Hotel in zona Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon, Zhangye

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti al Runhu Hotel mentre visitavamo tutte le attrazioni turistiche nei dintorni di Zhangye, tra cui gite al deserto del Gobi, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), la valle di Alien e altri siti. L'hotel, pulito, spazioso e tranquillo, ha dipendenti motivati ​​che sono felici di soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Il ristorante è davvero molto buono con prezzi ragionevoli, anche la colazione a buffet era varia e di ottima qualità. L'hotel offre anche servizi come la consegna serale di latte caldo e una vasca per pediluvio con sali di Epsom senza costi aggiuntivi. L'hotel ci ha anche consigliato un autista con la sua auto molto bella e ben tenuta. Lui, il signor Li, è andato ben oltre le aspettative. Ha fornito snack, frutta, acqua e una specie di bibita analcolica locale e ha organizzato i biglietti in anticipo dove era richiesta la prenotazione e si è assicurato di adattare tali prenotazioni quando il maltempo ha chiuso uno dei siti. Anche i suoi consigli sul cibo locale nei vari siti o nelle vicinanze erano azzeccati. Mentre i posti erano semplici (e molto economici), il cibo era onesto e buono. Puoi contare sul signor Li per assicurarti che tutto vada liscio. Tutto quello che devi fare è dirgli cosa vuoi vedere, o chiedergli consigli, e lui farà il resto. In breve, splendido hotel per il prezzo con un servizio fantastico e se hai bisogno di un autista, il signor Li è il tuo uomo!

Un hotel fantastico. Di solito non mi piace soggiornare nei grandi hotel perché tendono a essere senz'anima, ma questo è stato davvero speciale. Dalla maschera per il viso al cetriolo fresco al bagno caldo per i piedi, sono incredibilmente premurosi e gentili. Il servizio è fantastico. Sono stati davvero utili con noi stranieri, lo consiglio vivamente!

Questo posto era così carino e super pulito/ordinato con un'estetica molto carina. C'è un gatto residente di nome Pudding che è una bella novità, e l'ostello è in un'ottima posizione a pochi passi da un sacco di cibo, negozi e attrazioni. Le camere sono spaziose con grandi finestre e la proprietaria è così disponibile. Parla inglese e ti invierà un elenco di consigli sui ristoranti nei dintorni. Ci hanno anche aiutato a organizzare un sacco di visite turistiche a un buon prezzo! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso e ci tornerei volentieri. Assicurati di provare il ”riso” di manzo dalla lista, è così buono!!

Just completed a wonderful three night stay at the Zhangye Holiday Inn. Perhaps most Silk Road tourists do not spend three nights in Zhangye but we wanted to visit both the popular and more “off the beaten path” historical sites nearby. This Holiday Inn is up to international standards - the staff was very professional, courteous and well trained, the rooms were modern and well-maintained, and even the buffet breakfast restaurant manager spoke English. This is probably one of the few (if not the only) more Westernized hotels in Zhangye) and we had a very good stay and experience in this hotel in Zhangye.

Bello hotel.A meno di 500 chilometri dalla stazione Zhang Xiangxi, meno di2.4 chilometri dal Museo di Zhang Xiangxi, e centinaia di metri dalla torre di Muta. L'hotel uscirà dalla strada a destra per più di 200 metri e poi si fermerà a destra. Ci sono molti hotel moschee che amano mangiare carne di porcellino.

On baidu map, it says that from Zhangye railway station to the hotel is about 3 km but when actually navigating my way over while carrying a luggage, it was so much further than I'd expect because Zhnagye's road and traffic are quite chaotic. Many traffic lights aren't even in operation and there are quite a few (3 I think) t+junctions that pedestrian have to cross via the underpass. The cars doesn't quite obey the traffic lights, so be careful and cautious. For the hotel itself, it's definitely one of my favorite overall, out of my 3 hotel stays during my trip. According to the receptionist I was offered a room upgrade, so thank you! There were also lots of free treats evertime I cleared it, so thank you again! Love especially the red dates yogurt, it's definitely a must try (although they were 2-3days after expiry). I even went out to the grocery to get more! Regarding the amenities, the air conditioner works but can't be controlled. Tried setting temp to 5 degree Celsius (lowest settings) and 30 degree celcius (highest setting), both doesn't work. It seems like it is fixed to room temp +/- a few degrees based on the temp outdoor. One of the day I had sunburn and wanted to cool off but due to how the temp was determined, I have no choice but to sweat it out. Other than that, the tap water here had very visible residue that you can tell that it isn't clear, so I really recommend not using it for drinking water boiled or not. Aon my last day, I wanted to try the bathtub but when I turned on the tap, I had a shock. The water that came out was brown, so I cancelled my initial plan of using it for relaxation 😕. There is also a humidifier provided and I am super grateful for that, however the water ran out on the 2nd day and I can't seem to fill it up correctly. The toilet bowl is also a smart toilet bowl, but I didn't realized it after closer inspection while trying to find how to flush. Lastly, I was so looking forward to the stars celling but it's kinda sad that you can't turn it on on its own without having the other lights turned on as well. Which honestly defeats the purpose of having a star gazing celling.

超級滿意啊。房間很大，兩米六的大床睡的很爽。贈送了歡迎水果和泡腳桶，還有小童牙刷和拖鞋，在旅途中感覺特別温暖。進門自動關窗簾，窗簾特別遮光，早上睡個懶覺不被打擾。馬桶是自動翻蓋的智能馬桶，還配備了加濕器，這個價錢住到這樣的房間可以説超值，讓我們直接在張掖停留了三晚，非常喜歡這座安靜，美麗的小城。唯一不足的是晚上十二點樓下還有小朋友大聲玩耍的聲音，有一點點吵。

這次入住的酒店，環境真的是非常不錯。一進入酒店，就能感受到那種整潔與舒適的氛圍。房間裏的佈置温馨宜人，枕頭軟軟的，躺在上面彷彿能瞬間消除一天的疲憊，給人帶來極為舒適的睡眠體驗。房間裏的温度也調適得恰到好處，暖暖的，讓人在寒冷的天氣裏也能感受到如春天般的温暖。而且，最讓人滿意的是，酒店一直都有熱水供應，無論何時想要洗漱或者沐浴，都能享受到熱水帶來的愜意。 酒店的早餐更是一大亮點。早餐的種類豐富多樣，無論是中式的傳統美食，還是西式的精緻糕點，都應有盡有。每一道菜品都製作精良，味道十分可口，讓人食慾大增。 不得不提的還有酒店的工作人員，他們的服務都很熱情。從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就能感受到他們的真誠與關懷。無論是前台的接待人員，還是走廊裏偶遇的保潔阿姨，都會微笑着向你打招呼，詢問你是否有需要幫助的地方。他們的熱情服務讓人有一種家的感覺，彷彿不是在住酒店，而是回到了一個温暖的家。晚上怕我們餓，還送來了貼心小禮物。在這裏，你能感受到無微不至的關懷和照顧，讓你的整個住宿體驗都變得更加美好和難忘。總之，這次的酒店入住體驗非常棒，我十分滿意，也會向朋友們強烈推薦這家酒店。

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria occidentale.Le strutture dell'hotel sono nuove, la stanza è molto pulita, la signorina ricevuta sulla ricetta è molto entusiasta. Due camere non sono allo stesso piano, sono aggiornate gratuitamente allo stesso piano. La sorella della reception ha dato gratuitamente una scatola per risolvere l'urgenza di bruciare il carbone!

Close the the high speed railway station hence bot much shops around. City centre is easily reachable by taxi, push bike or bus. Place is ok for the price paid.
