I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I brought my son and two of his friends to town for one night to float the river. I had accidentally made my reservation for the wrong night, and when I called very late to let them know we were on our way, they saved the day by getting us the accommodations that we needed, and they honored the original price for my other booking! We enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast in the morning was great! Then, after we left, my son realized that he forgot his wallet. The hotel staff contacted me and let me know that they had found it, and they mailed it to us. My son was so happy to get his drivers permit back. The staff here saved the day again!!! Thank you for a great trip.

Sebbene questa proprietà sia ben situata e si veda bene dall'esterno, una volta entrate nelle stanze vedete un'altra storia.La nostra stanza, pura, era in riparazione. Ecco un elenco del problema che abbiamo trovato Cucina Il fabbricante del ghiaccio non lavorava Solo un bruciatore sul forno lavorato Ci mancava un arsenico Alcuni arsenico mostravano danni ovviamente Bagno Il dispositivo di luce nel bagno era VERamente russa Il manicomio sul tovagliolo il muro cadrebbe fuori ogni volta che si appende un asciugamano Ci sono stati ovvi riparazioni nelle pareti che erano state fatte sconvoltamente Il bagno era molto difficile da spruzzare spazio vivente Tutti i letti sembravano avere danneggiato matrice/casella primavera ...un lato di ogni letto è stato immerso in Il condizionatore d'aria aveva difficoltà a raffreddare la camera telefono a parte letto non avrebbe funzionato ...I doveva chiamare il desk e non mi hanno sentito Nessun altro sul mio piano fumava tabacco e *********. L'odore lo ha fatto entrare nella nostra stanza. È stato riportato al desk front e non è stato fatto niente. Quando si paga per rimanere in una proprietà senza fumo, è esattamente quello che si dovrebbe aspettare di ottenere ....no fumo ... di qualsiasi tipo. Personale Il personale di questa proprietà è l'unica grazia di risparmio. Noi li abbiamo trovati piacevoli e utili (eccetto per il fumo), Caviar Emptor.

On driving up to this establishment, one may feel a slight sense of impending dread, as it has a slightly rough-hewn appearance on the side of the access road of a very busy I-35. Thankfully, the Super-8 in New Braunfels is safe, clean, and uneventful. My wife and I stayed two nights. We easily accessed the room via the parking lot near the outdoor swimming pool at the rear of the hotel. The room, although not as well provisioned with areas to place our belongings as we would have desired, was cool, clean, and free of any creepie-crawlies that sometimes appear in budget lodgings. The majority of the patrons looked like harmless working and middle class folk either traveling to New Braunfels as tourists or for labor purposes. We did not feel unsafe in this place. Our only actual complaint concerns the seeming lack of available toilet paper provided by hotel staff. Presumably most human beings require more than one roll for two days. The paper ran out just as we prepared to leave on Saturday morning. I am not sure if this can be attributed to a sense of environmentalist zeal on the part of the proprietor and management, lack of consideration, or a tightness of the wallet. Anyway, provide more t.p. in the future.

My wife booked a room here for our family to stay in your motel on Thursday June 15th. We got here at approx 1pm, maybe a little later and were instructed to pay a further $20 for early check-in to an empty room that had already been cleaned... Ok, no worries.  Then, when we went and asked for linen for the pull out couch, we were charged another $20 for that because there were 6 of us in the room and we had booked for 4. The room sleeps 6, we paid for the room, not how many bodies we were putting in it. The condition of the room was adequate. However, here is some sort of blood or feaces on the bath tub though (pic attached). The pull out couch mattress is in poor condition, the stains on it are atrocious. The gentlemen on the front desk has been nothing but rude to us. It feels like he has stolen $40 from us, as in the past, staying at other motels, we have NEVER been charged for early check in and we have NEVER been charged for extra linens or additional people in the room. Im not asking for a refund, but I would like our $40 back. The treatment we have received from the gentleman at the front desk has been far from acceptable and he is the manager. And, our online bill and paper bill do not allign. Bit the junior behind the desk said ”he would take care of it.” We come up here a few times every year to float the river and we always stay in hotels. We thought we would give this 1 a try. After today and what has happened, unless this issue is resolved, we wont be back here.  At present we haven't asked him to extend our stay... We will be going to another hotel later today. The only good thing about this hotel is the shower.

A truly disappointing experience. Hotwire listed this as a three-star motel. (Of course, I was already committed before I knew which hotel would be what I had paid for.) I have stayed in two-and-one-half-rated motels that were better (and even a two-star one here and there). The hallway was almost unbearably hot--no air conditioning at all (July in Texas!). Coffee was available only in our rooms--none at all at the breakfast bar. In fact, breakfast was pathetic. I had not seen orange juice the color of what was in their pitcher. There were two kinds of children's cereal (nothing, like raisin bran, for adults); cheap white and wheat bread for toast, with a tub of butter, a bottle of strawberry jam (almost out and too deep to reach with a plastic knife without getting jam on one's hands), and one of peanut butter. Did I say pathetic? The ”prong” for the safety latch in our room was missing a screw and two more were almost all the way out--not much safety protection. Again, a general disappointment when we expected a three-star experience.

Pillows were great!! The person that greeted us with a smile and respect. She was excellent with smiles and made us feel comfortable with our stay. Her name was Jamie. Not sure that was her name but she was wonderful. We made serval request and she completed all request with a smile. The room was also very clean and comfortable in our stay.
