Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

Per questo prezzo e posizione, non si può lamentare. Era molto contenuto. Grande posizione, camere abbastanza pulite. E 'una proprietà di famiglia in una vecchia città e edificio, quindi non aspettare servizio 5-star.

Ho prenotato la Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room con vista sul canale principale e bagno al Regalia Riverside per il 30 e 31 dicembre 2025. La camera è esattamente come nelle foto. Il balcone è dotato di prese elettriche, teiera, tazze e tè preparato per voi. Dall'altra parte del balcone, si può vedere il famoso ponte e la stazione dei battelli. Si può anche vedere il canale da una parte all'altra. La camera è grande abbastanza per due persone. In camera c'è un riscaldamento/aria condizionata che funzionava perfettamente e la signora Sun ha gentilmente acceso il riscaldamento sapendo del mio orario di arrivo. La camera ha un bollitore, ma non tazze o caffè. Per fortuna avevo portato il mio. Inoltre, sappiate che l'hotel non offre la colazione: per me non è un problema, ma per chi fa colazione, basta uscire. La posizione è perfetta, è nel cuore della città vecchia, quindi è facile andare ovunque a piedi. Fuori dalla porta c'è una strada con snack e alla fine della strada c'è un'area ristorazione. Nonostante la posizione centrale e di fronte alla stazione dei battelli, il rumore era gestibile. Quando ho chiuso le porte del balcone, non ho sentito nulla (forse faceva troppo freddo perché la gente si aggirasse lì intorno?). Tutti sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La signora Sun si è prodigata per aiutarmi con il biglietto di ritorno in autobus per Hangzhou, dandomi indicazioni su come arrivare all'hotel/punto d'incontro dove mi ha aspettato, e la sua collega ha persino camminato e aspettato la mia auto quando sono partito per Hangzhou. Andare da Hangzhou a Xitang è stata un'avventura, ho letto molte versioni diverse e il mio hotel me ne ha suggerita un'altra durante le mie ricerche. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente Regalia e Xitang! Grazie alla signora Sun e a tutti per aver reso la mia esperienza di Capodanno 2026 così memorabile!

Ostello eccellente. Camere grandi, grandi spazi comuni, grande letto con luce e condizionatori, grande serbatoio. Tutto comodo e servizio eccellente. Inoltre, si trova in ovest più profondo della scena Xizha, così si può camminare per tutto il posto la mattina prossima con poche persone. Ho avuto un problema speciale dove ho dimenticato qualcosa come il mio ultimo hotel. 2 carini membri del personale, uno dalla notte precedente e uno dalla mattina successiva, entrambi hanno accettato di comunicare per telefono con il mio ultimo hotel per aiutarmi a trovare e coordinare il pick-up. Sono sempre felice e grato per questo posto meraviglioso.

Una delle nostre migliori vacanze in Cina!Questo posto era assolutamente sorprendente. Le signore che la guidano sono ridicole e ci fanno sempre ridere. In primo luogo, le camere sono molto buone per il prezzo. Abbiamo aggiornato in una stanza molto migliore dopo la nostra prima notte, gratuitamente. Si trova anche vicino ai negozi, ai caffè, ai ristoranti e alla spiaggia, mentre è ancora un po' fuori dalla strada dal ricco e dal busto. Anche il cibo qui è davvero buono - il (compreso) colazione e quello che si può comprare per pranzo/diner è davvero fresco. A causa della barriera linguistica, hanno cercato di accogliere offrendoci più colazione “stile occidentale”, ma quando ci siamo resi conto e ci hanno chiesto di farci un secondo colazione che era come quello che tutti gli altri avevano. Ci hanno aiutati anche con un guidatore a portarci al villaggio abbandonato e hanno prenotato i nostri biglietti a Shanghai. Inoltre, l'aria condizionata qui è FAST e affidabile che abbiamo realizzato non è un dato dopo poche settimane in Cina. Quindi è un altro (piccolo, ma importante) più sicuramente! Di solito mi piace esplorare posti diversi e soggiornare in alloggi diversi se/quando visitavo posti, ma probabilmente farei un'eccezione e restare qui ancora se tornassi a visitare l'isola!

La stanza è molto pulita e pulita, non c'è sapore di banana molto profumo, il capo è anche molto entusiasta. Quando salisco al piano di sopra, aiuta a prendere il bagaglio. È il miglior hotel che io sia uscito per giocare questi giorni ❤️

Wow, siamo così impressionati con l'hotel, la posizione e la maggior parte del personale. Il personale ci ha aiutato con tutto quello che ci serviva, ha assicurato di avere una tavola per cena il giorno di San Valentino e tutto è andato oltre e sopra quello che si aspetta da qualsiasi parte. Il servizio è stato migliore di 5 stelle. Il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato. Grazie per averci curato così bene. Abbiamo aspettato di mandare qui i nostri amici e la famiglia e anche di visitare di nuovo.

È stata una bella esperienza di soggiorno nella vecchia città. La stanza ha una bella vista sulla strada sotto. La stanza era buona e pulita. Grande luogo per soggiornare (solo per essere consapevoli che non c'è ascensore così pesante bagaglio potrebbe non essere ideale e ci sono molti ponti con passi così i bagagli potrebbero non essere ideali per questa città)

The hotel is in a very good location, it's nice and quiet. It is near the scienic area entrance and the parking lot. It took us less than 5min to walk to the hotel. We have to check in at the Zicha visitor centre. Staff is friendly and polite even their English speaking is very limited. They went out of their way to help and give us enough information for our trip. The hotel is a bit old but still well maintained. The bed is comfy and the room is very clean, the shower pressure is good as well. I took the packages which is including unlimited access to the water town and the shuttle bus driving us to the other end of the water town. I used it on the way back as I was tired to walk back. The only negative point is the breakfast is very plain as they don't have many choices. They did'nt even served the coffee. However we can go inside the water town to enjoy the local breakfast with the lovely vibe. Overall I am quite happy with it as my main trip is to explore the water town in the evening and early morning. I am not hesitated to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

It's located in a beautiful area, with nearby parks which is great for walks. The distance is relatively short, and you can easily use ride-sharing apps to get to shopping malls or some of the more touristy places. The room was simple, but very clean. If you arrive by train at the southern station, it's a bit far from the hotel; by tram it takes about 40 minutes, and the nearest station isn't very close eithe, You'll need to call a ride-sharing app to finish the journey. If you arrive by train at the older station, it's closer, just a few minutes by transport
