Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Riau

The exterior and lobby of the hotel were quite rundown, with the lobby sofas appearing old and dirty. Check-in was supposed to start at 2 pm, but we only received our room around 3:30 pm after a long wait. Although the hotel offered refreshments during this time, it was still inconvenient. On a positive note, the room itself was impressive, resembling a 5-star accommodation, although the bathroom’s cleanliness was only average, particularly the walls, which needed better attention. Breakfast was decent but not exceptional and the place was quite humid. The staff, however, provided excellent hospitality, being very polite and friendly.

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

Mungkin perlu improvement terkait hal parkir kendaraan sebaiknya dipandu petugas parkir agar bisa lebih nyaman dan muat banyak karena sangat banyak tamu yang datang dengan berbagai acara, dan parkirpun berbayar utk tamu yang tidak menginap.

The hotel room was nice and modern but the view from the booked room faced it's own wall (no view). As a result, I had to cancel the reservation & opt for a more expensive room with a view. It's location and surroundings are much to be desired. Front office staffs are friendly but rigid and not flexible. Not much amenities; just a small gym beside the small pool and a massage desk for massages to be done in your room. Do check your towel, bedsheet and pillow cases for any stains or dirt and get it replaced immediately. A 3.5 star rating for me.

The hotel is very old no security measurement. All level can access no need access card. Breakfast is below standard don’t expect much. The spa is great. Good for relex.

Bru kmren di puji bagus, pas ku post yg lagi sarapan, pas nginep ke 2 dpat kamar yg sdkit mengecewkan, dikamar awal salur tvnya komplit, pas booking ke 2 pindah kamar hanya bbrpa salurn tvnya, trus di kamar prtma itu air hangatnya berfungsi pas kali ke 2 nginap dsni air hangatnya gdak dan g berfungsi sampe anakku kedinginan pas mandi, dan wktu itu musim hujan. Padahala tipe kmar yang sama, malahan dapat harga kamar prtma lebih murh di aplikasi ini. Sejauh ini hotelny wort it dngan hrga segitu. Dibandingkan dri hotel2 yg lain, rncanya mau balek ke hotel ini lagi bsk2 kalo misalkan jalan2 ke PKU lagi, krna dsktrannya banyak makanan dan dekt dengan pust perbelanjaan Ramayana, cuman mau kasih masukan itu aj, diperhatikan lgi kmarny agar lebih baik untuk kedepannya. Sejauh ini yg lain bagus.

La struttura è strategica, vicino ai centri commerciali e alle famose aree da pranzo. La stanza che ho soggiornato era pulita, confortevole e dotata di moderne strutture. Il colazione è stato anche delizioso, con una varietà di opzioni alimentari servite. In generale, consiglio fortemente questo hotel per un piacevole soggiorno 🫰🏻🫰🏻

Very strategic location. Everything near by. You can find food, shopping in one building. Pasar Bawah also in the same building coz now under renovation. Every time I come to Riau I will stay here
