Perche' paghero' un deposito in contanti e usare la mia barra, ci vorranno circa 30 minuti per finire.
La prossima volta penso di più prima di scegliere questo hotel
the room is clean perfect but one thing i need to suggest need to put prayer mat and sleeper inside toothbrush also no need to call the customer to request its sop thats it
This hotel is a good price and in an excellent location. The staff are amazing and professional especially Israa who was extremely helpful and very professional.if you want a relaxing and quiet getaway this is the place to go. I would definitely stay here again.
Отличный отель,шикарный вид с балконов,брали номер с одной спвльней, два балкона выходили на море,просто супер,номер огромный, всё имелось,халаты,зубные принадлежности, бритвенные, отель достойный своих денег,завтраки вкусные,выбор нормальный, вай фай работает просто супер,даже на пляже, пляж не прям напротив отеля а немного левее,10мин ходьбы или каждые полчаса автобус возит, если автобус полный сразу приезжает второй, куча розеток для зарядки, русские каналы, кстати пляж ооочень протяженный, где можно погулять,рядом куча магазинов,кафешек, есть аутлет прям рядом. Всем советую, алкомаркет минут 30 ходьбы от отеля. Почему снизил оценку, потому как подъехали не забирали долго багаж наш из такси,думали,думали,дык мы бы и сами донесли, правда после долгих раздумий,потом всё таки забрали и довезли до номера, но это мелочи. За всю поездку поменял четыре отеля ради новых локаций.
Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip
We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner
I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower
The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor
To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system
To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully.
The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner.
When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous.
The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced.
When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and we enjoyed the view from our balcony as well. Speaking of the balcony, I believe that all rooms are ocean view, which is nice. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and even though there were many families with kids near us, we didn't have problems with the noise.
I really liked the variety of food for breakfast, as that's the only one I've tried.
The beach is accessible by crossing the road at a nearby crosswalk, so you could say that it's a few minutes away.
The only thing refarding the location is that there aren't many attractions nearby in Ajman. However, they do have a shuttle to Dubai Mall.
Overall, we liked our short stay here.
La stanza è stata molto ampia e con un bel bagno di allarme con una spiaggia di jacuzzi, non oltre il personale ubicato.
Poi siamo andati e restati alle nostre figlie, ma il nostro volo è stato ritardato, quindi abbiamo deciso di tornare per qualche giorno più come ci piaceva tanto ha un massaggio che era 50% fuori e brillante.
Per la seconda volta non c'è frutto non molto di accessori da bagno come la prima volta ma è ancora molto bello sicuramente tornerà indietro
Room is good, like the space it’s bit big than other room hotel, but I was shocked when we used the toilet, the bathtub is clogged and most of disgusting is the floor of toilet is clogged and the floor is flooding of smelly water 😩😭🤮🤮🤮

UUtente ospiteE 'stato sorprendente il personale è super amichevole soprattutto grazie a Rami che era molto accogliente e cura di tutti gli ospiti la stanza è spaziosa et più importante tranquilla e confortevole con nessun problema come non ho dormito così bene per così tanto tempo e io Non posso ringraziarvi abbastanza per il cibo fresco sano e non salato e delizioso che danno generose porzioni il servizio nel ristorante è davvero buono mentre a Dubai il servizio e la qualità vanno in collina, sono lieto di vedere che in questo hotel standard di servizio è ancora alto il manager del ristorante è sempre sorridente e cercando di aiutare si può sentire che si preoccupano davvero
