È la seconda volta che veniamo in quest'hotel.. la prima volta la camera era più bella, questa volta meno ...non è male come hotel

Great location. Walk 20 mins can reach the grand-place and the city of brussels.

A little bit far from city centre, but nice facilities and staffs.

The hotel is at good location. The customer service and staff were great. Breakfast good. The carpet in the room is outdated and needs to be replaced. Bad smell normally come from the toilet in our room but I am not sure if it happens in other room.

Clean, very large room and nice staff, staff are really helpful.

Wonderful location, enough room sizes, cleaness, kind and helpfull stuff.

Excellent location with nearly train station

When I said my air conditioner was broken and wanted it fixed, the staff said the repair would come at 11pm. However, when the time came, the repair person did not come, and the air conditioner was unusable.

Nice location. Close to train and metro stations. Lot of hotels and snack bars nearby

這個酒店位置優越環境和服務都還是很好，還有一個小陽台。裏面的設施也是很完備的，有浴缸。衹不過價錢很貴約等於。100多歐還要另外付城市建設税，當然這個是和布魯塞爾這個城市的規定有關，這個城市就是很貴。

In eerste instantie is het een fijne kamer; hoge verdieping, ruime kamer en een balkon. Ik miste de luxe van echte glazen/kopjes, de koffiecorner had überhaupt weinig te bieden. De koffie zelf was wel lekker. Bij nader inzien, bleek onze plafondlamp niet te werken, t stopcontact naast t bed ook niet en het bed zelf was opgemaakt met beddengoed van een soort plastic. Heel warm en zweterig dus. De wc-borstel miste de helft, 't pedaal van 't vuilnisbakje was stuk en de wc-pot was nog vies van t vorige verblijf. Nadat we dit lijstje bij t uitchecken afgaven, kregen we een 'ik zal t doorgeven' en dat was het. Ik had eerlijk gezegd een hogere verwachting van een hotel in Brussel Centrum.

房間還可以，衹是感覺有點小。乾淨衞生，房間比較緊湊，不全是向陽的房間。地理位置很好，對面就有肯德基，購物街，性價比高。前台工作人員都很友善

Chambre réservée pour 3 personnes (1 adulte et 2 ados) avec une surprise à l 'arrivee.... seulement 2 lits. On m'explique que la chambre ne peut accepter plus de 2 lits ! Dans ce cas, pourquoi accepter des réservations pour 3 personnes et plus s'il n'y a pas de couchages en fonction du nombre de personnes ??? Aucune solution de remplacement proposée par l'hôtel ou par Trip, aucun geste commercial non plus. Paiement de la taxe de séjour supérieur à ce qui était réellement dû. Serviettes et autres accessoires uniquement pour 2 personnes. Problème de ventilation.... Bref, je ne commanderai plus sur Trip.
