Zhangzhou: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

È stato più insolito che dovevamo pagare in anticipo CNY1,000 quando ci siamo accolti per una sola notte. Il nostro prezzo di camera era CNY427. La mattina successiva, quando ci siamo accolti, il CNY1,000 è stato rimborsato immediatamente e poi abbiamo pagato il conto effettivo. Il lobby, l'ascensore e la camera erano puliti e belli. Il nostro gruppo di 8 si è accorto di aver cenato a buffet in hotel, ma la maggior parte dei piatti erano quasi vuoti, ma il personale era utile per preparare i piatti per noi. Il cibo del mare era fresco, ma la torta e le altre piatti di carne di maiale, pollo, ecc erano duri e inevitabili.

Abbiamo visitato all'inizio di marzo dopo il Festival di primavera. I bambini tornano a scuola e gli adulti tornano al lavoro, quindi è un periodo di ronzio. L'ambiente è eccellente, una perfetta distanza dalla vita della città. A causa del numero limitato di visitatori, non tutte le piscine sono state riempite, ma abbiamo avuto le piscine per noi stessi. L'esperienza del SPA è stata buona, molto ragionevole. La colazione è stata sorprendentemente bello, forse perché mi piace il Southern Min noodles .................. Io sarò di nuovo.

酒店佔地廣闊、房間寬敞、環境優美、服務非常到位令人滿意、尤其是酒店大堂吳副理待人親切、處理問題明快值得表揚。唯一遺憾是房間溫泉出水量過小，以致於溫泉水溫偏低，讓人掃興。 酒店早餐值得推薦，菜品種類豐富，還有現煮的湯麵，配料很多可以自己挑選交由廚師烹煮，值回票價。

Più di soddisfazione che previsto!L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, la posizione di trasporto è anche molto conveniente. È possibile raggiungere la città antica a piedi, ci sono anche molti veicoli elettrici intorno a esso, e uscire a giocare super conveniente. Vale la pena ricordare che l'atteggiamento di servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Tutti gli incontri sono gentili e moderati. Ci siamo lavati i vestiti all'interno. Il personale di servizio ha anche aiutato a prendere la cucina e rimandarla alla stanza. È molto sorpreso. Grazie in particolare per il servizio della nostra stanza, signora Lin. Spero che l'hotel possa vedere questa piccola carta e i nostri complimenti. Le ha offerto lode e premi 😊 Il bellissimo Zhuzhou, il comodo hotel Zhuzhou, è davvero un piacere per la gente.

Highly recommended. New hotel everything was so great, sound proof of the room was superb can't hear any door slamming from other rooms. Had a comfortable stay. Walking distance to tourist spot, shopping mall with McDonald's

Non c'è nessun viaggio molto speciale.Il personale di tutti i posti che sono andati dalla porta sono stati accolti con entusiasmo, all'ambiente tranquillo del parco, il rumore dei parassiti prima di dormire è accompagnato al cane, e una tazza di caffè è salita al mattino, come se fosse entrato in un mondo esterno. Se posso, voglio essere gia'spostato qui come il ”Retour Gardenfield” di Yao Ming, questa sarà la mia scelta per vivere a Hangzhou!

Totally bowled over by this place It was a two hour ride from Xiamen and you started realising it was really special when you enter Taxia village. The resort is an integral part of the village and the local villagers were sunning their harvests next to it. From the moment you walked into the resort, you could feel that you will be well taken care of. So much love and dedication was done in building the place, it felt totally seamless with the surrounding traditional houses and yet, the level of luxury is no different from any 5 star hotel. Each nook and cranny were beautiful and I could spend a whole day just looking them We stayed in the double room unit which was located across the stream from the reception with views to die for and so much privacy. Food was hearty and more than enough Don't miss our on their activities Would love to go back again
