L'hotel fornisce una quantità buona e sufficiente di articoli da toeletta durante il soggiorno. Tuttavia la pulizia è un 😩 qui. Lenzuola, asciugamani e pavimento del bagno sono sporchi. I tappetini sono neri. La posizione è a 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla MRT ma comoda con numerosi negozi convenienti nei dintorni. Il servizio è ok: alcune persone, soprattutto la mattina con la signora e l'uomo alto, sono piuttosto scortesi. Ci sono molti hotel nelle vicinanze di questo hotel, ma questo è un hotel vivace. L'instillazione del suono non è buona, si potrebbero sentire i vicini. Consigliato a chi viaggia da solo per il suo prezzo ma non alle coppie 🤷🏻♀️

It is a small and good hotel; very quite and relaxing - a bit far from Subway station, around 10 mins walk; overall its a good service, and yes, free snacks too.

Nice hotel clean and big room have bathtub and provide amenities kit . The hotel nice location nearby the MTR and bus stop. Very convenient if you hungry have 7-11 and family mart nearby the hotel too

price is good . The average price is around 200-300 hkd per night for my type of room . The room is clean and tidy . The room is large with much walking space . Overall , the experience of living in this hotel is good ! I will book this hotel if I come to travel again .

It was a good stay, clean and spacious room, wonderful service! Location is near bus stop but not mrt, so we bike to other places sometimes. We stayed at the top floor with city view, the best thing is we can open the window to feel the natural breeze!

The hotel has a few minor problems, the building and some of the appliances seem to be relatively old, for example, our trash can aswell as that thing in the bathroom to hang up the shower head were broken. They also use weird bedsheets that are open at the bottom, causing the quilt to fall out. But these really are minor problems and I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is good, there's a bus stop basically next to the hotel and a subway station about 5-10. The location is peaceful, yet there's a lot to do and it's easy to get to the city center or to Shilin Night Market, there are multiple convenience stores, laundromats and pharmacies around the block.

A little bit far away from the MRT station but I still highly recommend you to stay here. The room is very clean and the toilet also has a warm seat. You can get free coffee and snacks in the lobby. Staffs are very friendly as well. I had a good and comfortable experience there.

The front desk staff is very friendly and greeted us whenever we are at the lobby. Room is small but cozy. They no longer provide amenity kits other than shampoo, as part of an initiative to reduce the use of single use items. So whoever is staying here to remember to bring your own toothbrushes and comb. Location is a bit far from the metro station but you'll get used to the walking after a day or two. It feels effortless as you'll pass by convenience stores in the area.

Room is clean and good for 2 person. However, hotel location is slightly far from the city.

My stay at the Silken Hotel was a mixed experience. The absolute highlights were the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service - both aspects deserve perfect scores as the staff went above and beyond, and the hotel's cleanliness standards were impeccable. However, there were significant drawbacks. The location was quite disappointing, a bit far from the station if you're coming by MRT. Similarly, the facilities were basic and left much to be desired, falling short of expectations for a comfortable stay.

A very nice hotel in the centre, nice staff and clean with a cozy bed.

value for money, convenient location, spacious room, free wifi was fine, free snacks and coffee machine in the lobby, just water pressure was a bit weak
