I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Se guidare uno sci e richiedere la qualità dell'alloggio, è la scelta migliore. La colazione è molto buona, delicata e molteplici.Il vino amministrativo ha un pomeriggio e il cibo cinese.La ricetta è completa.La temperatura calda nella stanza è ideale, non c'è bisogno di aprire l'aria condizionata e risolvere il problema della siccità. Due dipendenti della ricetta, Shifeng e Jie, hanno ricevuto entusiasmante, aiutano a organizzare il trasporto del bagaglio. The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché volevamo andare in soggiorno e questo non è troppo lontano da Taiwoo Ski Resort. L'hotel era a circa le 7:00 e il parcheggio era pieno, ma alcune auto erano parcheggiate accanto all'ingresso dell'hotel, quindi li abbiamo seguiti e parcheggiati anche. Pensavamo che fosse tutto a posto perché nessuno ci ha detto di non farlo. Ma il giorno dopo, al mattino, ci hanno chiamati a muoverci perché non sembrava buono per il loro hotel e perché non siamo persone di mattina, ci sono state pisciate. Anche se, questo è successo a noi, pensiamo ancora che l'hotel sia bello per stare. Grande camere.

❤️今年三月份一次非常愉快的冬季度假，從攜程預訂了好評率極高的翠雲山皇冠假日酒店，這家店是毗鄰翠雲山滑雪場的，他們還有滑雪+住宿套餐活動。 ❤️提前一天電話諮詢了前台，前台美女接待Emily態度和藹，耐心解答，主動為我們一家三口贈送早餐券，並且又貼心的為我們多備上一張沙發床。並且承諾到店升級湖景房。 ❤️到了酒店後，已經是晚上了，前台美女接待很麻利的幫我們辦理入住，解釋清楚轉天早上如何去滑雪，又幫我選擇一間能看到雪場的房間。我順便又多延期一天住宿。 ❤️發現酒店大堂富麗堂皇，很漂亮，很温馨。 ❤️驚喜1.將車開到地下負二層車庫，電梯直達住宿樓層很便利，酒店電梯與樓道都很乾凈。 ❤️驚喜2.進入房間，很暖和，暖風撲面，（户外已經零下4-5度）房間已經被佈置好三張床，儘管是增加一張沙發式床墊，有點偏硬，但佈置得很温馨，到家的感覺一樣。（房間有加濕器備用） ❤️驚喜3.房間面積很大，約50平米，挑高約3米，乾濕分離式浴室+衞生間，很乾凈。還帶個大陽台，陽台正對着滑雪場，景色漂亮！夜晚入睡，酒店樓道很安靜。 ❤️驚喜4.轉天早上8:30去吃早餐，早餐很豐盛，吃着早餐就可以欣賞外面雪景（哈哈當天早上鵝毛大雪） ❤️驚喜5.兒子非常喜歡滑雪，自帶各種裝備，吃完早餐，正對着就是翠雲山滑雪場的滑雪大廳，走出大廳直接入滑雪場，方便便利，大廳有租賃雪具的，有小吃店，KFC,蘭州拉麪等等。 ❤️酒店十樓還有健身房，聽兒子説的，可以一邊觀景，一邊健身。 ❤️酒店一樓有中餐+自助餐，各種優惠套餐，豐儉由已。 ❤️酒店位置距離商貿餐飲街大約3公里，開車6-7分鐘，都是寬闊大馬路，商貿街區各種租賃學具的店鋪，各種燒烤涮鍋美食，附近的雪場也很多，都很近，但最好自駕。 ❤️非常值得推薦入住的一家酒店，選擇這個時間段來滑雪，價格實惠，人不多，清靜。好評！
