Hotel con spa a Zhuhai

Da quando siamo arrivati in auto, ogni membro del personale ci ha salutati con un sorriso caldo e una vera ospitalità. La squadra di front desk era professionale e cortese, non importa quando abbiamo fatto una richiesta, i vostri colleghi hanno fornito assistenza e raccomandazioni preziose, rendendoci davvero preoccupati. Le strutture dell'hotel sono eccellenti, la vista sulla piscina è particolarmente bella, e abbiamo goduto molto delle strutture nella nostra stanza. Nel corso di due giorni, molti membri della squadra hanno lasciato un'impressione duratura su di noi. Vorremmo dare un riconoscimento particolare a: Desk Front: Lucy, Ella, Crystal, Bob e diversi altri membri del personale i cui nomi non abbiamo catturato sono stati costantemente amichevoli, efficienti e pensanti nelle loro modalità.

L'hotel è molto nuovo, la progettazione interna ha caratteristiche, il servizio di gestione è molto attento, ma l'hotel non ha alcun senso di vacanza, principalmente per i membri. L'intero hotel è molto freddo e il cibo per la colazione è sbagliato, ma la quantità di frutta per la colazione non è ancora finita, dovrebbe riflettere il timone, Hanno detto che oggi ci sono due piatti di frutta, quindi non ci saranno più.Il cosiddetto piatto di fiori è solo un'area vuota piena di erba rovinata, che non è attraente da Ben.Anche se l'hotel ha camere di anestesia, camere di karaok e massaggio, il costo è molto costoso. La camera di anestesia è 2 ore 320 e confeziona alcuni piccoli cibi. La camera di Karaok consuma più di 2000 yuan al minimo, perché è una stanza di 20 persone. Il massaggio richiede circa 1300 minuti. Queste spese non sono affatto familiari. Sono più costose rispetto all'hotel a cinque stelle. La piscina non è aperta. Sono andato al negozio vicino a cena di notte. La catena alimentare è molto comune e non c'è molta scelta. La maggior parte degli alloggi e delle case commerciali circostanti non sono utilizzati da nessuno. Dopo la notte, è freddo e pulito.

The hotel is amazing! It’s a short trip from the bustling HK. Very peaceful and zen like with breath taking seaview. Alice at the front desk was incredibly efficient, and attentive to all details. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offering suggestions for activities and dining options. She is also fluent in English. We cant wait to go back!

La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. La posizione era conveniente e l'atmosfera generale era rilassante. Il colazione era meraviglioso con una grande varietà di cibo delizioso ogni mattina. Ciò che ha reso l'esperienza eccezionale è stato il personale tutti erano amici, professionali, e sempre disposti ad aiutare con un sorriso. La loro ospitezia ci ha resi molto benvenuti durante il soggiorno. Molto consigliare questo hotel e sicuramente rimarrebbe qui in futuro!

The cons: Chaotic Check-in: If you paid for the Regency club floors, check-in on the 4th floor was a mess. There was no organized line and quite crowded during check-in. Zero Security: Anyone can walk in and out of the club lounge; there is absolutely no access control or security checking if people actually paid for it. Breakfast: we were initially told the club wouldn't open for breakfast and we had to eat at the 1st-floor cafe. The next morning, the downstairs cafe was drastically overbooked with an extremely long line. Suddenly, a sign appeared saying we could eat at the club on 4th floor—but they opened it to everyone, completely defeating the purpose of paying for exclusive club access. The 4th-floor breakfast was a disaster. It was completely ill-equipped. Food ran out and wasn't refilled, and there was a severe shortage of utensils, glasses, bowls, and spoons. At one point, there was no bacon or eggs left (and the only egg option to begin with was a basic fried egg). The pros: Spacious and clean rooms. Great pool for families and kids. Direct access to nearby mall with kids activities. Conclusion: Do not waste your money upgrading to the Club Regency room. The ”privileges” mean absolutely nothing here, and management has zero control over crowd logistics.

We had the most wonderful stay at this resort. Everyone we met from the moment we reached was polite and looked after us so well. The rooms are clean and the details in design are very well thought through to make our stay a really pleasant one. We love the breakfast selection and the temple fair buffet dinner is not to be missed. There is a great selection of food with live singing (not one, I counted three). The hot springd are fun. They even provide free swimwear to be used in campus if you did not bring yours. The free shuttle bus from Zhuhai city is a plus too.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out with their exceptional service. Every employee I encountered was incredibly polite, proactive, and always wearing a warm, genuine smile. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or the housekeeping team, their attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was the genuine hospitality that elevated my stay. The team went out of their way to assist with my requests before I even had to ask. It’s rare to find such consistent friendliness and efficiency. Without a doubt, I will be coming back. This hotel has earned my loyalty simply through the kindness and professionalism of its people. Highly recommended for anyone who values heartfelt service.

Ottimo soggiorno con una vista spettacolare. La mia moglie e io abbiamo davvero goduto del nostro soggiorno. L'unica raccomandazione che quando accedo a quei cittadini è che si rende conto di ciò che è incluso nella prenotazione dal personale. Altrimenti, fantastico.

Excellent stay and great value for money! The location of Palm Spring Hotel is very strategic, being close to Zhuhai Railway Station, Gongbei Port & Xiawan Market. The hotel free transfer service is an added merits. The hotel is clean & well-maintained. Staff are friendly & helpful. The breakfast is good with a wide variety of choices. One of the highlights of this hotel is the complimentary access to the resort club facilities, including the spa & sauna with unlimited drinks & fruits, which is a wonderful added benefit. There is also self-service coffee available at the reception area throughout the day. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Palm Spring Hotel. The facilities & services exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhuhai.

The Sauna facility was the main reason I decided to stay. There were a few facilities that didn't work, the walkthrough water spray and salt room. Apart from that other saunas worked well. I would suggest having an ice bath too. That would attract more people for wellness..
