Lovely welcome at reception. Really helpful with parking. The room was large, lovely and warm and had every thing we needed. The most beautiful setting for breakfast again with friendly and helpful staff. Loved the decorated Christmas trees. The hotel was in an ideal location for Bettys and the shops.

Dopo aver visitato prima, ci aspettavamo molto di passare due notti a The Feversham Arms. Siamo stati delusi di vedere come la casa si trovava stanca, guardando fuori il sole brillante, e ci siamo aspettati di passare la sera a pranzo vicino alla piscina e al sole.  Il servizio era inferiore a due e il cibo era medio nonostante fosse molto costoso. La zona di piscina aveva lentamente le bandiere con le erbe in crescita e la piscina è in desperata necessità di riparazione. Dopo aver visitato la zona e essere stato trattato con un personale gentile e cortese, mi è stato disgustato l'atteggiamento di alcuni dei servizi, soprattutto nel bagno e nel bar alfresco.

The hotel has a beautiful location. The antique building has been kept in excellent condition. We chose to stay in the Feature Double Room-old Hall. The room was very spacious, with seating area. A coffee machine was also available. Cool drinks in the fridge. Breakfast was delicious, individually cooked, with a wide choice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Lodge tranquillo vicino al centro di York City. Buona connessione di autobus, proprio davanti alla porta. Ma anche a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro. La stanza è semplice e il bagno è leggermente piccolo ma soddisfa tutte le aspettative.

My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights. Checking in felt more tedious than it needed to be and our keys stopped working half way through the stay. We had a nice room with a comfortable bed and it was serviced, which isn't guaranteed these days. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and helpful. I'd stay there again.

La camera era scarsamente illuminata, potevo truccarmi solo in bagno ma non c'era un posto dove appoggiare nulla. Ho dovuto spostare il bollitore sul comodino per collegarlo alla corrente perché non c'erano altre prese disponibili. Abbiamo chiesto per tre volte del caffè decaffeinato in camera, ma non è mai arrivato e non ci hanno dato alcuna spiegazione. Avremmo voluto usare la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio, ma l'idea di dover scendere le scale per entrare in uno stabilimento termale pubblico era piuttosto sgradevole. La nostra camera si trovava sotto le scale che portavano ai piani superiori, quindi era molto rumorosa quando le scale venivano utilizzate dagli altri ospiti. La posizione dell'hotel era comunque eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, e anche se la nostra camera si affacciava sulla stazione stessa, non siamo mai stati disturbati da alcun rumore.

Bella hotel, vecchio e pieno di carattere. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Avevamo un problema con il riscaldamento e un membro del personale era estremamente amichevole e ordinava il problema direttamente. Noi rimarremmo sicuramente, poiché la posizione è perfetta per il centro di Harrogate.

Lovely location freindly and helpful staff

We only used the accommodation for two nights without breakfast or any other meals. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the coffee was great. The decor was really nice with a jazz feel. It was very quaint and vintage. I would imagine a stay in the summer would be very nice as the courtyard was very pretty and peaceful.

Got there on Saturday and checked in early.  The hotel is located about 5 mins from town.  Everything touristy is literally there.  Receptionist was very friendly.  Lift worked a treat and the staff around the hotel were polite and welcoming.  The breakfast was great and the fa t that you choose what time slot you want makes the whole process efficient.  We had the room on the 3rd floor and had a hatch in the roof which had a great view of the river and surrounding area.  Area is brimming with shops and eateries you won’t have any problem with a range of cuisines.  The hotel has a bar and does serve food daily menu - was tempted but unfortunately we went out every night for Dinner.  Highly recommending this hotel.
