Giappone: hotel con internet nella provincia di Prefettura di Hyōgo

Le camere singole erano ben arredate, mentre le doppie erano più costose delle doppie. Mia moglie ed io abbiamo prenotato due singole, a un prezzo ragionevole. Le camere erano anche molto più spaziose. Il servizio era professionale e le camere erano pulite. È a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Eccellente!

One of the best experiences in my life. The view from the windows is incredible. Kaiseki dinner was awesome (requires booking in advance, though). Modern yet real onsen. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only problem: bad private bath condition. But nothing critical.

Hotel molto bello. Accessibile a posti via cammino. La stanza è pulita e confortevole. Si fornisce ogni giorno di cambio di asciugamani e vestiti da bagno (non possono essere così ecologici). Sarà bello fornire alcuni pendenti 😊 Altrimenti, è stato un piacevole soggiorno in hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff are friendly & authentic. We loved the free happy hour each afternoon with snacks ,coffee, soft drinks and also wine. It is welcoming, especially after a tired day of walking, the free flow is refreshing. Great for short stay !

Title: Squeaky Clean and Good Storage, But Be Aware of Strict Cashless Fees and Missing Essentials Review: I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya. While the hardware of the hotel is good, certain policies and service gaps significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. On the positive side, the hygiene standards here are excellent. The room was spotless and very modern, which is always the most critical factor for me when traveling. I also want to express my appreciation for the luggage keeping arrangement. Being able to store my bags securely and easily both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help, allowing me to explore Kobe freely without the burden of heavy luggage. However, international travelers need to be aware of a major caveat: this is a strictly ”cashless” hotel. I attempted to pay with cash to avoid bank fees, but was refused. I was forced to use my VISA card, which meant I was hit with foreign transaction and exchange fees that amounted to roughly an extra 5% cost on my trip. I found this policy very rigid and frustrating for guests who prefer using cash. Furthermore, the in-room amenities and service were disappointing. Guests should know that the rooms are completely bare of essentials—there are no razors, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. Realizing this late at night caused unnecessary trouble. Additionally, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail; even though my Yukata (sleepwear) was clearly used and left out to be changed, the staff did not replace it with a fresh one. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn offers a very clean environment, but the lack of basic in-room amenities and the strict payment policy make it difficult for me to fully recommend it to travelers trying to manage their budget and convenience.

Завтрак полезный и разнообразный: мисо суп, карри, рис, омлет, картофельный салат, сосиски, картофель варенный и брокколи, сочнейший жаренный тофу и подсушенный тофу, рыба для жарки на мини-гриле, красная копченная рыбка и томаты черри. Вкусная выпечка круассаны, слоенные булочки с корицей - не жалеют сливочное масло и джемы. Еще йогурты, сладкие фрукты в сиропе, мюсли. Из напитков кофе горячий/холодный, чай, молоко, апельсиновый сок и вода со льдом. Горячий источник в гостинице шикарнейший - и золотой и серебряный, и джакузи и холодный бассейн, и холодный рисовый чай после онсэна. В автоматах даже продают сакэ! Можно купить сувениры прям в отеле, цены средние. 4 минуты пешком от станции Арима онсэн и 6 минут до автобусной остановки (ходит прямо до Кобе). Цена/качество идеально, персонал очень старается. Кимоно красивые!

This is a five star hotel in a three star body. Rooms are TINY, like scandanavian homes, but everything was clean and fresh, staff were outstanding, we could store out bags before and after our stay, missing personal articles available for free downstairs. Clear rooftop vie of the castle so you don't have to leave the hotel for beutiful shots of the castle. Near a huge gorgeous, covered pedetrian only walking are. Only sorry to have had only one night here.

The front desk staff are very helpful and nice. I had booked my stay on 16-18 Sept 1 room for 2 nights and a separate booking on 18-19 Sept 1 room for 1 night, so I had ask the front desk to change for me, they are so delighted and helpful to change for me to  18-19 Sept 1 room to 3 night so I don’t have to check-out on 18 Sept at 11am and check-in again ito get other room for the last night. Thanks again for the front desk staff.

L'hotel è a nord della stazione di Neyong, e può essere visto in piazza non appena uscire.La posizione geografica è molto buona, e molto vicina a Meyda. Posso arrivare per dieci minuti a un veicolo veloce che vuole uscire dalla strada per sedersi in una strada.Il prezzo è inconsistente rispetto all'hotel vicino a Meyda. La stanza dell'hotel è la standard dell'hotel rapido. Non si pulisce nemmeno i tovaglioli per quattro giorni. La reception e la colazione sono al secondo piano, e un grande casinò è un piacere inaspettato. Il colazione è normale. Tutti gli hotel rapidi ordinari dovrebbero avere, i genitori o i figli dovrebbero essere lodati ora.

We have spent two nights in early December 2025. The location is good in terms of convenience to the scenic area as well as the train Station. The hot spring facility is properly provided. Seems Dormy Inn brand remained a good stay for vacation purposes.
