla fine, e tutto, fin dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, è stato davvero eccezionale. Il cibo era solo fenomenale, ogni piatto era preparato in modo esperto, mostrando gusti e presentazioni incredibili, era chiaro che l'immenso cura e culinaria si sono spostati in ogni pezzo. È stato anche impressionante il servizio fantastico. Il personale era attento, professionista, e andava oltre e sopra per garantire il nostro conforto e il nostro piacere. Il loro vero calore e efficienza hanno davvero aumentato l'intero pasto. In generale, tutta l'esperienza della residenza del governatore era fuori di questo mondo. Era un'occasione memorabile che superava tutte le aspettative. Non possiamo raccomandarlo abbastanza per chiunque cercasse una vera esperienza di cena e ospite.

Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel a Yangon. Mi offre un ottimo valore per soldi con camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli che mi hanno fatto sentire comodo per tutta la mia permanenza. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente. Ho goduto un delizioso colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni per iniziare il giorno. L'hotel è vicino ai supermercati, ai caffè locali e ai ristoranti, rendendo facile esplorare il quartiere e trovare tutto quello che ti serve a piedi. Se stai cercando un posto conveniente, comodo e ben situato per soggiornare a Yangon, consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel.

Un hotel di fama internazionale ha i suoi standard. Lo spazio delle camere è opportunamente configurato, la piscina è ampia e comoda da usare e la spa della palestra è piccola ma perfettamente funzionante.
