L'interno dell'hotel è un gusto acquisito, perché utilizza materiali riciclati e finiture semplice. La qualità del letto, letti e cuscini sono eccellenti. La colazione è ampia in quantità e opzioni. Aspettate un po' di rumore di traffico, perché si trova sulla strada principale e non c'è alcuna finitura di assorbimento sonoro. La posizione è molto accessibile a buoni ristoranti, piazza e trasporto. E 'un grande luogo per soggiorni brevi.

A1, 100% non poteva essere meglio. Prima classe. Il migliore! I nomi che ricordo più sono Ariane & Jora, perché praticano veramente eccellenza in questa talvolta difficile professione. Le camere sono soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Hanno servito un colazione quasi tutto il giorno, più un piccolo menu. Delizioso, conveniente e veloce. Come dicono questa provincia, è LAAMI KAAYO! Anche grandi smoothies fresche! Il proprietario è una pura azienda filipina, quindi nessun strano influsso all'estero. Mi piace. Inoltre hanno un centro di riunione/banchet, bella piscina benché non l'ho provato, grande lobby, e penso che 28 camere complessive. L'unica cosa che spero.... Dopo tutto questi rating ben meritati 5-STAR, non aumentare i prezzi! Tornerò qui di nuovo e di nuovo. Amo davvero questo posto! Fuori da casa.

We have stayed at COCOGRANDE for 10 years but this August trip will be our last. This hotel has suffered NEGLECT by the owners and they have done nothing in the ways of repairs.. In just our last 10 visits we have been forced to move from our check-in room to another lower level room. Why? Flooded bathrooms. aircon did not work or was to much noise to sleep, wi-fi never good and always get excuses, toilet seats not attached to the toilet, safe needed batteries, no blanket - just a very worn thin sheet, shower floor very slippery but no more shower mats, COLD WATER, no longer offer hand towels or bathroom amenities. The real problem is the front desk staff knows about all of these complaints but STILL sends you into these defective unkempt rooms! Out of loyalty we have kept coming back almost every month but the hotel is no longer comfortable at all. Very sad, we used to really enjoy staying here.. Brian P.S. They just raised the room rates in August... Mangement Staff are not deep thinkers!

Non posso dire abbastanza su questo hotel.Il servizio clienti era professionale, efficiente e benvenuto. Il personale non mi ha mai salutato con ”ciao signore” e ondata e sorriso.Sempre utile quando ho avuto domande come ”che è il modo migliore di arrivare da qualche parte?”, ecc. La posizione è eccellente per essere vicino alla spiaggia, Molti ristoranti e accesso ai trasporti pubblici. La proprietà è ben mantenuta e pulita. La mia stanza era grande per una persona, ma sono anche disponibili camere familiari. Solo una cosa che potrebbe preoccupare alcuni è che l'acqua calda è stata fuori per uno dei miei 3 giorni di soggiorno. Tuttavia, questo è stato un piccolo inconveniente per me e non mi ha impedito di rilasciare questa revisione 5 stelle.

Questo è stato prenotato per una famiglia di tre amici, e la risposta è stata buona. Pulito e igienico, vita confortevole. Anche la posizione è molto buona e il prezzo è ragionevole. Considera questo quando l'epidemia finisce e vai nelle Filippine.

I recently stayed at Florentina Homes with my friends and we had a great experience. All of the staff, including the receptionists, guards, and technician were extremely accommodating and responsive to our requests. Despite initial skepticism due to rumors that the place was old, we found that it actually had a lot of character. The room we stayed in was very spacious and gave off a homey vibe, making us feel comfortable and relaxed. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary water provided by the apartelle. We also had the pleasure of dining at Gabby's Bistro, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, our stay was very convenient and smooth, and we would definitely consider returning to Florentina Homes in the future. We will also recommend this place to our friends and family who plan to visit Dumaguete.
