Stanza molto bella con tutto quello che serviva. Il personale é stato molto gentile. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata,ma solo se si vuole trovare un piccolo neo. Letti e cuscini meravigliosi.la Posizione é ottima..vicino a tutti i punti d’interesse. Con una passeggiata ( circa 15 minuti) si arriva alla stazione dei treni.. ci tornerò e lo consiglierò

L'hotel offre WiFi gratuita solo all'interno della stanza. Quando si cammina fuori dalla stanza, non c'è WiFi gratuita nel lobby o anche nei corridoi fuori dalla stanza dell'hotel. Ci sono servizi di navetta gratuita a Sannomiya. Guarda fuori dalla nostra stanza è comunque bello.

La stanza era perfetta e il parcheggio vicino era conveniente, la stanza era piccola ma confortevole, e in generale era un piacevole soggiorno. Il colazione era tuttavia estremamente deludente consisteva principalmente di curry di restante con pochi pezzi di pollo e nessuna opzione sana. Non c'era scelta che cibo indiano, principalmente carbo e non ideale per cominciare il giorno. Il sito web dell'hotel dovrebbe chiarire che il colazione è limitato alla cucina indiana.

Title: Squeaky Clean and Good Storage, But Be Aware of Strict Cashless Fees and Missing Essentials Review: I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya. While the hardware of the hotel is good, certain policies and service gaps significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. On the positive side, the hygiene standards here are excellent. The room was spotless and very modern, which is always the most critical factor for me when traveling. I also want to express my appreciation for the luggage keeping arrangement. Being able to store my bags securely and easily both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help, allowing me to explore Kobe freely without the burden of heavy luggage. However, international travelers need to be aware of a major caveat: this is a strictly ”cashless” hotel. I attempted to pay with cash to avoid bank fees, but was refused. I was forced to use my VISA card, which meant I was hit with foreign transaction and exchange fees that amounted to roughly an extra 5% cost on my trip. I found this policy very rigid and frustrating for guests who prefer using cash. Furthermore, the in-room amenities and service were disappointing. Guests should know that the rooms are completely bare of essentials—there are no razors, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. Realizing this late at night caused unnecessary trouble. Additionally, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail; even though my Yukata (sleepwear) was clearly used and left out to be changed, the staff did not replace it with a fresh one. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn offers a very clean environment, but the lack of basic in-room amenities and the strict payment policy make it difficult for me to fully recommend it to travelers trying to manage their budget and convenience.

Parking is opposite the hotel (Deb parking), need to get the parking ticket and pass it to the hotel reception for payment. Pretty convenient, there is starbucks just next door, chinatown is nearby, walkable distance to kobe port. Room is comparatively spacious compared to usual rooms we stayed in Japan.

Stay a night for a stop over, room is reasonable in size, with enough space for two luggages and walking around. Location is not sure, as we think it is just a stop over, which is short drive from the highway exit. Few Restaurants nearby but some of them operate till 19:00 only

500m from kobe tower. We select this hotel because there is japanese style room with public Onsen available. Big room for 4-6 members can be fit. I recommend the hotel team to clean the air con as so many dust but there is Air humidifier machine set up inside the room too. Thank you and we love it.☺️

Relativamente lontano dalle stazioni (＜1km), ma è una passeggiata semplice perché le passeggiate laterali sono per lo più libere. Non molto traffico/persone. La zona è tranquilla e tranquilla. C'è un negozio di comodità sotto l'hotel, ma non molto cibo intorno.

La camera gemella era grande, le letti erano più ampie di quelli della maggior parte degli hotel. Tuttavia, sentito che il letto e la coperta era leggermente dura ma non era bene. Situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Motomachi. L'hotel è anche situato nel cuore della città cinese, che è conveniente.

Stayed here 2 days before my Kobe cruise and it was good enough to rebook for another 3 days after we returned. The hotel is quiet new and located on top of the sannomiya station, giving underground access to most trains and shopping malls nearby. It's basically the center of Kobe. Exits are 1st floor to the street and 2nd floor to station. Reception is 17th floor. Rooms are slightly bigger than most hotels in Japan. Even number room gives you the larger massage machine but room is smaller than odd numbered rooms. These have a smaller massage chair but bigger space and faces the port terminal if you have a cruise ship waiting. They provide amenities, coffee and tea at 17th floor. Did not try the breakfast but there is a convenient store on 2nd floor of the station, near the hotel exit - lots if sandwiches and snacks here. There're hundreds of restaurants and malls underground and you'll get lost most of the time so look for entrance A1 and A2 to get back. Airport bus from kansai stops 200m away and bus to the airport departs 100m from the station. Most of the highest rated restaurants are not more than 400m from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.
