L'hotel Coast View si sentiva un po' datato, ma era in generale pulito. La TV non funzionava, ma era immediatamente riparata. Il buffet e il ristorante erano deliziosi, e il personale era molto utile.
Purtroppo, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata del mio pagamento con carta di credito al checkout.
Nonostante molte richieste di posta elettronica da quando sono tornato a casa, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata dell'importo totale, quindi sono confusa con ciò che è stato caricato nella mia stanza e quanto.Può mettere questo messaggio in una posta elettronica il più presto possibile?

La casa non era in camera fino al marchio e siamo stati delusi. Il doccia Gel e Tessuto non sono stati sostituiti e la zona di doccia è stata bloccata ... nonostante lamentarsi non era stata fissata.
I pozzi di tè non sono stati riempiti nel minibar.
In generale, il mantenimento in camera non era fino alle norme Taj abbiamo usato per !

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds.
Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place!
Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Sono molto impressionato con l'hotel.Tutto era davvero buono.Molto amichevole personale che erano mai disposti ad aiutare.Mi sono divertito con il cibo come mai prima.Per essere onesti quanto mai difficile cercherò di trovare un errore con il cibo sarei un fallimento.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

UUtente ospitethe base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

UUtente ospiteI was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

TTraveling TanRecentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Time Square e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. Essi si sono attenti e si sono allontanati dal loro modo per assicurarmi il mio comfort e la comodità durante il mio soggiorno.
La stanza stessa era bella – pulita, spaziosa, ben attrezzata e confortevole, offrendo un bel ritorno dopo un giorno di esplorazione della città. È evidente che l'hotel si fa molto fiero di mantenere elevati standard di pulizia e soddisfazione degli ospiti.
La colazione all'hotel era ragionevole, con una selezione decente di articoli che si occupavano di gusti diversi. Anche se non era il buffet più ampio che ho incontrato, la qualità del cibo era buona, e ha dato un buon inizio al giorno.
Il problema più persistente è stato il costante raffreddamento dal bagno dell'hotel. Quando ricevevo queste chiamate quasi quotidianamente, diventava piuttosto turbante. È qualcosa che la gestione dell'hotel potrebbe voler riconsiderare o almeno fornire agli ospiti la possibilità di optare per tali comunicazioni.
Inoltre, c'è stato un incidente sfortunato con uno dei membri del personale che mi ha condannato a non informarli in anticipo che una volta mi mancherò la colazione a buffet. Questa abruptezza è stata sorprendente e non in linea con il standard di servizio altrimenti eccellente stabilito dal resto del team.
In sintesi, il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Time Square è stato piacevole in molti fronti, con personale apprezzabile, bellissime alloggi e opzioni pranzo ragionevoli. Tuttavia, le tattiche commerciali del centro di interesse e l'incidente isolato con un membro del personale hanno fatto un po' di esperienza generale.Spero che l'hotel prenda in considerazione questo feedback per garantire un'esperienza ancora più piacevole e senza soffoco per i futuri ospiti.

UUtente ospiteWe were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.
