It's a nice hotel. There's a playroom for children. There is however lack of air-conditioning in the public areas ....

I have stayed at this hotel many times. As usual, the experience is great. The staff is genuinely nice. When I needed to stay an extra day due to an emergency, they reserved the same upgraded room for me.

We’re a family of 5 and we had a wonderful stay at the Somerset. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and charismatic. They made all efforts to make sure we had everything we needed. We also had the hotel car available to drive us to some of the attractions we wanted to go. One of our kids had a small accident in the room and we had to take him to the hospital. The staff took care of the transportation, and even of of them came with us to help with communication. Breakfast is also very good, with a variety of dishes every day. The hotel also has some facilities for kids such as the kids club. We will come back for sure and we strongly recommend this hotel.

Lovely apartment hotel. Clean and comfortable. Quiet area. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I have business in Zhuhai.

設施： ①所有設備很新，合適家庭和商務辦公很方便有：微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機、洗碗機、鍋碗瓢盆等，房②門後有消防疏散圖、滅火器、防煙面具 ③小小機器人服務，送達物品 衞生：乾淨整潔、每個地方擦拭都沒有灰塵（還有一個很用心地方，淋浴間的噴頭對着牆面，應該是怕入住不小心開了開關淋濕客人） 環境：三樓用餐環境還有住房環境值得推薦，性價比高；位置不算偏僻，去到珠海一些景點也十幾分鍾 注：就是一次性拖鞋不防滑，希望酒店調整。

很滿意，和圖片一模一樣，服務也符合四星級。 非常建議有娃的訂親子房，我們是去長隆玩，首先孩子進到房間就已經很驚喜了，超級喜歡主題房，然後送的雙早九點去到選擇還是很多。晚上玩完回來還可以去二樓玩泡泡池，把娃的電放的乾乾淨淨。 親子房親子的配套設施很完善，牙刷、小童馬桶凳子一應俱全～ 性價比很高！

本次是我們第二次入住，所以有了經驗。 服務：從訂房開始，聯絡前台確認，服務非常有禮。入住不用3分鐘，還給我們升級房間。🙏 環境：車可以停到大廈外面，或者地下車庫。非常方便。 設施：早餐不是很多人，很快就找到座位。還有小孩最喜歡的小童遊樂室。 期待下次再來 👍

實在是一個難忘的體驗！雖然地理位置有點偏遠，但因為我們是自駕遊，所以這個不是問題。房間正如照片一樣，有寬敞的客廳，設備一流！ 由於這是family trip, 我們尤其喜歡2/F 的兒童樂園，很乾淨衞生，小朋友樂而忘返！但有一點值得注意的是住客是需要由工作人員幫忙帶路到兒童樂園，我們一般的房卡是不能到達2樓的。
