Un personale molto amichevole, con grande aiuto nell'organizzazione di un magnifico darshan e puja del Signore Padmanabha Swami Temple. Particolare menzione del direttore e della squadra di PR. In generale, una grande esperienza.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'O da Tamara. Ottima esperienza in generale. Amiamo il servizio personale e benvenuto da tutti e menzione speciale al chef Vipin. Egli è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. Grazie all'intera squadra.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, assicurando una esperienza tranquilla e confortevole. La pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni era impeccabile, rendendo un ambiente piacevole e igienico. Il servizio offerto era di alta qualità, che soddisfava le mie esigenze in modo efficiente. In generale, una grande esperienza, e consiglierei molto questo hotel a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno confortevole e ben gestito.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Grand hyatt Kochi e questa è stata una fantastica esperienza! La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con il bonus di accesso alla terrazza, che ha fornito bellissime viste e un’atmosfera rilassante. Era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Il cibo dell'hotel era un altro evidenziante, ben preparato, e servito immediatamente. Qualunque cosa fosse colazione o cena, ogni pasto era un trattamento. In generale, un grande posto per soggiornare, e lo consiglio molto per chiunque cerca una combinazione di comfort, grande cibo, buon servizio e un bel spazio all'aperto!

I am very impressed with the hotel. Everything was really really good. Very friendly staff who were ever willing to help . I enjoyed the food like never before . to be honest how ever hard i try to find a fault with the food i would be a failure.

Sidra Pristine Hotel & Portico Halls I recently stayed at Hotel Pristine Sidra and had a mixed experience that leaned more toward the positive, though with a few disappointments. Reception & Check-in: Our stay started on a slightly sour note. We arrived early from Bangalore, hoping for an early check-in. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, the reception staff was not very accommodating or helpful. Despite waiting for over three hours, we weren’t allowed to check in even 30 minutes before the official 2 PM time. The staff at the front desk seemed rigid and unwelcoming, with “No” being their most frequently used word. This part of the experience definitely needs improvement. Breakfast: On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. A good variety of options, fresh ingredients, and great taste made mornings enjoyable. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Swimming Pool: The rooftop swimming pool was a letdown. It’s quite small and not well-maintained, which was disappointing considering the otherwise decent amenities. Location: The hotel scores high on location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to metro stations, train services, and other key areas, making it very convenient for travelers. Housekeeping: Housekeeping was good—the rooms were clean, and the staff was prompt and courteous in their service. Overall Experience: While there were some excellent aspects like the breakfast and location, the poor reception experience and underwhelming pool facilities brought down the overall impression. I’m happy with the stay overall, but I wouldn’t choose to return, as it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Ciao, abbiamo guidato a kottayam con il treno. Quando siamo scesi. Abbiamo preso la macchina per il castello di Windsor. Era una prenotazione pura da noi pagato un extra 3k bcoz che abbiamo check-in all'hotel alle 9.30. E'una grande proprietà. Buone camere, buone strutture, personale di supporto, ma snacks all'interno delle camere sono troppo costosi. Includendo le bottiglie d'acqua. Ma la sedia che è attaccata al bagno non è stata fatta correttamente. Il mio hubby è stato ferito bcoz di questo. Il personale ci ha dato la cassetta di prima assistenza, ma si è ancora sentito male.Per quello che è successo.Le camere da letto hanno bisogno di qualche cambiamento. In generale era un buon hotel, il cibo non era delizioso (2/10, ma l'isola pirata è così buona. Dà buon senso. Anche il tawa frit è troppo buono. Questo era l'unico cibo che mi piaceva. I servizi di linea terrestre non funzionavano correttamente. Visualizzazione delle finestre, punto di giornata, tutto ha dato buon senso.

We had booked a two night stay in state beach resort. The property is located on top of cliff facing the serene Arabian Sea. From location point of view it is absolutely 10 on 10. Even though the option in Food section is limited and bit on pricey side, the taste is good and one can enjoy it. In terms of service and amenities, I can score it 7 out of 10. The hotel staffs are very polite and hospitable. Wanted to specifically mention about the restaurant staff Hafeez. He had been very kind and had tried to cater the requests from guests. Thank You!
