酒店的硬件設施可以説是沒什麼可挑剔的，房間設施齊全，且現代化：徠芬的吹風機，電視可以投屏，電動窗簾，這已經超過了一大半五星級酒店。 尤其要誇獎一下送餐服務，這次住的時間有點久，每天點餐都會送到房間，而且餐食很好吃。 唯一美中不足的是，入住時發現被子上有一塊血跡未清理，應該是上一位客人留下的，有些膈應，還好我帶了一次性被罩。希望之後可以改進。 整體來説，性價比極高～小住幾天可以放鬆休息，也能安靜的辦公，下次休假還會過來住噠！

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

房間整體“看起來”還算可以，服務也還可以，但設施實在不是一個五星級酒店該有的樣子。 第一，洗手間打開和關閉浴室門下面摩擦都會發出很大的噪聲，但這一點可能是基於防水，這一點我們相對理解酒店。 第二也是重點，房間內太熱了，房間內温度基本在30℃以上。入住前我們被告知如果熱的話可以關空調，但是關空調後温度仍然下不去，晚上壓根兒睡不着。空調調為製冷沒有用，詢問前台得知是中央空調製熱，房間空調無法制冷。凌晨一點給酒店前台打電話送來了風扇，但噪音也很大。 而如圖5與圖6，查詢攜程評論發現，早在2024年2月甚至2023年2月時就已經有人反映房間內太熱的問題，而在2023年2月下面酒店給出的回覆是“酒店管理層非常重視，並已經做了認真的調查和及時的整改”，2024年2月回覆“將之視為持續進步的指引和我們不斷提高的方向”，事實是這個存在了近兩年並且承諾整改的問題，直到2024年11月都沒有改變。我想請問貴酒店究竟是否重視客人的意見和建議，酒店管理層是不是將客人的意見與建議當不存在一樣。作為一個五星級酒店，至少是攜程上的五鑽酒店，不想營業的話張家口市也有其他更好的酒店，不必説著空話，承諾整改卻一點實際方案沒有。 本條評論也一樣，在此建議酒店要麼繼續用套話回覆，要麼就進行實際整改。

服務優秀，位置便利 我們在張家口國際大酒店住了一晚。雖然剛入住時遇到了水流慢且不熱的問題，但酒店當晚就迅速解決了。特別感謝客房服務員楓月，她非常熱情和抱歉，得知我們有孩子後，貼心地送來了飲料和零食，讓我們感到十分温暖。 第二天的早餐非常美味，選擇也很豐富。酒店的位置也很便利。儘管有小小的不便，但整體入住體驗還是很滿意的。 Excellent Service and Convenient Stay We stayed one night at Zhangjiakou International Hotel. Although we initially encountered an issue with slow and cold water, it was resolved promptly the same night. Special thanks to the housekeeper, 楓月, who was incredibly helpful and apologetic. Knowing we had children, she thoughtfully provided drinks and snacks, which made us feel very cared for. The next morning, we enjoyed a very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s convenient location is another plus. Overall, a great stay despite the initial hiccup.

L'hotel è davvero pulito e i servizi sono fino a coppia. Io e il mio amico abbiamo avuto lounge esecutiva e ci ha costretto a controllare per sempre perché eravamo stranieri. Quando finalmente ci siamo controllati. We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

L'atteggiamento del servizio della reception è buono. ❤️今年三月份一次非常愉快的冬季度假，從攜程預訂了好評率極高的翠雲山皇冠假日酒店，這家店是毗鄰翠雲山滑雪場的，他們還有滑雪+住宿套餐活動。 ❤️提前一天電話諮詢了前台，前台美女接待Emily態度和藹，耐心解答，主動為我們一家三口贈送早餐券，並且又貼心的為我們多備上一張沙發床。並且承諾到店升級湖景房。 ❤️到了酒店後，已經是晚上了，前台美女接待很麻利的幫我們辦理入住，解釋清楚轉天早上如何去滑雪，又幫我選擇一間能看到雪場的房間。我順便又多延期一天住宿。 ❤️發現酒店大堂富麗堂皇，很漂亮，很温馨。 ❤️驚喜1.將車開到地下負二層車庫，電梯直達住宿樓層很便利，酒店電梯與樓道都很乾凈。 ❤️驚喜2.進入房間，很暖和，暖風撲面，（户外已經零下4-5度）房間已經被佈置好三張床，儘管是增加一張沙發式床墊，有點偏硬，但佈置得很温馨，到家的感覺一樣。（房間有加濕器備用） ❤️驚喜3.房間面積很大，約50平米，挑高約3米，乾濕分離式浴室+衞生間，很乾凈。還帶個大陽台，陽台正對着滑雪場，景色漂亮！夜晚入睡，酒店樓道很安靜。 ❤️驚喜4.轉天早上8:30去吃早餐，早餐很豐盛，吃着早餐就可以欣賞外面雪景（哈哈當天早上鵝毛大雪） ❤️驚喜5.兒子非常喜歡滑雪，自帶各種裝備，吃完早餐，正對着就是翠雲山滑雪場的滑雪大廳，走出大廳直接入滑雪場，方便便利，大廳有租賃雪具的，有小吃店，KFC,蘭州拉麪等等。 ❤️酒店十樓還有健身房，聽兒子説的，可以一邊觀景，一邊健身。 ❤️酒店一樓有中餐+自助餐，各種優惠套餐，豐儉由已。 ❤️酒店位置距離商貿餐飲街大約3公里，開車6-7分鐘，都是寬闊大馬路，商貿街區各種租賃學具的店鋪，各種燒烤涮鍋美食，附近的雪場也很多，都很近，但最好自駕。 ❤️非常值得推薦入住的一家酒店，選擇這個時間段來滑雪，價格實惠，人不多，清靜。好評！

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.
