To be honest, with the facilities given, I felt that the hotel was pricey. Yet, the geographic location (in Sumatra) might make this hotel have less competitors. I honestly feel do not have as many options to stay like when I was in Java Island. I was mind with the design of the bathroom as there was this thick glass window separating the bedroom and the bathroom. When I was about to shower, I had to pull the white-thick vinyl curtain down. I just didn't feel that I had enough 'privacy' when I was showering as I had a roomate with me.
Why did they design that way? LOL I didn't dare to glance at the glass window when my roomate was showering. I hope she did the same...
The good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. The coffee was also great!

La stanza è in ordine, non troppo grande o troppo piccola. La distanza di passeggiata pulita e vicina è molto distante da cibo, e il Pekanbaru Mall.

Ada denda keterlambatan dr hotel kalo cek out lebih dr jam 12 siang…Tanpa ada pemberitahuan ttg itu seb pas cek in,,,dan yg FO nya pas jam 11 jg tidak memberitahukan batas jam cek out kalo ada denda 100rb per jam….bygan saya ambil 2 kamar lagi😠😩😫

UUtente anonimoPertama kali menginap di Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru cukup berkesan dan memuaskan, Menu sarapan cukup variatif, soal rasa tergantung pribadi yang mencicipi, hanya Teko Pemanas Air perlu improvement karena terbuat dari bahan plastik yang kurang hygienis (reaksi pemanasan menimbulkan bau kurang sedap pada teko, mungkin berpotensi kelarutan material kimia bahan plastik teko pada air minum).

Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.
