Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Isole Riau

Ho letto alcune recensioni negative su Google o Trip.com, ma ho comunque deciso di scegliere questo resort per la posizione. Inoltre, dopo aver parlato con l'autista, ho scoperto che la vista sulla spiaggia di questo resort è in realtà la migliore di Bintan. Mangiare all'interno del resort è piuttosto costoso, soprattutto la cucina indiana la sera. Sono andato al ristorante cinese, ma non abbiamo ordinato pesce. Il cameriere è molto disponibile, gentile ed educato. Abbiamo ordinato per una persona di media statura, ma ci ha sconsigliato di scegliere quella perché la porzione era davvero abbondante.

La camera è pulita. Siamo venuti per il nostro anniversario e al check-in ci hanno offerto un upgrade a una camera deluxe. Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet... Speriamo che in futuro l'hotel si ingrandisca e aggiunga una piscina per più ospiti.

Un soggiorno davvero memorabile al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Il mio recente soggiorno al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi, nella camera 8006, è stato semplicemente eccezionale, grazie all'incredibile personale che ha fatto di tutto per far sentire la nostra famiglia a casa. La loro dedizione al servizio e il loro calore genuino erano evidenti a ogni passo. Innanzitutto, l'intero staff dell'hotel merita un immenso elogio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso. Sembrava che tutti, qualunque cosa stessero facendo, interrompessero il lavoro solo per salutare la mia famiglia mentre passavamo. Questo semplice gesto ha fatto un'enorme differenza e ha contribuito notevolmente all'atmosfera accogliente. Vorrei anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a un membro dello staff maschile del ristorante Rempah Kitchen, dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Mio figlio stava mangiando solo una banana, una salsiccia e un uovo sodo, e questo membro dello staff, che indossava una divisa diversa, ha mostrato un'osservazione incredibilmente acuta. Ha notato subito le scelte limitate di mio figlio e si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo. Si è offerto spontaneamente di prendergli qualcos'altro, come la pasta, e gli ha persino offerto una cioccolata calda. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero straordinarie e ci hanno fatto sentire molto coccolati. Mi scuso per non aver ottenuto il suo nome. Infine, un grande ringraziamento al nostro eccezionale addetto alle pulizie, il signor Bahar. La sua attenzione ai dettagli è stata impeccabile. Ogni giorno ci lasciava bigliettini dedicati, un tocco davvero premuroso e personale. Gli asciugamani a forma di animali che creava ogni giorno erano un momento speciale: stimolavano sempre la conversazione e portavano tanta gioia a mio figlio. Il personale di questo hotel è ciò che lo rende davvero speciale. Il loro servizio impeccabile, la loro attenzione e la loro cordialità hanno reso la nostra vacanza in famiglia un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

What's bad: cleanliness of the room was not great, it smelled a bit... funny? But i was fine with it cos i didn't stay much in the hotel. Room lights are warm and dim so it may be a bit spooky for some but we were fine with it. Breakfast spread were limited and cold. What's okayish: location is strategic within batam centre, going to the ferry terminal is very near. This is the only hotel i can find that is able to fit 3 pax in a room (1 twin and 1 single bed) so it great for small friends group. What's great: hotel room is very affordable. Also, there are eateries nearby within walking distance, including popular coffee places, breakfast and lunch places. There are also a few shopping malls nearby with great food veriety. And most importantly the hotel staffs were very friendly and provided great assistance to my queries. This is the best highlight of the stay. Verdict: if you dont stay in the hotel much, i think this hotel will do the job just fine.

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

L'hotel si trova in una posizione conveniente - a piedi dal centro commerciale, dai centri alimentari e da molti locali stazioni/mercati.. anche vari spa di massaggio intorno all'hotel (fino al più vicino alle 11 pm). Il colazione dell'hotel è molto vario e la famiglia ha goduto della maggior parte dei piatti.Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, ma consiglia di aereo la camera un po', perché le camere possono sentirsi un po' stufate. La squadra di servizio è amichevole e sincera, con un sorriso felice 😃 .

Literally in the heart of a bustling area near Grand Batam Mall and JC supermarket. Itsumo Tart, Gazoz, and Joyi Cafe were all walking distance from the hotel (approx 5-10mins). Suitable for family and if you would like to just stay and explore the area. Bonus: Hotel also gave us starbucks drink coupon for our stay!

Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation.

water leaking very badly at master bedroom ceiling. Called reception to check for upper unit , but sent house keeper to room instead. Informed house keeper Ahemad to check with upper unit , nothing was done, whole night water leaking from ceiling non stop till daytime still leaking. Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials.
