Regno Unito: hotel con internet nella provincia di North Yorkshire

La stanza dell'hotel era pulita e come annunciato. La colazione era inclusa ma piuttosto sub par (le stesse opzioni ogni giorno con opzioni davvero economiche, con un produttore di waffle molto difettoso e caffè). La situazione del parcheggio è assurda. È a 5 minuti a piedi e il prezzo convalidato è 18.50 al giorno. Il processo di check-in è stato troppo lungo, considerando tutti i miei dettagli erano già inclusi nella prenotazione Trip.com. Ma il personale era amichevole e utile.

Sono arrivato tardi la sera dopo un lungo viaggio e ho ricevuto un bellissimo benvenuto e un aggiornamento al check-in. L'hotel e la stanza erano fantastiche. La scena è così bella. Il mio letto era molto comodo e la mia camera aveva un bagno in alto e una doccia di ballo separata. La pressione dell'acqua era grande anche per un vecchio edificio. Ho anche una vista di York Minster. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma anche facile passeggiata al centro della città.

The room was looking very tired. The carpet was filthy when we arrived and definitely hadn’t been hovered, there was hair all over. Great location and staff were friendly, just tired rooms and lacked attention to detail.

It was an ok stay but for us we didn’t realise we booked when the football was on and the away fans had pretty much booked the hotel and to say it was noisy was an understatement. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t ask us if we wanted Breakfast or if we had stayed there before so seemed pretty sub standard and not really that invested in what they were doing. We had planned to use the pool but some local kids sneaked in and used it making it loud and unusable during our stay they were just causing problems and the hotel didn’t act. This is the biggest failing the hotel fails to act we had loud guests door slamming music playing loud football fans going mad till 4am and nothing was done about it. The beds were not that comfy as sadly neither of us had a good nights sleep on top of the noise by others the rooms offered no sound proofing. No air conditioning which is crazy in this day and age and not even a fan in the room, when we asked for one we just got laughed at and told good luck with that by housekeeping. This places lacks staff that care or take pride in their work. The bathroom had no fan so when used steam went everywhere and the water pressure and temperature was terrible it wasn’t overly clean so couldn’t use the bath. Only thing going for this hotel is it’s location but we wouldn’t use it again as the rooms need a lot of TLC and the staff need extra training more so on the communication front. Upon check out we weren’t even asked did we enjoy our stay as we wanted to raise our concerns.

Buon hotel ben situato , camera avrebbe potuto fare con un pulsante come era un po 'datato. Rimanerei qui di nuovo. Parcheggio fuori strada era gratuito, ma se si vuole utilizzare il parcheggio auto degli hotel c'è un canone.

Good hotel. Clean and well located. Walking distance to the train station and central to the town. Helpful staff and a good breakfast.

Place was easy to find and just a 10 min walk to tge town centre. Car park was £8 for 24 hours parking in blue bays. Room was as per any other premier in. Only gripe room we was in heard what sounded like air con/water pipes squeaking thru the night

My daughter and I stayed in a twin room for a night while we visited York University. The Hotel staff were warm and welcoming. They were kind and helpful and more than happy to let us leave our luggage there as we were too early for check in. The main lobby area is just like it looks in the photos. There is comfortable seating, a bar and a place to get food. The rooms are clean, comfortable and feel new. The whole place felt modern and fresh. It was a 15minute taxi ride from the station and a 5/6 minute walk to The Shambles area in York where there are loads of restaurants and cafes. I literally have nothing bad to say about it. We will be back to stay again hopefully in September.

Overnight stay in Harrogate, hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of the town centre for shopping, dining etc. We opted of a king room which was very spacious with a huge bed. Breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from and the full English was excellent. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
