It is not easy to find the way to the hotel where there are no directions and hotel lobby/ reception. The lift to the hotel is not user-friendly and takes a long time to wait and difficult to reach the hotel floor. Wifi is so weak that is not possible to use it. Hotel staff is attentive and polite to provide assistance when you need help.

酒店地理位置超好,位於富華里附近,從酒店步行到富華里大約3分鐘,非常方便,外賣也可以送上樓.
入住當天因為找不到具體位置,職員還下來帶我們上去,還幫忙提行李,值得一讚！
房間好乾淨,隔音也可以,投影機算是清晰的,唯一要改善的兩點：1.花灑水壓比較弱,水溫也會時冷時熱,2.雖然我們是連續入住,但廁所地下的頭髮幾天也沒有清理,床底也有小量垃圾.
希望下次再來可以做得更好,絕對值得推介朋友

房間衞生特別乾淨，服務的特別好，管理也非常的到位，床很大很軟，睡的很舒服。
床單很乾凈，前台小李和保潔阿姨的服務非常的好，房間設施很齊全，就在富華里商場附近，走路過去就幾分鐘，給我們常出差或者旅遊者的人們帶來了一個便捷。而且交通也非常方便，從大堂走到車站也衹需幾分鐘。晚上吃完飯還能在樓下散散步，回去的路上打車到輕軌站也衹需十分鐘左右，這次入住的非常滿意！

體驗感極好！前台服務態度很好，感謝小吳和CC的幫助呀～地理位置好，安靜乾淨！還免費升級了房間，酒店前台也好溝通，服務也很好，有什麼需要都可以提！沒啥異味，性價比ok的呀！周邊還有小吃街很方便，附近就是富華里商區，附近還有可以逛，風景還不錯，還不錯，值得推薦～給這次珠海旅行加分啦！

酒店在富華里附近，步行數分鐘就可到富華里商圈，地點極之方便，泊車需泊在酒店旁邊的露天停車場，有免費停泊，房間又大又新，前台細心有禮，浴室有智能馬桶，但沖涼時水溫有時會變凍，不太穩定。

酒店位置非常便利附近就是商業區和玖洲道美食區 服務熱情 寵物友好 非常適合家庭自駕遊 酒店提供免費的早餐簡餐和停車服務 不過需要在樓下先把行李卸下去6樓大堂辦完入住再去對面的室外停車場停車。還有就是門口的躍升路在修大樓 需要導航到正確位置 否則容易走錯路口。 下次有機會到訪珠海還會再訂

我們夫婦於8月7一9號入住8260房間，是非常滿意的一次入住體驗。
酒店新開，一切都好乾淨衛生。
房間大，無任何異味。隔音效果好。
床墊和床上用品都十分舒適，洗護產品好用。
店家服務態度非常好，我們未出發時已主動問幾時到達，會預先開定冷氣。到達之後有冰凍歡迎飲品送到房間。
每日8:30一10:30還有免費早餐如三文治、蛋糕、麵包同牛奶提供。
酒店附近有多間餐廳及超市，去幾個著名景點亦不遠，交通很方便。
如果下次再去珠海，一定會再去住。
另外，最值得讚賞的是每一位酒店職員都十分友善，小羊小哥哥特別特別親善可愛。

小洋的服務態度超級熱情，從入住的每一個環節都安排得井井有條。細心地為我們介紹了酒店的各項設施，還貼心地為我們準備了歡迎飲料~更難能可貴的是，小洋總是能在我們需要幫助的時候及時出現，真的是很體貼的，無論是房間服務還是客户需求，他都處理得遊刃有餘，讓我們感受到了無微不至的關懷。下次還是會推薦滴！

和準備朋友去🇲🇴，所以就想在口岸附近住，方便第二天過關。🏨離拱北口岸大概十多分鐘車程，附近步行5-10分鐘就是購物公園，吃東西挺方便。🏨在的這塊區域大概是剛開發不久，旁邊還有樓在施工，但是房間隔音還不錯，我們房間窗外就是在建的樓，都沒怎麼聽到聲音。房間設施什麼的都很新，衞生和服務也挺好。入住當天特意☎️問我們到達時間，提前給我們開空調（珠海的濕熱真的不習慣…話説特別佩服酒店的工作人員，他們前台公共區域居然都沒有空調，一直坐在那值守，真的是心靜自然涼麼🤣），一進房間瞬間涼快活了過來，早上還提供了簡餐，出門時🌧️會主動問我們需不需要☂️，離店時特別熱情主動的幫我們拿行李，送我們到了樓下，真的特別貼心。下次如果行程有需要，還會選擇這裏～（房間忘記📸，送上幾張🇲🇴出遊📝）
