Un soggiorno davvero memorabile al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi Il mio recente soggiorno al Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi, nella camera 8006, è stato semplicemente eccezionale, grazie all'incredibile personale che ha fatto di tutto per far sentire la nostra famiglia a casa. La loro dedizione al servizio e il loro calore genuino erano evidenti a ogni passo. Innanzitutto, l'intero staff dell'hotel merita un immenso elogio. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con un sorriso. Sembrava che tutti, qualunque cosa stessero facendo, interrompessero il lavoro solo per salutare la mia famiglia mentre passavamo. Questo semplice gesto ha fatto un'enorme differenza e ha contribuito notevolmente all'atmosfera accogliente. Vorrei anche fare un ringraziamento speciale a un membro dello staff maschile del ristorante Rempah Kitchen, dove abbiamo fatto colazione. Mio figlio stava mangiando solo una banana, una salsiccia e un uovo sodo, e questo membro dello staff, che indossava una divisa diversa, ha mostrato un'osservazione incredibilmente acuta. Ha notato subito le scelte limitate di mio figlio e si è avvicinato al nostro tavolo. Si è offerto spontaneamente di prendergli qualcos'altro, come la pasta, e gli ha persino offerto una cioccolata calda. La sua attenzione e gentilezza sono state davvero straordinarie e ci hanno fatto sentire molto coccolati. Mi scuso per non aver ottenuto il suo nome. Infine, un grande ringraziamento al nostro eccezionale addetto alle pulizie, il signor Bahar. La sua attenzione ai dettagli è stata impeccabile. Ogni giorno ci lasciava bigliettini dedicati, un tocco davvero premuroso e personale. Gli asciugamani a forma di animali che creava ogni giorno erano un momento speciale: stimolavano sempre la conversazione e portavano tanta gioia a mio figlio. Il personale di questo hotel è ciò che lo rende davvero speciale. Il loro servizio impeccabile, la loro attenzione e la loro cordialità hanno reso la nostra vacanza in famiglia un'esperienza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

I’m very happy with my stay at ASTON Hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, the environment is comfortable, and the whole place is very clean. The breakfast also has many choices, which I really enjoyed. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience

Grande soggiorno a Oakwood Batam! Le camere erano pulite, moderne e molto comode, e il personale era amichevole e utile. Le strutture, in particolare la piscina e la palestra erano eccellenti. Inoltre, la posizione è super comoda, proprio al contrario del Grand Batam Mall. Molto consigliata!

Sala pulita e bagno. La pressione dell'acqua è buona.L'aria condizionata è buona, ma la notte è piuttosto stufa.L'aria condizionata sembra essere controllata, ma ancora accettabile. Il letto è comodo e ci sono due pizzi. Il conducente di grabfood non è autorizzato ad entrare. Devono parcheggiare alla casa di guardia e camminare o dobbiamo camminare.. spero possano permettergli di venire più vicino all'ingresso principale. Rimarrà qui.

Uno dei più lunghi hotel a 5 stelle a Batam. La vista è di verde - di fronte al campo da golf. L'hotel era pieno, amichevole ricevitore Finy, mi ha offerto una camera deluxe con letti matrimoniali, vista sul campo da golf balcone. Autobus a determinate ore a Grand Batam Mall e Nagoya Hill. La palestra era ben attrezzata. Ho visto la zona di sauna e yoga al livello 10 Una cosa da notare: il sole è al mattino. La piscina non fa il sole, perché è bloccata dall'edificio dell'hotel (fino a circa 1015am) . La zona in cui il caffè è raggiunge il sole mattinale. Il Café Luminal vicino all'hotel serveva un toast di caffè da Starbucks .non un grande fan di caffè Starbucks, quindi ho avuto succo di melone d'acqua invece. L’ambiente del Cafe è stato grande per il lavoro a distanza, poiché ci sono stati molti punti di carico. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno.

Hotel is new and very clean with basic amenities. I like the room with spacious shelves that we could put our luggage bags. A lot of varieties for breakfast, and normally with quite a number of local dishes. Overall the egg station and bread are those i preferred since some food was not up to standards. Staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful when i asked for recommendation. Lobby has a huge sitting area for meeting up with friends and right at the end, a small lounge which serves drinks. The only inconvenient part is the swimming pool - it is not in the same building and cannot reach with a connecting lift. Swimmers has to move out of the hotel to go to the next building, move to level 6 and there's the swimming pool. There are changing rooms available. Perhaps the hotel is new, our taxi driver could not locate the hotel. As there are a few Harris properties in Batam, best to inform taxi driver including address. Btw, getting Grab to any other shopping malls are convenient and low cost. There are plenty of eaterie around. Within minutes walk, there are minimarts, cafe, food court, restaurant, massage parlours, skincare and hair salon! These are 2-3 storey high building. Nagoya Hill is the nearest shopping mall which is about 10-15 minutes walk. There is a school nearby so you could hear some noise when they are conducting activities. Also on-going construction nearby, can't really hear from room, so it doesn't bother us. Over all a great stay!

Loved our stay here! The rooms were clean, spacious, well furnished and comfy. The aircon is amazing. The breakfast spread is good, but quite slow service and refilling. Our cappuccino was very delayed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the security, door men and bag service men. Location is fantastic, walkable to BCS Mall and Grand Batam mall.

1. Well-equipped apartment. Safe, ironing equipment, umbrella, beach bag, crockery, cutleries, pot and pan and best of all – extremely comfortable bed and pillows and new air-conditioners! 2. Clean and modern interior. A few small flying insects that got into the room (inevitable due to the surrounding garden/forests and opening of doors) but thankfully, didn’t encounter any mosquitoes or ants in the apartment – what a relief! Fogging in the common areas is done twice a week – Tues and Thur late nights. Didn’t detect any unpleasant drainage smell in the toilet/shower so I’m perfectly happy with my assigned Queen Suite apartment! 3. Balcony views: (i) Block 1 is beach front apartments with full sea view (ii) Block 2 is made up of two sections: one section faces the Garden and the other section faces the Car-park (iii) Blocks 3 and 4 have either (i) Garden view - with partial sea view on highest floor) OR, (ii) Forest view – with partial sea view too on highest floor). (iv) Block 5 on the top floors have distant sea view (this block is on a slope and furthest from the reception and pool) 4. Friendly staff. My requests were attended to swiftly. 5. Private beach (shared among the 3 resorts there) is reasonably clean with fairly clear sea (there’re jelly fish warning signages). 6. Pool at Cassia is smaller but newer and cleaner than at Angsana. A new pool bar construction is currently being carried out in front of Cassia’s pool and the hoarding blocks the beautiful sea view from the infinity pool until mid Nov – what a pity! 7. Adequate breakfast spread but houseflies and birds were spotted in the restaurant – made me worry about the hygiene level 8. Various English movie channels but screen resolution was poor and images often lagged for a few seconds – makes the movie watching experience tiresome and annoying. Only the International news and Singapore channels did not suffer from lags/poor image quality 9. Some of the building and lift direction signs in the different apartment blocks are puzzling and confusing – the signs are probably very clear ONLY to the people who planned/designed them - certainly NOT easily understood by foreign guests! You need to get into the correct lifts in different buildings to reach the blocks furthest from the reception (to avoid climbing any stairs or slopes eg blocks 4 and 5). I only figured out the various sheltered linkways/correct lifts after a few trial and errors, lol! 10. Credit card is needed for room deposit during check in even if room cost was already paid in advance during online booking: 4 Million Indonesian Rupiah per apartment per night

There are smoking rooms available for smokers on the top floor of hotel . Rooms are clean. The hotel is next to the Batam city center pier, so it’s very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and there are many type of food to choose. The swimming pool is clean. It’s nice experience to stay here.

ambiente del resort molto pulito, ben tenuto, ha una sensazione di serraggio legittima. NOTA; niente tv e vasca da bagno. tutto molto comodo. fondamentalmente ti vengono a prendere per andare ovunque con il passeggino. il servizio è buono anche tutti molto sorridenti e disponibili cibo quindi non puoi aspettarti molto ma un menù ampio. hanno una cucina diversa la camera è bella ma se piove il rumore è piuttosto forte. questa camera del resort non ha la tv. attività. l'enorme laguna è profonda 2,5 m quindi fondamentalmente tutti coloro che entrano in piscina devono indossare il giubbotto di salvataggio. ci sono scivoli, parco giochi gonfiabile. alcune pagaie d'acqua, gommoni ecc. un bel po' di cose con cui giocare ma solo la piscina è profonda. con i bambini devi usare la potenza degli occhi.
