Th process unfortunately is hijacked by systems. We were not able to have breakfast for two nights stay there; the front desk tried to advise but all they could say is “the system does not able, the system is confined” and we cannot deduct the breakfast charges for you. I understand them but it is theses customer concentric elements that makes the customer feels down despite people tried to help. Seems like the process is not very customer concentric in the age of talking about customer focus. It’s really too bad. Thus it’s pointless to keep asking for customer review, but the experience is hindered by the IT system.

出色的酒店，價格不貴，非常非常乾淨，房間好大。 來到時前台還給我升級，窗外是高爾夫球場，十分美麗 床很舒服。驚訝又意外的是有嬸嬸送水果來房間，真的好感動。這個價錢的酒店未試過有酒店會送水果的，還有竟然在牙膏用品袋裡有牙線棒，正好有這個清潔的需要，真的太貼心吧，住咁多間酒店都未試過有的。下次一定會再來！
