Giappone: hotel con internet nella provincia di Prefettura di Miyagi

The first thing I'll write about Richmond Hotel Premier Sendai Ekimae is the good location. It's right next to Aobadori Station, but there is only a stairway down. An elevator is located not too far away, and I'll get to that in the last part of this review. The lobby of the hotel has a nice ambience, and the hotel offers one complimentary drink and a complimentary bowl of soba noodles. Since the majority of hotel guests take advantage of these offers, the lobby and bar can be crowded during both day and night (until 22:00). The staff whom I interacted with, especially the young lady upon check-in, were all very friendly and helpful. Water coolers are available on each floor next to the elevators, so if it's late at night and you're out of water, you don't have to go far. This is a good service by the hotel. I really like the fact that from the ground level, you can take the elevator directly up to your room floor, bypassing the usually busy and crowded lobby. When it comes to sound insulation between rooms, unfortunately this was not too good. I was able to hear my neighbours banging their limbs, suitcases, clothes hangers etc. against the walls. I didn't really hear talking, but that's probably because my neighbours were Japanese and talked to each other in low tones (non-Japanese people should emulate this). As for noise from the streets, my room faced another building (which was what I requested), so I didn't hear much traffic noise. The shower temperature in my first room fluctuated badly. It would be hot for about 30 seconds, then it turned cold for a minute, then hot again for 15 seconds, then cold again for a long time. The hotel staff helped me switch to a different room, and the shower temperature in the second room was fine. The furniture in the rooms are a bit old, but that's not a big issue. The fridges on the other hand are too small and not cold, the hotel should purchase larger and better units. A nitpick of mine is having to use the television to choose the 'Do Not Disturb' sign for the cleaners. I'd much rather a switch next to the door, or the traditional sign to hang on the doorknob. I did not have breakfast at the hotel nor did I use any of the facilities, so I have no comment on those services. Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. I hope that in the future the sound insulation between rooms can be vastly improved, and that the hotel can provide physical 'Do Not Disturb' signs or switches. Side note: If you have large luggage and need an elevator, you have to walk south just a little along Atagokamisugi-dori, and soon you'll see an elevator to the underground station. When you get into this elevator, get to the lowest level, and when walking to Sendai station via the underground passage, there is another elevator in an oddly-angled corner. A very nice and convenient hotel. About 8 min walk from sendai main station. The hotel entrance along the road can bit a bit of challenge to find but just keep a eye on it. The room is large and spacious by japanese standard. I did not try the breakfast but they provide free starbuck coffee at lounge from 1400 to 2200hrs. Would be good if they can change that hrs to morning onwards. They provide two type of pillows, one hard and one soft..which is good. Thanks for hosting me

Questo hotel a Sendai è estremamente amichevole per i viaggiatori internazionali. Uno dei membri del personale può parlare cinese, che è stato incredibilmente utile per noi. Ci ha aiutato a fare molte cose durante il nostro soggiorno e a organizzare il deposito dei bagagli prima di entrare, rendendo tutto molto semplice e conveniente. La stanza è anche leggermente più grande rispetto a molti hotel in Giappone, che rende il soggiorno più confortevole. La posizione è anche eccellente è molto vicino alla stazione Sendai, e ci sono supermercati e molti negozi vicini, rendendolo molto conveniente. In generale, è stato un ottimo soggiorno e non c'è niente da denunciare.

3/Apr/2026 La ricezione è utile anche se siamo arrivati alle 11:00, ha aiutato a memorizzare i nostri bagagli SND ha dato una spiegazione completa. Vicino alla stazione Sendai ma consapevole di perdere la direzione, quindi assicuratevi di chiedere la direzione locale prima quando si dirige all'hotel. Il pranzo è eccellente e le donne che lavoravano nel cantina sono professionali. Calma e dormi bene. Molte attrazioni sono state posizionate vicino all'ascensore al G/F. Fortunatamente quel giorno era soleggiato così utilizzando il bus Loople per arrivare in giro ma il giorno dopo (4/Apr/2026 Purtroppo pioveva e si raffreddava a Matsshima

Abbiamo visitato Sendai per gli ultimi tre anni e abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per almeno tre o cinque giorni, ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcun credito di fedeltà. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza all'ultima data che abbiamo lasciato Sendai (ovvero 2-3 Dec) e finalmente abbiamo cambiato idea per rimanere in questo hotel per altri due giorni (ovvero 30 Nov a 2 Dec). Quando ci siamo chiesti se potessimo stare nella stessa stanza dal 30 Nov al 3 Dec ma non stare nella stanza angolare, l'hotel ha risposto che dovevamo aggiornare la stanza prenota per 30 Nov al 2 Dec pagando un extra JPY4, 000 o riclassifica la stanza che abbiamo prenotato su 2-3 Dec. Nessun rimborsoè stato offerto per qualsiasi riclassificazione, quindi non abbiamo scelta, ma paga JPY4,000. Quando entrammo nella stanza, vidimo un po' di rubinetto sul pavimento, andammo subito alla ricezione, nell'ascensore, uno dei ricevitori era con noi, volevamo dirle della pulizia della stanza, ma non ha risposto, sembrava che Non era affari suoi. Abbiamo mostrato il video sulla busta al ricevitore e chiesto di cambiare la stanza. Non ha risposto nessuna stanza disponibile per il cambiamento e nessun aiutante poteva aiutarci a pulire la stanza. Infine, il ricevitore è venuto a prendere la gomma. Non c’è offerta di pulire la stanza il giorno dopo, ma di seguire le regole dell’hotel per pulire la stanza ogni tre giorni. Non siamo stati molto soddisfatti dei servizi dell'hotel e siamo preoccupati per la pulizia dell'hotel.

Siamo stati a casa per tre notti. Le foto sono da dopo il nostro soggiorno, per questo è un po' confuso. Era molto tempestoso e bello prima di andare in per il nostro soggiorno. Era molto vicino alla stazione e molti ristoranti vicino, e molto vicino al mercato mattinale, che era bello. La stanza era molto bella e pulita. Un po' spaziosa anche. Se avete una valigia, penso che forse riuscite a aprirla in qualche modo. Non abbiamo usato nessun servizio di pulizia. Hanno anche un segno che potresti usare se non volevi nuovi asciugamani (che pensavo fosse buono dal punto di vista ambientale). La gente era gentile e gentile, e la sua ricchezza era buona, e avevano le cose di base, che erano buone. In generale, pensiamo che abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto bello in questo hotel.

L'hotel era eccezionalmente pulito e ben mantenuto. L'ambiente spazioso rendeva il soggiorno molto confortevole. Il bagno era completamente attrezzato, con doccia pioggia e un'area separata bagnata e asciutta per la comodità aggiuntiva. Il letto doppio, con quattro opzioni di cucina, si occupava di diverse preferenze, e la stanza aveva un asciugacapelli, un rettificatore e un ferro di curvatura, che era un attacco di pensiero. Il personale era gentile e amichevole, rendendo l'esperienza complessiva ancora più piacevole.

Il personale della reception ha fornito un servizio clienti gentile e mi ha fatto sentire molto a mio agio. Anche il fatto che ci fosse una vasca e una toilette separate e che il bagno fosse spazioso era molto comodo e positivo! Mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo quando verrò a Sendai.

We were two people during one night. It’s a little bit far from the station. But there’s a bus stop close by that goes to the station (190 yen in 2026). What I really liked was that the hotel have bikes (with a basket) you can use for free, just ask the receptionen (I only used it once for one hour, but it was good). The room was a bit spacious, clean and tidy. If you have a suitcase I think you can open it in the room. The bed and pillows were good. What I didn’t like was that they didn’t have hand soap or conditioner. They did have shampoo and body soap though. The staff was nice and friendly. The amenity was good as well. They didn’t have face wash and face cream, like many other hotels have. But they had the other usual things, so I don’t complain. When I booked this hotel on trip.com it said the check in is between 15-22, so I checked in before 22. But when I went to the reception 23, there were still people there, and they had a machine where it said check in and out. So maybe you can check in after 22? If you want to do that I would try to send a message or something and ask. Because it felt like it was ok to check in even after 22. Overall I think we had a good and nice stay at this hotel.

È molto conveniente camminare dalla stazione all'hotel. Le camere sono abbastanza pulite e confortevoli; il personale dell'hotel è utile e gentile. Il colazione gratuita è bello e gioioso.
