Il nostro soggiorno è stato 3 giorni 2 notti e la nostra stanza è stata pronta all'arrivo della mattina. Si assicura che la nostra famiglia sia stata curata bene durante i 3 giorni. Uno dei migliori servizi qui e non esitarò mai a raccomandare questo hotel ai miei amici. Il nostro ultimo giorno, Jason ci ha portati alla stazione ferroviaria, con 4 bagagli e 2 bambini in pezzi. Tutto qui in questo hotel era grande. Ribadisco il mio ringraziamento a Jason Wen per averci fatto un'ulteriore visita.

地理位置很好，打車到哪都方便，入住以後感覺性價比真的很高。酒店二樓的餐廳應該是新裝修，裏面寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生。這裏的免費自助早餐吊打阿那亞第一食堂。這邊早餐種類很多，中西式都有，口味基本上能照顧到各種口味的人羣，包括長者和小孩。年初二開始酒店客人明顯增多了，早上吃早餐的客人幾乎座無虛席。這裏的工作人員熱情友好，服務給力的。大堂有小童樂園，環境整潔且安全，小孩子特別喜歡。很重要的一點是，春節期間周邊酒店都坐地起價，而這家酒店的價格還是非常實在，不亂漲價，住這裏真的感覺物有所值了。以後到崇禮我還是會繼續光顧這裏！

Stay in Dec 2024. Room wise is ok - Big and clean. There is a ski shop where we rented rather new ski equipments at a reasonable price. However, there is no food options around except the hotel n the hotel next to it. Have to take a car to Thai Woo Ski Resort for Mac which is abt 6 min drive at night. In the day, Thai woo has many other options. Otherwise will be to the town (xian Cheng) which is abt 30 Min drive away.
The free shuttle bus which ply between the railway station n hotel stops outside the Xue ru Yi ski resort and we had to walk in abt 300m n up the slope/stairs in the cold to the hotel. Need to take note of the sub names of Xue Ru Yi hotels as there are 2 sub hotels Xue ru Yi - 睿景 (rui Jing) and Xue ruyi - 维景 (wei Jing) hotels.

The hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

GGuoliersuanniunaiMolto molto soddisfatto di questo hotel! Si può dire che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto! Le ragioni sono molteplici. La prima cosa è che la stanza è molto grande, recentemente arredata e dall'aspetto molto lussuoso. Il secondo letto era molto comodo e anche la trapunta era molto comoda, il che ha reso il sonno molto rilassante. La colazione nel terzo hotel era deliziosa e molto ricca! Il personale del quarto hotel ha offerto un buon servizio, è stato cordiale e cortese. Per i motivi sopra esposti, inizialmente ho prenotato per un giorno e poi ho prolungato il soggiorno per un altro giorno. 😁Sarebbe meglio se l'hotel cambiasse il gel da bagno con uno che non sia scivoloso!

QQueenNatWooCi sono state cose buone e cattive per questo viaggio di fine settimana. Le cose cattive non hanno rovinato il viaggio e abbiamo ancora un bel tempo. Il parcheggio era pieno e chiese alla guardia dove parcheggiare, diceva che il posto era in grado, e il parcheggio era pronto. SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

LLily in wonderlandWe just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful time with truly outstanding service, we have to mention Vivian from the front desk she put in so much extra effort to help us with the required covid testing for returning home and getting the results. She went over and beyond her duties, really amazing of Vivian
In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.
