Regno Unito: hotel con internet nella provincia di West Midlands

With a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!

Così conveniente per tutto!  Abbiamo fatto un check-in prima di quanto ci aspettavamo. Conosceva gli amici a Brindley e si è divertito un weekend con gli amici. La colazione era grande, con molte varietà, personale amichevole e opzioni per tutte le diete.  Il parcheggio era molto vicino e relativamente buono in considerazione della posizione. Le letti erano molto confortevoli e il bagno era ben progettato con le merci della White Company.  Nessun rumore dai vicini, quindi, in ogni caso, è una scelta davvero buona.

Sono arrivato sabato pomeriggio e ho trascorso la sera, poi sono andato domenica mattina. Il WiFi non funziona in questa stanza, che non è buono. Il tempo è un po' caldo, ma grazie a un fan nella stanza, la stanza è raffreddata a notte, il letto è grande (grande abbastanza per due persone) e la stanza è spaziosa con scrivania e sedie. Il bagno è ovviamente datato, ma le strutture funzionano bene, le tubature sembrano un po' vecchie, quindi potrebbe esserci un odore. Ci sono molti canali televisivi da scegliere. Si possono vedere alcuni edifici, l'autostrada e il ponte fuori dalla finestra e la scena non è niente da scrivere a casa. Ho camminato attraverso il centro della città di Coventry per arrivare all'hotel e le strade sono interessanti da guardare.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

The location is perfect, nearby to new street station and bullring. Hotel itself is good, but no happy with much amenities and overall service. Phone didnt connect to housekeeping, had to keep calling reception, which was answered much after few calls. Could not blame as the one staff on reception only. Overall good experience was checked in early and as ihg member given late checkout.

Il parcheggio è situato nelle vicinanze e offre un ambiente sicuro. La colazione è disponibile già dalle 6:30, con la possibilità di scegliere una colazione calda all'inglese, una soluzione ideale per risparmiare tempo. Nel complesso, è stata un'esperienza molto piacevole.

Grande hotel. Camera grande, letto confortevole e doccia grande.Colazione, anche se il buffet aveva molte opzioni da scegliere e anche se era occupato non si sentiva affollato come un sacco di spazio per muoversi e ottenere ciò che avete bisogno. Rimarrei

Firstly, the staff we encountered were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The reception entrance was promising, being bright and modern with a very pleasant receptionist and smooth check in. However, our room lacked appeal, comfort or anything that made one wish to stay in it for longer than a night. To be fair, we were asked twice on check in, if we would like to move to a different floor. I jokingly asked if there was a problem with the room we'd been allocated but was told no. We were allocated Room 7. Whilst it appeared clean to the best the facilities allowed, it was unpleasant. The bottom of the bathroom door appeared water damaged and rotten. The sink was cracked. The radiator was rusted by urine splashes as situated beside the toilet and the shower was situated in a recess with no curtain or screen, so quickly spilled on to the floor making the bath mat soaked. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. There was no hair dryer. Only one USB point within the very small TV which only charged if it was on. Being on the ground floor, our window opened out on to the narrow walk way and one poor man walked into it on his way to reception. SatNav instructions take you to a dead end further down the road and several attempts at finding our way around the God awful roundabout eventually led us to a very small parking area at the front of the hotel. Breakfast at 9.00 pm was initially disappointing. One plate was available, no bread for the toaster, no milk for the cereals. One sausage, no beans, no bacon. More food did eventually appear, as did plates, and it was very nice. The croissants and pastries were lovely too. The coffee machine was good. As mentioned, the staff were very good and we requested an iron which was bought to us quickly with a board by a lovely young man. The bed was awful. Rock hard and not much comfort from a meagre duvet that was so thin that initially we thought it had been forgotten. Anyway, one night, cheap and basic. Served its purpose but would look elsewhere and pay more. Think we were just unlucky.

La struttura è molto attraente, è molto attraente e si trova in una posizione molto confortevole. Il servizio di autobus è una buona varietà per ogni gusto. consigliere questo hotel a amici e familiari.

Situato nel 1879, questo hotel è in realtà il Grand Birmingham Hotel! Esso è un ooze di classe in tutto il mondo. La nostra camera era spaziosa, ma guardando il piano di piano, che sembra essere il standard! Bagno fornito, anche se non scarpe. La doccia ha una porta invece di camminare inutilmente in pannelli che non funzionano mai! Non ci sono tazze espresso inutili, ma appropriati muffole per il mondo per i nostri caffè e il tè in camera. Due sedie a braccio comode e il letto... Il letto era un sogno e spero di produrre il mattress esatto topper e duvet! Perfetto per me come fumatore, l'hotel dispone di una terrazza esclusiva in cortile sul primo piano, che offre un caffè autoservizio. Ci sono due ristoranti adatto all'hotel che conservano un codice vestito che assicura che le strutture siano classiche in tutto il mondo. Oltre le porte dell'hotel ci sono molti altri pasti, poiché l'hotel è spaventato nel centro a destra della Catedral di Birmingham: di nuovo perfetto per il prossimo domenica Palm. L'unica cosa che non capisco è perché l'ingresso dell'hotel non è più grande e più grande di quanto merita.
