The hotel is generally new and clean. The rooms have slightly low ceilings but are functional, and the bathroom is easy to use. It takes 9 minutes to walk from the station. However, the atmosphere along the way isn’t great due to solicitors from girls’ bars. That said, the service at the hotel is good, and the price is reasonable.

The hotel has a very good location for travellers / it is located very near JR Nikko Stationstation as well as near the bus station and Tobu Nikko Station. It's in the walking distance from the UNESCO heritage sites.

室内は綺麗で広く、設備も十分でした。静かな場所でゆったりと過ごせました。もっと連泊したかった…。強いて言えばチェックイン時に手こずりました。事前メールでは室内のiPadでチェックインとしか説明がなく、まず鍵がかかっていて部屋に入ることができない。結局事務局に電話し、部屋のキーナンバーを聞いてなんとか部屋に入りチェックイン。結局どうするのが正解だったのかわからず…あとは夜２１時過ぎごろにiPadから大音量の着信音。びっくりして出ると、「夜遅いのでこの時間からは静かに過ごしてください」とホテル側からの注意喚起の電話でした。全部屋に電話しているとのことでしたが、すでに子どもが寝ていたので着信音で起きてしまいました。
しかし、それ以外は快適で、とても素敵なお宿でした！アメニティにヘアブラシとパジャマがあれば完璧！

Il check-in era veloce e facile. La stanza era bello e confortevole. La posizione è 1 isolato dalla stazione. Il meglio di tutto è stato il colazione. Amazing selezione di cibo sia occidentale che giapponese. Era delizioso!!! Certamente prenoterò qui di nuovo.

La posizione era molto conveniente, alla stazione ferroviaria. Abbiamo preso il treno di proiettile da Tokyo, a Osaka e a Tokyo. Vicino alle strade commerciali e alle aree da pranzo.

La camera d'albergo è molto spaziosa, più grande delle normali dimensioni standard.
 Sebbene sia piuttosto lontano dalla stazione. Ma puoi comunque arrivarci a piedi da solo.
Non ci sono molti ristoranti nella zona dell'hotel. A circa 250 metri di distanza troverete una lista d'attesa e un 7-Eleven che dovrete attraversare per raggiungere l'altro lato.

Sheltered all the way from utsunomiya station.. even though it's right by train station, the room we had was extremely quiet. The decor and lightings abit dark. Coin laundry available. Overall,we appreciate the convenience of the location as it's surrounded by malls. We walked 6 mins to the car rental place to explore Nikko. There's also light rail station ( just a few stops to Bell Sakura onsen)

L'hotel situato sulla pianura è leggermente lontano, adatto per guidare da solo, bella scena, tutte le strutture di intrattenimento per bambini, adatto per il viaggio di tutta la famiglia di bambini, come preoccuparsi di interferire con i bambini piccoli.

RRosie33The bunk bed was so large compare to average bed size with comfy and clean blanket and sheet. There is personal locker with key, lamp, charge station, body and face towel, slipper, and free flow kimono and amenities. The soap, shampoo, body lotion, and face wash are provided. I think it is super fantastic compared to the cheap price.
We can use public onsen (male and females are in different rooms so it is so convenient). From 15.00-22.00, in the Lake-View Lounge, we can drink and eat snacks for free: all kinds of alcohol, various soft drinks machines, coffee machines, beer, ice, tea, etc. So fantastic!!!!!
There are library and game corners as well. This hotel is just across the Chuzenji Lake, 900m from Kegon lake. There is one and only convenient store (10mins by walk from hotel) which is open 08.00-20.00.
Even though there are view restaurants nearby, however, you must be aware that food here is quite difficult to access. Restaurants mostly close as early as 3 or 4 pm.
I will definitely come here again.

TTsusiefirst of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's
& a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

UUtente ospiteThe room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service.
Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels.
The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

KKush MathurPer una zona regionale come Utsunomiya, non posso aiutare ma ravvisare quanto è sorprendente Candeo Hotel Utsonomiya. Da lì, non è nemmeno 5 minuti dalla stazione, quindi se hai bagagli pesanti, c'è quasi nessun problema per arrivare all'hotel. There’s also a 7-11 right below the hotel so if you need a bite at 2-3 am, you know where to go: there’s also some amazing restaurants right below the hotel so id also say it’s super convenient. In termini di camera, la camera era molto ben mantenuta con design elegante e molto accogliente. La dimensione della camera era sufficiente e anche molto comoda. E il colazione è solo sorprendente. Ogni giorno, sono diversi zuppe e solo deliziose salate con frutta fresca. 6 su 5 al colazione. E infine il servizio, solo molto utile e estremamente gentile e paziente. Alcuni capivano l'inglese e alcuni capivano il base, ma con Google tradurre era un pezzo di torta. Mi hanno anche aiutato a trasferire il mio bagaglio dal loro hotel al prossimo in un'altra città. In generale, solo 5 su 5 per ogni aspetto dell'hotel.

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time for staying in ryokan. This ryokan has such a delight, warming services and very nice hotel staffs. Although I can not speak japanese, the language did not bring me any problems because we could use google translate and some of the innkeeper can speak English. I felt like I stay in my home and very enjoyed interacting with both hotel staffs and shiobara people. Besides, foods there were so delicious.
- traditional japanese food: they wrote a welcome note and descriptions of food in paper (in japanese) eg. Fish came from river beside hotel, everything was from local which I really really love it.
- local venison(deer meat): must try yakiniku
If you wanna avoid chaotic environment in the city, I would reccommend this place because you would feel a part of nature (natural sound is so nice) and you can find a true calm of your soul.
We were very surprised because we were only foreigner tourist in the hotel.
Thank you innkeeper and staff for caring us. We always miss there when we come back to busy city!

Il servizio dell'hotel è stato buono. Il guide è amichevole, e la chiave è pesante, non una chiave per carte, ma ci sono vantaggi che è difficile perdere.
Le strutture dell'hotel si sentono retro, ma non mi sentivo vecchio.
La serata è divisa in due ore nella prima metà e nella seconda metà, e in primo luogo, tutti sono affollati verso il crab, e poi prendete qualcos'altro.
Alla fine, puoi prenderlo tutto e prenderlo di tempo libero. Il gelato era Haagen-Dazs, che era finito tre volte, ma lo mangio solo una volta perché stavo nutrindo il mio bambino.
Ci sono tre fonti calde, due bagni aperti e due grandi bagni, e il primo piano dell'allegato era piccolo e bello. Lo shampoo era anche buono perché avevo diversi tipi di marketing.
Il asciugacapelli ha anche portato un marchio giapponese chiamato Rifa, Panasonic, Dyson, ecc., e le sedie per bambini sono attrezzate per lavare facilmente il bambino, e si può mettere il bambino quando si asciuga i capelli.
C'era anche un letto per bambini, così è stato facile preparare con il bambino. Il colazione era infinito e c'erano molti tipi di pane.
Ero soddisfatto e mi rivolgerò quando sono nato.
Era un resort dove potevi sentire l'era della bolletta.
