We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

Una bella ragazza sul respiratore si trovava in una stanza prima dell’ora del soggiorno con due letti, uno dei quali è grande (ordine una stanza con un letto regalo). Dalle sbarre, che tutti i 4 giorni eravamo, nessuno si lavava e per qualche motivo ha sentito bene come si lavava nella stanza sopra o dietro il muro, sentindosi più alto di quello nella stanza stessa). Per qualcuno sarà un minimo che la posizione sia molto vicina al mercato serale, Rikshi rulla in alto sulla strada, e accanto all'hotel si cucina la pizza di Duriana, che l'odore si trascina nella finestra aperta. Lasceremo la nostra scelta dietro questo hotel e ci fermeremo qui la prossima volta.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities provided were more than satisfactory. The bathroom was well equipped with a smart toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. As a Muslim guest, I truly appreciated that they prepared breakfast for us and ensured that it was halal, so there was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this place. They even helped us arrange transportation whenever needed..just ask, and they are happy to assist. Cleanliness & Basics: The room was clean and we had hot water for showers. Authentic Experience: We enjoyed feeling immersed in the local neighborhood, with lots of small, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip

We stayed here for 4D3N during our recent visit and it was a memorable experience for all of us. The place is comfortable & the host is really friendly. What makes this place so special? The host's service & hospitality. It is totally above and beyond which makes us really happy with our stay. Despite having a language barrier (we cannot speak or understand Mandarin), the family manages to accommodate all our requests and make us feel welcome. Upon confirmation, we contacted the host through WeChat and he helped us to arrange for return trip transportation from Harbin to Wuchang. Other activities that were arranged by the host: horse-drawn sleigh, visit to frozen waterfall & mini amusement park, private transfer to Snow Valley (journey approx. 2.5hrs/way), snowmobile to Bear Hill with other activities, play firecrackers during Lantern Festival, hot water splash in winter. Should you want to experience Northeastern hospitality, I highly recommend to put Kuolanting Inn as your choice. P/s: For Muslim traveller, there is no halal food available here, so please be prepared beforehand.

Ho avuto occasione di trovare Yilaikezhan dopo aver saputo che la città di neve era chiusa, quindi ho cercato un'alternativa e dopo la prenotazione, il capo mi ha contattato e mi ha aiutato a organizzare il trasporto per prendere me dall'aeroporto al suo posto. Era una guida scenica, e il conducente era grande e molto utile. Eravamo fame e ci fermò per prendere qualcosa di cibo prima di andare in casa. Quando arrivai, ci salutò il super amichevole e ospite, la camera è pulita e confortevole con un riscaldamento che ho immaginato per caso. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi a Mar e la maggior parte dei luoghi, la neve è scioccata, ma magicamente ci sono un bel panorama di neve per prendere foto. C'è un bellissimo fiume proprio davanti alla casa, dove la vista è davvero incantevole. Il cibo servito dall'ospite è super delizioso, ma è arrivato una parte davvero grande che non ci sentivamo in grado di finire. Abbiamo un piccolo stomaco da iniziare. Il giorno dopo il capo ci ha portati in montagna per vedere una bella neve, almeno la altezza del ginocchio. Veramente bella e lungo il percorso, abbiamo visto le mucche. E' stata una esperienza piacevole e inoltrabile. Il soggiorno, il cibo l'ospitalità è di prima vista! Questo è stato l'accento della nostra missione e sarebbe venuto qui per un altro soggiorno quando facciamo un altro viaggio di ritorno a Harbin.

The room were spacious & clean. If the services allowed to give 100stars, I would definitely go for the max! Awesome services from the owner & family. They were really friendly and welcoming. Это не просто место для ночлега, это место, где чувствуешь себя как дома, только в сто раз лучше. Отдельно и самыми огромными буквами хочу выделить Нину - владелицу этого чуда. Нина - это солнце этого отеля! Такого вежливого, доброго и позитивного человека редко где встретишь! Она не просто администратор, она настоящая хозяйка, которая встречает каждого гостя с распростёртыми объятиями и самой тёплой улыбкой. Нина всегда готова помочь: везде подскажет, всё расскажет, посоветует лучшие места в городе и поможет решить любой вопрос. Так же у нее есть милейшая собака! Общение с ней заряжает позитивом на весь день! Спасибо вам огромное за ваше гостеприимство! Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Хэйхэ! Вы не просто найдёте место для отдыха, вы обретёте уголок душевного тепла и познакомитесь с удивительным человеком! Обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова в следующую поездку! Спасибо за всё! Abbiamo anche avuto un buon chat. Il conducente di Xiaozhi sta guidando bene e è molto attento.Ha tenuto a fare in modo che ci fosse abbastanza per mantenere caldi ogni volta che ci avvicinavamo.
