Bey good hotel and very welcoming staff. Specially at the front desk Leo and Alina were specially helpful in accommodating the requests. Very well connected to the shopping places and eating outs.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff at front desk. They upgraded me to a larger room. And gave a free moon cake gift. Breakfast also had a fantastic buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay there again.

Room is well decorated and with good supply. The bell person is very caring and to ensure that I settled in the room comfortably. The breakfast is amazing - varieties of food just makes me want to stay and eat the whole day. 😀

Always a pleasure to be back in o this place. Staff members are so nice, they upgraded our room

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is new but far away from the center. We also had breakfast and afternoon tea. Both were very delicious and in a way comfortable. We asked reception for afternoon tea at 12.45pm and they said okay. So I ate the food (not much, but enough and nice) and then went outside. The breakfast is also rich like every 5 star hotel.

The rooms are really handsome. One issue - the air conditioning is set at one temperature for the ENTIRE hotel - that is why I have facilities low. Check-in at 10pm, my room was 28 degrees and there was no way I was staying there - the young door man, I believe it was LEO, saved the day, offering me a room on the colder side of the hotel, at 22 degrees. Downgraded in the process - not Leo's issue, I am sure. Hotels reputation is so related to their staff.

Everything was awesome except for the paid parking for guests staying in the hotel. Since I do not have Chinese RMB with my WeChat or Alipay wallet it was quite difficult to exit the parking. All hotel parking for guests are usually free so it was quite surprising that this was a paid service.

I like it very much and will come back again. The room is spacious, the windows are big and the service is good. I will come back next time if necessary.

One of the best Crowne plaza I’ve ever been to

Hotel is pretty and you the room is clean. The service is great. Definitely recommended to any travelers to stay here. Price is reasonable to.
