Generally we had a wonderful stay with excellent service from the staffs at the reception and breakfast.  The buggy service was great to send us to or pick us from the gantry of the street.  It was thoughtful of the hotel to provide guests hot tea or water at the reception area.  It adds convenient for any tiring and thirsty returning hotel guests. The only thing we did not enjoy was visitors from outside who walk into the Courtyard where our ground floor rooms are located.  I had a shock when a couple of guys who peep into our room only realised later they were non hotel guests.  A few times it happened with some visitors peeping as we did not close our main door for our 2 neighbouring rooms.  The management should consider using the key tapped glass door similar to the one outside the breakfast room, as visitors can still view the small MingGuo Yuen courtyard with the double storey rooms through the glass  doors.  This also helps to avoid noisy visitors disturbing our rest in the room. Lastly the breakfast was reasonable and I love the hot soup noodle with Fuzhou fishball and dumplings.  Overall its an excellent stay, convenient location to the train station and definitely the tourist street SanFanQiXiang.

La casa è antica e il proprietario del negozio è accogliente e confortevole. Liuyue Sea View Hotel made for a great family stay. The restaurant was great and it was so close to the beach where the kids could play. Be sure to plan ahead as the hotel is over 1 km from Sanqiu Wharf, and there are no cars on the island. Fortunately, on the way back we were able to hop on a shuttle for 10 yuan per person so we did not have to worry about walking so far with our luggage. There are so many beautiful sights to see on the island. I highly recommend Liuyue Sea View Hotel and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.

I stayed here for tap nights. Location is great very close to a Street market with lots of food and also central to the tourist attractions. Hotel has everything you need and is within a reasonable price range. The owner is also happy to help when needed!

1. 시진보다 더 예쁜 숙소입니다. 이주 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어요. 인스타 감성 사진 찍기에 최고입니다. 2. 매니저는 숙박 며칠 전부터 위챗으로 연락을 해줍니다. 구랑위 섬에 이 호텔에 오려면 어느 항구에 내리는 것이 좋은지, 섬에 들어와서 숙소까지 오는 방법 등을 매우 자세하게 안내해줍니다. 3. 체크인을 하고 난 후, 지도를 줍니다. 형관펜과 볼펜으로 주요 관광지의 동선, 추천 정도, 맛집을 알려줍니다. 매니저가 알려준 맛집은 모두 인터넷 블로그에 있는 유명한 맛집들이었어요. 줄을 좀 서긴 했지만(대략 30분 이내) 기다린 보람이 있었어요.

This hotel room was really comfortable: big and comfortable bed, private bathroom. The floor was dusty when we arrived, but there was no major cleaning problem beside that. The shared washing machine was a plus. Personal opinion: we were not big fans of the neighborhood that felt artificial and touristy (reflected in food options and prices). However there is a bus stop 5 minutes away — so it's easy to go to most places.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso con Stephen e la sua famiglia, che gestiscono questa splendida locanda rustica e storica. La nostra camera era semplice ma pulita e accogliente: siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Stephen ci è stato di grande aiuto anche nell'organizzare il nostro tour tra i tulou nelle vicinanze e nell'accompagnarci da e per Xiamen. Un'esperienza semplice e senza stress. Vorrei anche fare i complimenti per le birre artigianali in frigo! E per il caffè italiano a colazione. Clienti soddisfatti :)
