The service staff in general are very helpful and friendly. They are also quite quick in resolving situations. Standard of English is good as well. The facilities are aplenty. We did the swimming twice, tried the gym and missed out in the sauna and whirlpool. The buffet breakfast was very good as there are more live stations available compared to previous hotels that I have been to. The buffet restaurant was clean modern and grand feel to it. Staff was quick to clear plates. As we stayed in the apartment block, amenities in the apartment was a blend of old and refurbished new furniture. But cleanliness was done and was happy to get a high floor. To my surprise it was not very accessible by foot to nearby shops except for the convenience store opposite so we had to Gojek all the time though it was not expensive. It was very near Nagoya hill which gives a very local feel to it and so the prices are quite attractive compared to the grand Batam mall when all the international brands.

Had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Batam Centre! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room with City View and requested for a higher floor, which they did kindly provide. The best part of the stay was most definitely the service. Everyone was really lovely and friendly, and any requests we had didn't go unheard. Even the security guards were friendly and helpful, assisting my partner to cross the road across the hotel by directing some of the traffic at one point. The breakfast we opted to try on multiple days of our stay was also overally pretty nice, there could be more options but the options that we did have were yummy and refilled often even on busy days. They have a very diverse and large selection of juices, teas, milk and even a coffee machine. Even the water was infused water which was very refreshing. The desserts and bread selection really stand out as well because of the large variety they had! There are even fresh fruits of various kinds beyond the typical hotel breakfast fruits. Highly recommend trying out the hotel breakfast at least once during a stay there. The only negative feedback we had is probably that we noticed some scratches on the furniture, parts of the wall behind the headboard had markings/scratches and had peeled. These were very small details that were on some of the other furniture or walls as well. While they weren't serious and didn't bother us, we hope that the hotel management will continue to maintain and lookout for these small details on the property once in a while. Even with that, it was a small matter as everything worked well and was really clean. It was an amazing stay! They also provide a shuttle bus service with 2 timings to Mega Mall Batam. However, One Batam Mall is also a 10min walk away and is fairly easy to navigate to/walk due to a pedestrian sidewalk on one side of the hotel entrance. Indomaret is also nearby for buying water; the hotel provides 4 glass bottles of water daily, it wasn't enough for us but we did not want to constantly bother the staff to be providing water. I would say that a water dispenser on certain floors would improve the sustainability efforts and reduce the need for requesting glass bottles from the staff or purchasing water outside. All that aside, we hope to stay again and can't wait to see Grand Mercure Batam continue to establish its place in the hotel industry of Batam!

L'esperienza generale è buona con personale amichevole e un ambiente piacevole. Servizio: l'hotel raggiunto a 2, è stato detto che la stanza è in pulizia. Atteso fino alle 3:30, poi è stato informato solo 1 stanza è pronta. L'altra stanza ha ancora bisogno 5-10 minutes.o Pulizia: non molto pulita, la coperta trovata di tintura e capelli. Il tappeto da bagno non può spruzzare completamente. La buona cosa è che il personale del desk front rapidamente organizzato per la riparazione e il cambiamento. Mangiare: il colazione ha una vasta gamma di scelte, il gusto è normale, ma tutti i succhi di frutta e bevande benvenute sono freschi e bello. Situazione: 10 minuti di auto da terminale di ferry, ma l'hotel non si trova a piedi da nessun centro commerciale.

L'hotel è molto pulito e nuovo! Mi piace come il centro commerciale è proprio accanto all'hotel e abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno sarebbe tornato! Una parte è la camera tranquilla e la camera tranquilla non vicino all'ascensore ma la mia camera è così rumorosa in mezzo alla notte e non dormivo bene ): il colazione non è per me piacevole :/ ma il tè alto è buono! Tutto altra è prefetto! Personale super bello e amichevole! E' molto vicino a ogni posto dove voglio andare! E anche mi piace la vista anche l'ex edificio c'è ancora la vista super bello può vedere il cielo~

La sua attenzione personale al dettaglio e l'impegno per la soddisfazione degli ospiti si è davvero espressa e ha posto il tono per il livello elevato di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato durante il nostro soggiorno. Le camere sono lontane dal lobby principale, alcuni possono richiedere un servizio di bug o minibus. Informi il personale che richiede assistenza. Servizio efficiente fornito. L'opzione alimentare vicina è limitata. Il Barelang ristorante di cibo marino è a 10 minuti a piedi vicino al resort, il prezzo è molto ragionevole.

Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. Room doors could be soundproofed better as morning prayers from nearby mosque and other guests talking in the open hallway were disruptive late at night and early morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. The Deluxe Room was large, clean, and very spacious, which made our trip very comfortable. A big thank you to Tesa, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. She helped us prearrange an anniversary surprise with a beautiful flower setup in the room. Her warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Batam!
