Marvello servizio in White Palace Hotel, il mio amico mi ha suggerito questo hotel e sono soddisfatto di camera, cibo e servizi di trasporto.Colazione e cena era deliziosa. Sistema di sicurezza era anche perfetto. Certamente è un hotel di qualità in Uttara

靠近使館區，每次打車回來都會經過，很有安全感；酒店提供一日三餐特別好，我們回來晚了老闆還幫忙留了飯，但是有點暈車想吃點清淡的老闆就讓廚師幫我們煮了麪條，特別地道的中國味！同事吃的可香了！平時有什麼事老闆也是有求必應，對於漂泊在外的遊子真是極大的幫助！衣服可以給保姆小姐姐洗，洗完會疊整齊放門口凳子上，特別方便👍

マイナスにした点は下記2点です。
①ホットシャワーが出なかったこと
②空港送迎サービスを依頼していたが、来なかったこと（Trip.com経由で予約）
ダッカは暑いので①はまだ大丈夫でしたが、②はかなり困りました。Trip.comのサポートセンターに連絡しましたが、まったく役に立たず。大量の蚊がいる空港の外で待ちぼうけする羽目になりました。
最終的には、空港の外でタクシーの客引きがいたため、客引きにお願いするしかありませんでした。
上記が無ければ、星5つでした。
総じて、快適な滞在でした。朝食は種類豊富でボリュームがありました。Wi-Fiは問題がなく、部屋にはドライヤーがありました。
なお、チェックインの後にはスタッフの人が荷物を部屋まで運んでくれますが、当然のことながらチップを要求されました。笑
また、壁は薄いのか、朝方にはスタッフの方々のトランシーバーの声が筒抜けでした。そのため、決して静かな環境ではありません。私は気にならないので、普通に寝ることが出来ました。

空調遙控器已經發黃了，但是空調製冷是沒問題的，入住送迎賓水果，酒店雖然久但還有的禮數也不少，在酒店連續住了7天，最後一天到5樓的日本餐廳吃飯，叫了雞扒拉麪，其實就是中國的方便麪+雞扒，感覺已經是人間美味，哈哈，到價格不便宜，差不多人民幣60多元一碗

Нам с женой нравятся чистые и аккуратные отели. В Дакке это явно один из лучших вприантов, отдельно отмечу персонал отеля.
Из минусов - окно нашего номера выходило на соседнее здание, находящегося буквально в метре. На одну ночь это вообще не было проблемой.

La stanza prenotata sul nome della casa cinese non ha negato questo nome. L'hotel ci ha fornito un ordine di alloggio e ha approvato il visto di atterraggio con l'ordine; Poi l'hotel fornisce servizi di trasporto aereo gratuito, che è troppo importante per il Bangladesh. L'aeroporto del Bangladesh non ha un aereo aereo. Sarà più difficile. Molte persone dell'aeroporto hanno molte auto, molto turbolento. È difficile trovare i veicoli appropriati in una situazione così turbola; L'hotel offre tre pasti al giorno per evitare preoccupazioni di mangiare fuori; abbiamo trovato anche un autista credibile fuori dall'hotel; con queste puoi andare liberamente in Bangladesh con fiducia.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The food was delicious with a great variety in the breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient, making travel around the city easy. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality – they made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was truly outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests or dietary preferences.
The hotel staff, including the front desk and security personnel, were exceptional. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made my stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were soft and provided a good night's sleep, which is essential after a long day of exploring the city. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities.

JJayGood hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

UUtente ospiteAbsolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available.
Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value!
The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi
5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet
6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool
7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good
8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine
9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from
10.) in room facilities is perfect
Cons:
1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong!
2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all
3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain
4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station
5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise
6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests
7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good
8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.

NNico BossÈ un buon hotel, ma stavano facendo la riparazione durante il giorno che era alto e mi hanno dato mal di testa, mi hanno dato un'altra stanza, ma non mi ha aiutato... dovevo fare un lavoro e chiamare era impossibile. Ma il personale e il manager erano molto amichevoli. Suggerisco se non vuoi deludere i tuoi ospiti chiudere il posto per qualche giorno e fare la riparazione 24/7 fino a quando non è finita.perché non si evita gli ospiti arrabbiati che rimangono lontani la prossima volta. Perche' pagano il prezzo più alto per il soggiorno inconfortabile in Pearl Hotel .

The hotel is in prime location had easy access to metro and other areas. The staff was very polite and cordial. There was market nearby to get things back home. The front desk people (Imraj , Sagor ,shahin ) were very helpful and cordial. The room service was very good.

BBenjyWang酒店人員不錯，因為訂錯日期，酒店同意全額退款，訂了兩個房間是不同代理，其中一個代理直接全額退了，另外一個台灣代理直接拒絕退款，因為一次訂了六天，後來把酒店人員的聊天訊息發給代理後扣了一天的房費，把尾款退了，整個過程攜程一直在給協調，問題卡在代理那裡，第一天不給退，第二天協調多次後給退了五天，但是拖延一天的房費扣了，並且酒店是沒收取任何費用的，所以如果訂的是代理的，一定要看好時間和可退的時間點，我因為訂的是一個月以後的，所以訂錯了日期。自己有錯在先，其中一個代理卡着不給退，而且我預訂了下個月同一個日期的。

YYoungSoo비지니스 미팅 때문에 4박5일 출장으로 묶었습니다. 다카에 버나니 시내 한가운데 있어서 굴찬이나 다른지역으로 이동도 용이 하고, 가격도 저렴한데 시설도 깨끗해서 4박 5일 내내 편하게 지내다 갑니다. 아침식사로 나오는 요거트가 방글라데시 전통방식 요거트라서(전통 토기에 담겨 나옵니다) 맛있고, 좋았습니다.
