vecchio edificio charming 80. Servizio è buono e posizione prefetta. La camera è piuttosto fondamentale, il bagno ha un odore cattivo. Ci sono 2 piastrelle ma entrambi sono molto piccole, non ho avuto buon sonno.

Uno dei migliori e più recenti hotel biz è rimasto a durante il mio viaggio. È vicino alla stazione Sendai e negozi Parco. Molto buone attrezzature. Grande posizione per viaggiare a Yamadera.

Location is gd w Donki, family mart and many eateries choices around 👍🏼 hotel services are gd free soba supper fr 9:30- 11pm , free drinks at lobby and free ice cream after hot spring bath with comics corner really relaxing ! We enjoyed our stay here and hope to b back again e families in nearer dates

El hotel está muy bien, sobretodo su ubicación.
La habitación estaba limpia y equipada. La única cosa ”negativa” fue que la silla y el escritorio no son compatibles, es decir que no se cabe con la pierna, pero lo demás bien

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, proprio accanto alla stazione di Sendai. Nei dintorni della stazione si trovano numerosi ristoranti e grandi magazzini, rendendo molto agevole lo shopping e la ristorazione. Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Sendai!

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

Perfect hotel location. A few steps to the shopping streets, restaurants, groceries, and convenient stores. A few minutes walk to train stations. Hotel was clean and we were given a family room instead of just a double bed room with windows facing the main road where the shopping streets are. Staff were all nice.Price was reasonable as it was not a busy season. Breakfast was reasonable for the price. Would love to stay again next time we are on that side. Thank you.

Hotel is located right in the JR Station building so it was super convenient. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants in the same building as well.
Checking in was fast and simple. Room was okay but only 1 pillow per person was provided. The hotel front desk gently rejected to give extra drinking water when we requested. The city view from our room was very nice.
For a no-frills stay, this hotel is still great though.

L'hotel ha una famosa lingua di carne grigliata.
Vicino a un negozio di comodità.
Penso che il lavaggio delle monete sia così costoso, è 700 yen.

IIampareGrande posizione! A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Sendai e intorno con molti negozi, ristoranti e negozi di dipartimento. Ci sono 7-eleven e Starbucks al primo piano. La stanza è molto bello. Tutto è nuovo, pulito, con buono spazio per due bagagli 28” aperti allo stesso tempo e possiamo ancora camminare intorno alla stanza. Abbiamo trovato un problema con il secchio per capelli a mezzanotte e il personale ha cambiato un nuovo per noi immediatamente.
Ci sono libere strutture che si possono scegliere al lobby.
Molto consiglia e sicuramente scegliere questo hotel se abbiamo la possibilità di visitare Sendai di nuovo 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Seems to be a new hotel in a good location in Sendai. It’s less than a ten minute walk from Sendai Station, it’s located even closer to the Subway, just 1 block from shopping arcade, and a few blocks from the Asaiichi market.
Hotel room was very spacious for 3 including a 1 year old. Our room was on the 11th floor with a view of the next buildings rooftop. The lights are controlled with a touch screen. Wifi seemed to work well. Good luggage and jacket storage at the entry way.
Lots of free amenities in the lobby and you can get 2 bottle of water per day. We did not have breakfast during our stay but the lounge is open from ~2pm to ~9pm and there’s a Starbucks coffee/latte machine. You may also purchase a glass of sake for ¥500 from a machine. The second floor has pay laundry machines, microwave, ice machine, and vending machines.
Hotel staff was helpful. They can arrange your luggage to be sent to your next destination. I don’t think there is any added service charge. I had opted for no cleaning when booking to save a little but they still cleaned the room daily.
My only complaint is when I asked for a new key because i lost one, the receptionist gave some attitude and said that I should look in my room for it after issuing another key.

Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.
Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.
Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

JJoyee LaiFrom the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a Nespresso coffee machine available as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch.
The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan, beautifully designed, and very clean—making our stay comfortable from the start.
During our stay, we experienced the Aomori earthquake. We could clearly feel the shaking, and our phones received emergency alerts, so we quickly evacuated using the outdoor emergency stairs. When we reached the lobby, a staff member named 佐藤 (Sato) was already there, calmly reassuring guests. He noticed a lady who had run out barefoot and quietly brought her a pair of slippers without making a scene—such a thoughtful gesture.
Mr. Sato was friendly and attentive during check-in, and during the earthquake he remained calm, clear, and informative. His professionalism and kindness left a deep impression on us.
Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and genuine care for guests. Highly recommended.

UUtente ospiteIt was a pleasant stay. Even though it’s located a little bit far from the station, it’s still close to the heart of Sendai. The room had the nice view but I wish the room was bigger.
The breakfast included Sendai’s specials, zunda and gyu-tan. It was pretty good and I recommend you adding breakfast to your stay.
