Lovely welcome at reception. Really helpful with parking.
The room was large, lovely and warm and had every thing we needed.
The most beautiful setting for breakfast again with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the decorated Christmas trees.
The hotel was in an ideal location for Bettys and the shops.

Our third stay at The Feversham Arms Hotel. We were allocated a pool suite which was excellent. Apparently the hotel is up for sale, the administrators have been brought in. Hopefully the new owners will be found and after a few tweaks here and there the hotel will be five stars.

The hotel has a beautiful location. The antique building has been kept in excellent condition. We chose to stay in the Feature Double Room-old Hall. The room was very spacious, with seating area. A coffee machine was also available. Cool drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was delicious, individually cooked, with a wide choice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Lodge tranquillo vicino al centro di York City.
Buona connessione di autobus, proprio davanti alla porta.
Ma anche a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro.
La stanza è semplice e il bagno è leggermente piccolo ma soddisfa tutte le aspettative.

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights. Checking in felt more tedious than it needed to be and our keys stopped working half way through the stay. We had a nice room with a comfortable bed and it was serviced, which isn't guaranteed these days. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Get off the train at York and literally straight into this fab hotel. A step back in time with beautiful lounges to eat and drink in. Stunning gardens. Beautiful feel of Xmas with stunning trees and decorations. The New Year's Eve main meal was lovely, but would give the starter a miss, valute not for us. More plus's than negative's. Garden view room was cold with old sash windows, but comfy bed and clean room. Lovely view

Molto comodo soggiorno. Arriviamo il 4 aprile. Salutato da un accogliente più utile, amichevole e gentile. Posizione perfetta, l'autobus al centro di York era lungo la strada dall'hotel e corse ogni 10 minuti fino alle 11:00. La camera era molto confortevole con un comodo letto, cieco nero e doccia molto potente. La colazione era cucinata per ordinare con una varietà di cereali frutta e pasticceria anche disponibile. È stato un delizioso colazione e il personale è stato molto gentile, efficiente e amichevole.

YYezi一棟小別墅，房間整潔乾淨，很温馨安靜，服務很好很熱情，我們住3樓，沒有電梯，行李箱都是店家幫拿上房間的，停車也算方便。周住環境不錯，出行也方便，沿河邊步行20分鐘邊觀景過走很快就到達鬧市區的旅遊景點，唯有早餐很貴。一天兩晚還算是愜意的體驗吧。

UUtente ospiteNon ho mai rimasto qui, ma non in questo momento dell'anno, perciò questo potrebbe aver formato una parte della mia esperienza - come facevo affari durante due giorni del mio soggiorno, spero di poter mangiare all'hotel piuttosto che uscire; ma questo è stato possibile solo una volta, Come ristorante era aperto solo in tempo molto limitato, e non è stato menzionato alcun cibo alternativo in hotel.
Inoltre, la stanza che mi fu dato inizialmente sembrava ”cansata” ma adeguata; tuttavia, la seconda sera, sia il bagno che il bagno sono stati rinforzati, così non potevo usare né il bagno (avrei messo solo il normale rullino del bagno, e nulla altro che l'acqua di lavaggio nel bagno). Ho fatto rapporto questa mattina dopo, ma era ancora peggio quando sono tornato quella sera. La persona sul desk mi ha trasferito in un'altra stanza, che era buona. Quindi posso dire che questa volta ho avuto un'esperienza mischiata!

UUtente ospiteWe were lucky enough to obtain an upgrade to a suite - and I have to say my wife and I were very impressed with the room. A wonderful four poster bed, the room design was unusual but most appreciated - one of my favourites to have stayed in. The hotel in general gave a good impression with good design features. Do be aware that there is not a lift available for all floors - but we were promptly asked if we needed any assistance.
All interactions with the staff were friendly and professional - and for a couple of requests staff were always willing to work out how to help us.
Breakfast - from a menu with a good selection available and friendly service.
Car parking is available but you are advised to call the hotel to book a space (we did and grateful we did as it was otherwise full). It is not cheap at GBP25 a night - but the nearby public car park is a similar price - that is York car park prices.

UUtente ospiteIncredible hotel with the friendliest staff! The room was immaculate with a very comfy bed, service from all staff was faultless, and location is just a short walk from the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in York, whether for business or pleasure!

UUtente ospiteStayed one night because of the marathon the next day. The staffs were friendly and procedures like Checkin are convenient. Great location, close to the station and hotel. However, the inability of the air conditioner to heat up made the room less comfortable. But I stillI had a good rest here and set a PB in the race the next day, so it was a good stay overall.

From checking in and our room available early with welcome cookies which were warm and amazing to checkout the staff could not be more helpful!
The room was on the third floor clean, tidy and well presented.
The gym and spa facilities were all good and nice to use and relax especially on a Sunday evening!
The breakfast was buffet with a selection of hot and cold options the parcel machine was my favourite fresh pancakes which were delicious!
This hotel is huge but it's well maintained clean tidy and such an enjoyable experience for our anniversary!

Ottimo personale alla reception. La camera era pubblicizzata come una ”doppia accogliente”, ma era un letto enorme, una stanza enorme e un bagno piccolo. La colazione aveva un'eccellente selezione di cui potevi servirti da solo. L'unico aspetto negativo era che le pareti erano piuttosto sottili, quindi si sentivano le persone nella stanza accanto o che parlavano mentre si passava lungo il corridoio.

BBeth&MegRoomzzz is our favourite place to stay when visiting York. Its a 10 min walk along the river to the town. We got lucky with a river view this time. The staff are lovely and helpful. We stayed in a grande studio, which was very big with a super comfy bed, sofa, table, chairs and a kitchenette. Its so handy with kids because you can cook something for dinner if you're had a long day.
In the morning they offer coffee and freshly baked croissants in the foyer (we timed it well on day 1 as they were still warm!!) The showers are out of this world!! Hot and powerful. Loved every minute of our stay and we'll be back again. Thank you
