Giappone: hotel con bar nella provincia di Prefettura di Osaka

โรงแรมใหม่มาก ประทับใจ พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือทุกๆอย่างดีมาก ที่ล็อบบี้มีน้ำดื่มและกาแฟสดบริการ กาแฟรสชาติเข้มข้นอร่อยมากๆ ลิฟท์ในโรงแรม มีถึง 3 ตัว สะดวกมากๆ ทำเลอยู่ด้านหลังตลาดปลาkizu เดินข้ามถนนจากโรงแรมก็ถึงเลย ข้างๆโรงแรมมี Lawson ในห้องพักสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบไดร์เป่าผมลมแรงมาก จัดวางพื้นที่ดี เปิดกระเป๋าเดินทาง 2 ใบสบายๆ ห้องที่พักมองเห็น รถไฟ ดูเพลินดี แต่ก็มีเสียงจากรถไฟผ่านให้ได้ยินนะ ไฟส่องสว่างในห้องพักมีหลายจุดปรับระดับได้ มีไฟสีขาวด้วย ทำความสะอาดห้องให้ทุกวันด้วย ใครจะไปย่าน นิปปอมบาชิ ย่านชินเซไก เดินจากที่พักประมาณ15 นาที ไปนัมบะ20นาที และสะดวกในการเดินทางด้วยรถไฟฟ้า โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินเดินประมาณ 10 นาที ตอนเราจองได้ราคาดีมากๆ

È una tranquilla zona di uffici a Midosuji, ma è a soli 3-4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende facile l'accesso! Sono andato alla stazione successiva per mangiare pesce palla e granchio. Ci sono bar e ristoranti convenienti al primo piano dell'edificio dell'hotel e intorno ad esso. La colazione è a buffet. Il pot-au-feu e la zuppa di panna erano deliziosi con molti ingredienti. Ho decorato la frittata che ho ordinato con alghe e funghi bardana🎵 Anche il bagno era bello con una doccia. Forse era perché il tappeto era di colore scuro, o forse il personale delle pulizie non se n'era accorto, ma sul pavimento c'era un calzino nero di un ospite precedente... lol

Il servizio è stato eccellente e la camera era pulitissima e ordinata! La zona circostante era sicura (per lo più frequentata da impiegati), tranquilla di notte e comoda per raggiungere le zone commerciali. Adoro la loro biancheria da letto!

結婚式場と一緒になってるホテルなら記載して欲しかった。客室が挙式などの受付と同じフロアでエレベーターの真ん前なのでお互い「え？！」って感じだし、気まずい。受付の前通らないと客室フロアいけないのでそれもちょっと気になる。客室がこちらっていう看板も小さくて、式場の方に向かってしまう可能性があるかも。 フロントで一言教えてもらえると助かる…。 造りは古いですが、水場は改装したのか、とてもキレイです。シャンプーなどがPOLAなのも嬉しい！ 誰もいない夜に来て、朝帰る、とかの本当に寝るだけ、って感じならいいかもです。昼に荷物置きに来た時にセレモニーに鉢合わせるときつい。

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

Se cercate tranquillità, evitate questo hotel: si trova su una strada principale dove ogni notte passano motociclisti con il rumore assordante dei motori fino alle prime ore del mattino. Se avete il sonno leggero (come me), non riuscirete a dormire. Inoltre, l'insonorizzazione della camera è scarsa. C'è anche un odore sgradevole in bagno! A parte questo, l'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione di Hommachi e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona di Shinsaibashi. Con la linea Midosuji è facile raggiungere Umeda o Namba. Il personale alla reception è gentile e sempre disponibile.

Sorprendentemente buono! Il servizio è stato impeccabile. Avevo sentito elogiare questo hotel per il suo ”design elegante”, ma non ne ero rimasto colpito. Tuttavia, appena entrato, sono rimasto stupito dall'eccellente arredamento per un hotel in questa fascia di prezzo. È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende i trasporti molto comodi. Altamente consigliato!

I couldn't believe how nice this hotel is and how well designed the rooms are to provide so much in such a compact space. The renovations look great, and everything is very clean and smells pleasant everywhere. It was great to have a PIN to enter so I have no key to worry about losing/locking myself out and no check out needed; the private bathroom was wonderful (and a delightful surprise in a Japanese hotel given the limited space); the room has many outlets in excellent locations, the connection to the TV’s HDMI port is conveniently right on the wall with the outlets, the room includes a kettle, a fridge, a hair straightener, a hair dryer, cups, hangers, an aromatic spray, an air purifier/humidifier, air conditioning, big mirrors, a luggage rack, a flashlight, and a USB cable that has 3 different types of adaptors on the end; they make free soft drinks available to guests between 3 pm AND 9 pm DAILY (and some alcohol at a later time); they have an onsen with natural hot spring water, they have a sauna and as well as contrast (cold/natural temperature water) bath by the onsen, and they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; they allow guests to take as many extra pillows as they want or need, and the pillows have different heights and softness to choose from; they have many spaces to relax from an outdoor terrace to dimly lit relaxation room with hammocks and recliners to a bar set up with outlets and wireless charging; they have coin laundry and dryer available (but they provide detergent free), they have free pajamas available to borrow, they have razors and toothbrushes available, and they give you gifts if you don’t need cleaning on days of consecutive stay plus gifts if you don’t use up their toothbrush that they leave out for free in your room... it really did not feel like anything was lacking. And to top it off, all of the staff are very kind and friendly. I also am big about reducing waste, and I appreciate the initiatives they are taking at their hotel. The only thing I didn't try was their food, since it cost extra to have the breakfast. I did however discover my favourite Japanese drink from their free soft drinks (カルピスメロン) and since leaving the hotel, trying to find it in convenience stores and vending machines has proven difficult. Overall I had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here any time.

Non c'è niente da dire sulla posizione Quando esci dall'uscita centrale JR, presta attenzione ai cartelli e trova il cartello con il nome di Daimaru e dell'hotel. Per andare all'aeroporto, prendi la Osaka Loop Line, a patto di non prendere il treno sbagliato, è economica, di buona qualità e con orari controllabili. Ho prenotato una camera executive con una stanza più grande e sono rimasto colpito da quanto sia spaziosa rispetto alla maggior parte degli hotel giapponesi. Ci sono abbondanti strutture e materiali, quindi devi portare solo il tuo quando viaggi e soggiorni. Il tempo libero non significa molto per i viaggiatori, ma può essere un enorme vantaggio quando si viaggia per lavoro.

C'è margine di miglioramento per il personale del concierge, poiché ho organizzato la pulizia della camera il terzo giorno di permanenza e ciò non è avvenuto perché ”ho rimosso l'adesivo ”non disturbare” troppo tardi”, ovvero alle 12:30, ma la riorganizzazione non è stata offerta fino a quando non l'ho richiesta, per essere riorganizzata il giorno dopo a mezzogiorno. Il personale delle pulizie ha quindi bussato ininterrottamente alla mia porta alle 9:00 del giorno dopo, ha visto che aprivo la porta con uno spazzolino da denti in bocca e mi ha chiesto quando volevo fare le pulizie, senza considerare il fatto che non è davvero il momento migliore per parlare. Pensavo di essere stato chiaro sulle istruzioni date al personale del concierge il giorno prima. Molto sorpreso dalla mancanza di comunicazione tra il concierge e il personale di prima linea. Tuttavia, vorrei fare i complimenti al personale del ristorante per la colazione, poiché sono tutti molto disponibili e cordiali.
