這是我們在komodo最愉快的居住體驗 甚至可以説是目前為止性價比最好的酒店 2000多住出了5000+的體驗 從接送到入住 在路上的時候我提了一下我有點發燒去酒店的時候麻煩drop by一下葯店 結果入住後inroom service送來了薑茶
我們管家Henrik，到客房總監那位女士， 餐廳主管Jaka（抱歉我不能完全記得他們的名字）還有我去浮潛陪伴我的教練的Deseil（抱歉拼不清楚你的名字）都讓我們覺得賓至如歸。全程不管到哪都能叫出我們的名字
最後一天我發燒嚴重了 我衹是問問有沒有抗生素，結果Henrik幫我安排了醫生到房間，我提出我可能細菌感染需要吃頭孢，幫我檢查過後給我開了撲熱息痛，頭孢和維生素，我問了多少錢我好給錢後，告訴我是免費的。 我真的非常震驚，因為我一直住在峇裏島我知道這裏對於外國人醫療費用特別貴，沒想到得到了非常細緻的照顧。
我們退房時，全程酒店operation部門在lobby一起送我們，還送了我和朋友的照片和禮物，非常吃驚。我們全程以為我們是住進了Aman嗎😂非常建議大家趁他們剛開業沒多久價格還很好的時候趕緊入住，我相信這麼好的酒店以後絕對會越來越好價格也越來越貴😂

Strutture: Le strutture sono nella media. Il lavandino non aveva il controllo dell'acqua calda. Quindi puoi usare solo acqua fredda per lavarti il viso. L'asciugacapelli ha un flusso d'aria molto basso.
Igiene: l'igiene può davvero dare problemi alle persone. Ci sono gomme da masticare di altre persone sul muro. Il bagno è davvero il più sporco dell'hotel in cui ho soggiornato negli ultimi giorni. Non mi sembra giusto spendere quattrocento o cinquecento dollari.
Ambiente: Vicinissimo all'aeroporto e al molo. Al piano inferiore c'è un ristorante. Anche il ristorante è davvero delizioso.
Servizio: il servizio è abbastanza buono. Saranno i camerieri a prendervi l'iniziativa e saranno molto entusiasti.

Posizione strategica con vista, spiaggia privata e numerose piscine. Il resort incastonato nel suo monte Sylvia ci ha dato la possibilità di fare un'escursione di 15 minuti per ammirare il tramonto o di cenare al tramonto presso il ristorante sulla spiaggia con un buon menù. Adoro la piattaforma di attracco galleggiante sulla spiaggia.

The hotel is not that far from the airport. It should take around 15 mins from the airport by taxi. There is a driver from the hotel who can pick you up at the airport, just call or text the hotel via WhatsApp. If you stay in the over ocean villa, the same driver will drive you between your room and the main building. Ivan is one of the driver there. He's the best. While you stay there, the hotel will assign one of the staff to assist you via WhatsApp. Ours is Agnes. You can text to the staff if you need anything such as call a buggy to pick you up and they reply like asap. The hotel itself is very beautiful with Japanese style interior design. The restaurant there is really good too. Located on the 2nd floor with stunning ocean view. Packed with various kind of dishes. All of the staffs there are very friendly and ready to help you to make sure you have the best experience there. Beby is one of the restaurant team. She is very cheerful, ready to serve you with huge smile on her face. We didn't try other facilities of the hotel but everything is there. Almost forget to mention about activities there. You can do kayaking and snorkeling in the ocean around the hotel which is a must. They also can provide you a selection of trip to explore Komodo islands. Full day or half day for you to join. We did a half day trip there visiting Kelor island, Kalong island and Manjarite island which was really worth it.

L'hotel è confortevole, pulito, amichevole, buon colazione, ma ci sono ancora problemi con le camere come un bagno bloccato, il bagno è nuovo al terzo piano, ma è disgustoso giallo come mai bruciato. Questo hotel ha bisogno di vixal/porstek/harpic e qualcosa Perché è un peccato che l'interno dell'hotel sia buono ma non si prenda cura di

I booked Laprima hotel because of its good views with closer proximity to town than other luxury hotels, with a decent price tag. I think we got that!
PROS
- good sunset views from your little balcony, with plenty of space to hang wet swim gear from your days adventures
- Lush grounds with frangipani, birds of paradise, other other pretty plants
- Great pool and there is also a BBQ area and spa on site
- Decent coffee
- Comfy bed
- Clean towels each day and a shower that does not get the whole bathroom wet
- Box breakfast provided for early departures (ours was good)!
CONS
- The food is just okay- some variety, fresh fruit every day, nice layout of dining space, but not great cooking. Also, don’t expect Western choices (not that we did)
- Low quality toiletries so don’t forget your own, especially conditioner and even bar soap
- the worst problem was that we were not picked up at the appointed time at the airport and the man at the front desk lied about someone coming for us! We had pre arranged our pick-up through Trip.com beforehand, but when we walked out the door of the airport… no one was there with our names OR the name of the hotel on a paper. No biggie, we call the number of the hotel and the man says that someone will be there in five minutes. We wait ten before calling again and the man assures us that someone is in the parking lot so we just have to find him. Meanwhile of course there is a huge crowd of taxi drivers begging to take us, but we don’t want to stand up our driver so we lug our suitcases and backpacks down the steps and search the parking lot for any van or bus with our hotel name on it. No sign. So we call AGAIN and ask what’s going on and the man says (no joke), “Sorry, we had a VIP arrive and couldn’t help you right away.” So we got the message loud and clear that we were not important. Finally, we get some taxi driver to take us to the hotel. It’s been 40 sweaty minutes and since the hotel is only ten minutes away by car, we could have been there and back again a few times at this point. We pull into the driveway and there is the hotel van, parked in the shade. Needless to say, we were pretty mad but we’re trying not to lose our cool. The man at the desk really did not know what to do. He didn’t offer to upgrade us until we suggested it and he seemed unsure how to handle the situation at all. It seems looking back that it was just a problem of miscommunication and very inadequate training. Perhaps the front desk is not his usual role and he was just there for low season. But beware. It made me have trust issues with anything else the hotel provided. Would we get our laundry back? Would they really have our breakfast boxes ready on time for our early pick- up? That one was almost a no as well. To be fair, the same man did help us print a document several days later. I don’t want to vilify him. But he really messed up the first impression!

Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff dalla reception al signor Ragil che mi ha aiutato a trovarlo. Il servizio è impeccabile. Il posto e le camere sono bellissime. La colazione a buffet e il pranzo erano fantastici. Il cibo era fresco e ho adorato il cocco fresco. Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò ai miei amici. Grazie a tutti i membri della direzione e del personale per un ottimo soggiorno. 👍

DDraggggginfCentrally located and very tastefully designed, the sound proofing is not perfect but it does keep most of the noise out. The lift is extremely slow and only one was working while I was there. Breakfast spread is average, but sea view rooms have great views. Close to a lot of eateries and cafes, which is great.

Ci sono solo pochi hotel di tipo resort sull'isola Z e questo vale ogni centesimo per passare il giorno di raffreddamento nella stanza, dalla piscina e servizio in camera da ordinare. La qualità della cibo è grande. Il personale è bello. Non ci sono molte opzioni di ristorante sull'isola, e siamo riusciti a vedere il latte che va dalla stanza.

UUtente ospiteFirst impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere.
Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app.
Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down.
Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious.
It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

Il check-in è previsto alle 14:00 standard e siamo arrivati alle 9:30 circa.
La nostra camera era pronta (probabilmente a causa della bassa stagione all'inizio di dicembre) e ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in. Grazie mille 🙏.

Non che normalmente lo mangerei a colazione, ma era lì, ed era bellissimo.
Da 5 a 10 minuti in auto dalla città e dal porto turistico. $7,50 dall'hotel.
Il personale in generale parla poco o niente inglese e si siede piuttosto bene a chiacchierare o al telefono. Era abbastanza, suppongo. Solo un grande no no per me.

BBudi Hao LinI recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean. The view from the window overlooking the beach or harbour is blocked by other building. However, you can patronise the rooftop bar to have unblocked view to the beach or harbour. It’s particularly good to view the sunset.
The in-room amenities were adequate, but I found it is lack of toiletries such as toothbrush, comb, shaver. Overall, while the location and room size were positive aspects, there were some areas where the hotel could improve.
