Hotel is a bit old but the rooms are huge with living room area. There’s also washing machine in every room. However the washing machine in my room was spoilt and they were not able to repair it in time for my use. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of the city.

This hotel is highly recommended for those who prefers less expensive accommodation. It locates near the BTS (Asoke) and a huge shopping mall (Terminal 21). Also, there are one 24-hour supermarket with restaurant and 7-11 stores. The less appreciated part is the room itself and facilitates. The room is not fully cleaned, the water supply is weak (hot water takes time and is unstable), the aircon is noisy...

Good location, walking distance to BTS/MRT, lots of shopping centers, eateries, restaurants, taylor shops. Interesting nighttime spots around.

Many pros, and a huge con. Early check-in was given, first experience in bangkok and very much appreciated after the long flight! Room was huge and clean, faced the busy intersection but no issues with noise. 2 toilets, a washing machine and a dryer, microwave, fridge and stove. The plates couldn't fit into the microwave though. Ac was strong, even when turned off the room remains cold, need room service to unlock the balcony door. Balcony had clearly not been cleaned, cigarette butts and half a pigeon's egg shell lying on the floor, very dusty too. Not an issue if you don't want to step outside. Better views of the sunrise and sunset from there though. The major gripe about this hotel is the astounding amount of africans and Arabs who have no basic consideration for other guests. Putting their shoes on the lounge tables and couch, talking at the top of their voices, kids running amok, even being blatantly rude to the old bellhop(who resignedly shook his head, clearly having experienced it too often) and sitting around and throwing ice cubes AT THE ENTRANCE. Vandalized lifts too. Have to laud the staff for having such patience with such people, who spoil the otherwise pleasant atmosphere! Only met a small minority in their lot who were civilized. If management could only be firm with such miscreants...

The room we stayed in had a balcony along with great views of downtown Bangkok. It was within walking distance to restaurants and a Terminal 21 mall. It also had a washing machine which we used. We got to the room about 0:30 am. and had not trouble checking in.

Friendly staff, room very clean, great location

Everything was good except for the washing machine this time round. I've been staying here for many times. First time I encounter a spoilt washing machine and no one was able to help. I waited for the whole night and have to use another room washing machine to complete the washing. Coz of this all my white shirt was dyed with other colors as all was soak in the same water for many hours.

Room space is large , convenient for shopping and dinning

We enjoyed the stay. We were there for the IELTS test and stayed over night. It is convenient as there is a Foodland supermarket and restaurant in the building. Food is available 24/7. We walked to BTS conveniently.

A great hotel stay in a great location. With24 hr woodland opposite! Room size is remarkable

Location is not very good, but still accessible. The room itself is tidy and cozy. If you have a family and under budget constrain, it is a good choice.
