Booking was smooth via the app and reached the hotel before the designated check in time of 3pm.
However, the receptionist staff, Xiao Yu (小雨) was fantastic and very helpful. Not only did she allow for an earlier check in, but also upgraded to a bigger room (Deluxe Room) and allowed a late check out the following day.
Location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to be close to Gongbei Port / Zhuhai Railway Station.
Would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location and their wonderful staff, particularly Xiao Yu (小雨).

最後要表揚一下酒店4樓客房服務員，遺留了一條項鍊在床的縫隙裏，細心的工作人員撿到後第一時間聯繫我，因為還在珠海，馬上又回到店裡去拿到了，非常驚喜啊，因為弄丟了我自己居然沒發現，項鍊價格不便宜主要對我有特別的紀念，感謝您們的細緻服務。

今次旅程是第二次再訂，第一次與朋友嚟，已經覺得唔錯，最好嘅就係近創新方，有直通車站及可以到創新方食及玩。
雖然他們房間唔算多，但如果幾個家庭一齊住，都容易給小朋友走動。尤其我兩家庭朋友訂的是有花園房，但遺憾的事每天有雨不來享用到。
最後一缺點，訂四間房間裏，有一間冷氣壞了，要用到風扇去處理，也沒有安排換房給他們，幸好這幾天下雨過，沒有這麼熱！

經Trip.com購買酒店券，江景雙床房，包2大1小早餐，延遲退房，歡迎飲品。酒店貌似高級住宅改建成為酒店，有點意外是，由服務至設施都達到正規酒店規格。
房間清潔到位，達到4星酒店乾淨程度。浴室廁格乾濕分離，浴室值得一讚，空間很大，有大浴缸外，還有很寛落淋浴空間。房間內有微波爐及大雪櫃，可在附近商場買了便食返酒店叮來食。
早餐不俗，雖然款式不是很多，但味道不錯，基本有的都有。兒童遊戲室內有一個波波池及滑梯，設施新淨，俾小朋友放電一流。前台職員有禮貌。停車場有2層，車位充足，有多充電位。駕車到十字門華髮商都5至6分鐘，是一個足夠民生生活的商場。

酒店、按摩房的環境是不錯的，而且設施看得出都保養得比較好和較新。我們是凌晨12點入住的，早在兩週前就訂好，但從前台的表現中看出，酒店方完全遺漏了我們這個訂單，所以前台看上去比較驚慌和緊張，不淡定的表現，讓身為客人的我們也感到不安。在我們訂了酒店的前提下，酒店員工還是在問我們收取過夜費，在我們多次提到我們有訂房後，酒店員工才沒有再問（酒店方是否存在不合理消費的操作？）。雖然最後事情解決了，但是體驗感已經變差。在進入到沐浴區，因為沒有把儲物櫃關上，被員工數落了一頓，我來享受服務的，就算我沒有關上，我認為員工都可以幫客人關上，或者態度好一點去提醒客人，我都會接受，但是員工態度惡劣，加上前台的問題，已經令我感到非常不滿。另一位同伴也說出沐浴區衛生欠佳，在洗澡的地方居然有固體排泄物，雖然是公共空間，但是這個問題也很嚴重了吧？

Finalmente ho soggiornato nel college di Qingjiang. Non sono stato prenotato più volte prima di venire a Jianghai.L'hotel è molto pulito, tutti gli aspetti sono completi, l'ambiente è molto comodo, l'atteggiamento del servizio del cameriere è molto buono, un'ottima esperienza di alloggio, io e la mia famiglia sono molto soddisfatti.Tornerò.

Da quando abbiamo prenotato, il personale è andato oltre e sopra per assicurare che la nostra famiglia abbia una comoda e memorabile esperienza. Hanno anche fatto un appello cortese prima della nostra arrivo per confermare le nostre esigenze e preferenze, che hanno davvero fissato il tono per il resto del nostro soggiorno.
Un grido speciale a Minnie e Holly sul servizio – erano assolutamente fantastici! La loro calda ospitità e l'attenzione ai dettagli ci hanno reso così benvenuti. LLin 898/285Abbiamo avuto un buon tempo per il soggiorno.La stanza è spaziosa e il personale è amichevole.
Ma solo molto ricco quando controllato in tempo, che trascorre quasi un'ora per 10 persone (3 camere), e l'ascensore per salire le camere non sembra essere uguale alle richieste. Suggeriva di avere un personale che mangiasse la coda per salire, mentre aspettavamo molto tempo per salire, ma qualcuno ha sempre tagliato la coda mentre portavamo bambini non così velocemente.
Spero che ciò possa essere migliorato.

CCHANALVINMy stay at Artsyzen Habitat Hengqin was made truly exceptional thanks to Daniel and Sereen. As a first-time visitor to China, I had some initial concerns, but their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care quickly put me at ease. They were incredibly direct and helpful with all my requests, making my experience seamless and enjoyable.
Daniel was an absolute standout. He was proactive, attentive, and always ready to assist with a solution. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local spots, or helping me navigate the area, he handled everything with precision and a friendly attitude. His no-nonsense approach to problem-solving was exactly what I needed, and I never had to worry about anything during my stay.
Sereen was equally amazing. She was warm, approachable, and incredibly efficient. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she provided clear and direct answers without any unnecessary fuss. Her recommendations for dining and activities were spot-on, and she made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable.
Together, Daniel and Sereen created a perfect balance of professionalism and hospitality. Perché sapevo che l'orario del check-in era una vacanza speciale, quindi ho chiamato la reception prima del check-in, sperando di aiutarci ad aggiornare la camera a nostro piacimento.Hahahaha, la camera con letto matrimoniale prenotata sul sito web was finally upgraded to a room with Macau view. So happy, the scenery is open to the sun. Il mio ragazzo è una persona che ha una ricerca estrema dell'hotel e pensa anche che l'hotel sia molto buono e confortevole. (Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception che ha risposto al telefono lo stesso giorno e ha notato il loro aiuto.)

LLEE LINGLa posizione è estremamente conveniente per viaggiare all'interno di Zhuhai, vicino a Macao e Hong Kong. Il porto di Gongbei è a soli 10 minuti a piedi. Un centro commerciale è direttamente sotto questo hotel. Il desk front e concierge sono utili. Concerge mi ha anche mostrato il breve taglio che porta al porto di Gongbei. Molti ospiti locali in questo hotel.
Molti ristoranti in questo hotel. Ho provato il loro ristorante hotpot, la carne era fresca, il cibo era delizioso e il personale di servizio era molto attento. Ci sono anche molti posti di mangiare intorno. L'impianto è vecchio circondato da edifici e strade molto vecchie. Facile da ottenere il taxi per spostarsi in luoghi di interesse, ad esempio il sole e la luna, il Ming Xinjiang, il Pan 山 ecc.

UUtente ospiteAlways wanted to try this hotel seeing the photos on little red book, and it lived up to my expectations. In addition, they had a personal butler service to make you feel right at home! Estelle was our personal butler and she was attentive to our needs with 2 kids, she offered to send sand play toys (super useful for beach playtime) and children toiletries to our rooms. During the stay she helped with coordinating and was timely in responding to our needs. It was a truly relaxing holiday at Angsana and you can always have peace and enjoy hotel facilities or take a Didi conveniently to attractions close to the hotel.

GGarryThe hotel is located along a busy road and isn't far from the Zhuhai Railway Station, so calling a Didi taxi is pretty convenient with low wait times. The staff were helpful as well and helped me open my room door when I had troubles with turning the door handle. One of the tables wasn't properly wiped down when I checked in and it looked like there was a gap in the washroom ceiling due to it not being long enough to connect to the adjacent wall, but aside from that everything about the room was satisfactory for the price that I paid.
