First impression of the hotel - IG fanatics would love this hotel because of the decoration. It's decorated with various styles of chairs everywhere, fun and colorful, creating a happy atmosphere. Love the stay here though it's just a one night stay before the flight to Bali. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Very friendly and efficient front desk staffs. Since I arrived before noon, hotel gave me an early check-in, also quickly react to a little problem in my room. They can help you to order Grab car in case you don't have the app. Hotel is not that far from the Kupang airport. Lots of good restaurants, convenient stores and beach within walking distance. It's definitely worth to pay a little bit more for a seaview room - the seaview and sunset is stunning!!! Even the elevator is made with glass so you can enjoy the seaview while going up and down. Breakfast is buffet and mainly Indonesian style, taste is fine. Shower water pressure is good. The only flaw I can find is restaurant service was pretty slow and not that attentive. I was the only guest at the restaurant during dinner, maybe they were busy with the takeaway/ room service, so been waiting for a long time for food. Luckily, taste of the chicken was delicious. It's a shame the hotel doesn't have swimming pool so you can only go to the beach right in front of the hotel. Anyway, I will surely book Swiss Belcourt Kupang again and highly recommend to all travellers visiting Kupang.

Air conditioning and hot water not working. Changed rooms and the hot water not working. This is unacceptable for an Aston Hotel. 

Очень удобное расположение в километре от аэропорта немного в стороне от улицы. Отель новый очень чистый с хорошей отделкой. На первом этаже холл для завтраков. Номер удобный с хорошей мебелью. Мощный кондиционер. Предоставляют трансферы в аэропорт на комфортабельных машинах. Доброжелательный персонал хорошо говорящий на английском.

L'hotel è confortevole, pulito, amichevole, buon colazione, ma ci sono ancora problemi con le camere come un bagno bloccato, il bagno è nuovo al terzo piano, ma è disgustoso giallo come mai bruciato. Questo hotel ha bisogno di vixal/porstek/harpic e qualcosa Perché è un peccato che l'interno dell'hotel sia buono ma non si prenda cura di

È molto bello rimanere sul roccio htl, il menu del colazione è già iniziato a essere buono, come la prima aperta prima, il futuro deve essere migliorato di nuovo la selezione del menu del colazione, in modo che si possa ottenere un 4 stelle htl. La piscina è davvero ok, è necessario aggiungere musica per rendere l'atmosfera come a Bali in mattina e sera quando la gente nuota di nuovo.. la stanza è comoda, solo la doccia deve essere migliorata di nuovo nella stanza 207. in tutto bene n meglio

Dopo 3 volte al Sotis devo dire che: - le camere. Il bagno e la colazione piú che buone - cknr phre buono il servizio dello Staff Purtroppo la piscina non ha personale che può intervenire all assalto di ospiti rumorosi e che utiluzzank questo spazio come parco giochi. Il risultato è che la pool diventa inutilizzabile. Inoltre la spiaggia antistante l albergo viene usata dai locali x fare picnic cucinando e inondando di fumo, odori e molto chiasso tutta la parte esterna…. Mi dispiace ma pensk che una prossima volta a Kupang cercherò altra soluzione.

Hotel with pros and cons I booked Laprima hotel because of its good views with closer proximity to town than other luxury hotels, with a decent price tag. I think we got that! PROS - good sunset views from your little balcony, with plenty of space to hang wet swim gear from your days adventures - Lush grounds with frangipani, birds of paradise, other other pretty plants - Great pool and there is also a BBQ area and spa on site - Decent coffee - Comfy bed - Clean towels each day and a shower that does not get the whole bathroom wet - Box breakfast provided for early departures (ours was good)! CONS - The food is just okay- some variety, fresh fruit every day, nice layout of dining space, but not great cooking. Also, don’t expect Western choices (not that we did) - Low quality toiletries so don’t forget your own, especially conditioner and even bar soap - the worst problem was that we were not picked up at the appointed time at the airport and the man at the front desk lied about someone coming for us! We had pre arranged our pick-up through Trip.com beforehand, but when we walked out the door of the airport… no one was there with our names OR the name of the hotel on a paper. No biggie, we call the number of the hotel and the man says that someone will be there in five minutes. We wait ten before calling again and the man assures us that someone is in the parking lot so we just have to find him. Meanwhile of course there is a huge crowd of taxi drivers begging to take us, but we don’t want to stand up our driver so we lug our suitcases and backpacks down the steps and search the parking lot for any van or bus with our hotel name on it. No sign. So we call AGAIN and ask what’s going on and the man says (no joke), “Sorry, we had a VIP arrive and couldn’t help you right away.” So we got the message loud and clear that we were not important. Finally, we get some taxi driver to take us to the hotel. It’s been 40 sweaty minutes and since the hotel is only ten minutes away by car, we could have been there and back again a few times at this point. We pull into the driveway and there is the hotel van, parked in the shade. Needless to say, we were pretty mad but we’re trying not to lose our cool. The man at the desk really did not know what to do. He didn’t offer to upgrade us until we suggested it and he seemed unsure how to handle the situation at all. It seems looking back that it was just a problem of miscommunication and very inadequate training. Perhaps the front desk is not his usual role and he was just there for low season. But beware. It made me have trust issues with anything else the hotel provided. Would we get our laundry back? Would they really have our breakfast boxes ready on time for our early pick- up? That one was almost a no as well. To be fair, the same man did help us print a document several days later. I don’t want to vilify him. But he really messed up the first impression!

Devo dare 100 punti a Catamaran per questo viaggio. La camera è pulita e la vista è stupenda! Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni e non ci sono state zanzare né problemi di qualità dell'acqua. Il personale è stato molto cordiale ed entusiasta. Hanno trovato il modo di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La colazione era molto ricca e anche pranzo e cena potevano essere serviti in hotel. Il costo medio a persona era di circa 150-200 sterline, il che era assolutamente accettabile. Personalmente, ritengo che Catamaran sia molto più conveniente di Ayana.

we stayed here after our lombok to flores boat trip for one night. the room was so affordable, new and immaculately clean, bathroom and shower were great. ac was great and there is nice patio you can sit on in the front of the room. the staff were so kind and accommodating. helped us book a taxi to the airport for a good price. 100% recommend to stay here!
