India: hotel con internet nella provincia di Punjab

The hotel is good and clean . Staff is very helpful , Fiza in the dining area is very prompt and takes care of the dining requirements. Would love to come back to the place when visiting next time.

Una delle donne che ricevette ha inavvertitamente sostenuto che avevamo consumato uno dei prodotti dal bar che era certamente inesatto. Questa situazione è stata un po' imbarazzante perché non ci ha creduto finché l'onorevole Singh, il direttore del Fronte, non è intervenuto e non ha risolto la richiesta infondata.

Has maintainance issues....pool side furniture worn out...there was a broken glass lying on the pool side...informed staff but all they did was click pictures and never bothered to return and clean the area...lifts have unfinished wooden panels with raw edges...ordered some in room dining which was delayed and on enquiring we were told that they had sent our order to some other room as there system was down and they did not record our order correctly...we were given one room card and on asking for another one , again we were told that the system is down hence unable to give another card...room sizes are very small and had to pay extra for a hardly bigger room. All in all will not stay here again.

L'hotel è molto vicino alle aree principali e non si spacca nel rumore.Il ristorante serve un grande brunch e abbiamo trovato il miglior Amritsar kulcha qui, da soli. Le camere sono pulite e abbiamo un aggiornamento al check-in. L'hotel dispone di strutture standard e una piccola piscina con palestra al di sopra dell'hotel. L'unica nota acida è probabilmente come l'hotel misura il personale per perforare. Il ***agente del caffè e i camerieri insistevano che daremo buone feedback. Sembra che si stia mettendo in moto la lode che avremmo dovuto dare in ogni modo. La seconda cosa non professionale è che i nostri voli erano in serata e abbiamo chiesto un checkout tardivo. Il dipartimento frontale sembrava divertente e giocavano con noi. Questo non è professionale. Raccomanderò il cibo anche se il suo prezzo (a la carte) è significativamente più alto.

Siamo stati a questo hotel per una notte, ma siamo stati impressionati dalle strutture, ma purtroppo siamo molto delusi perché abbiamo dimenticato un oggetto e il personale ci ha detto che non potevano trovarlo, che non era vero.

Прекрасный отель, особенно для транзитников. Рядом с аэропортом. Чисто, уютно, комфортно, стильно оформлено. Есть кондиционер, горячая вода в душевой, европейский туалет/унитаз. Просторно, тепло. Я уже рекомендовала лично моим друзьям путешественникам. Очень довольна, на 5 баллов!

Hotel is right in central old Amritsar walking distance from Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and the Partition Museum. Rooms were clean and amenities were good. I would have given 5 stars except for the drawbacks. We booked 5 delux rooms. Some rooms were very spacious, while some were as small as a box with no space to turn around even. This discrepancy should not be there in an ITC hotel. Secondly the service was very poor, the food at the restaurant and room service was very slow and the housekeeping was non existent. We called 4-5 times for towels in the room, as they had removed our used towels and were not provided the same till late night. Nothing should require 5 calls to get done which indicates their callousness. Otherwise I would still recommend this place if they improve on these points.

Thats why if you have noticed I came back to stay the same hotel because I really enjoyed very much. I forgot to mentioned the gym its was amazing good 5 stars and everything in this hotel really breath taking

La posizione è fantastica - a 5-minute passeggiata da Sri Harmandir Sahib, con molti cibi e negozi circostanti nelle vicinanze La pulizia dell'hotel è molto ben mantenuta Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono estremamente amichevoli e utili, specialmente quando forniscono consigli e orientamenti sulla pianificazione del percorso del giorno In generale, ci siamo davvero divertiti e saremo certamente tornati quando visiteremo Amritsar di nuovo in futuro.
