Big clean room located near to Zhangjiaje Forest park entrance east gate. Lot of restaurants, groceries and street food can be found nearby. Hotel owner even helped us to keep our leftover food in their personal refrigerator and heat it next day. Also provided us some sweet potatoes which was yummy. I was able to communicate with owner via WeChat and he was really helpful and responsive.

Very close to the east gate entrance to the park. Owner is very helpful and can give maps and tips on how to spend your time in the park. Room was as the photos - large and clean with all facilities. But the bed was one of the hardest we've ever slept on which meant we didn't sleep well.

The location is great, 5 mins to wulingyuan entrance to visit Zhangjiajie national forest park. The staffs are very helpful and give advices for the trip plan.

Great location 5 minutes from the gates for the park. Very helpful owner that took the time to give us information on the area and hike itineraries, thanks again ! The room was comfortable but had a bad smell coming from the bathroom and the shower head was broken with water going everywhere.

Room is big and clean but the drain in the toilet is extremely smelly. The manager is kind enough to compensate us by providing a taxi transfer to our next destination.

Many thanks for the excellent service and support, the hotel location was great, less than five minutes walk to the Wulingyuan entrance. Room was good and clean. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. The lady there was friendly, they help us to secure the ticket to Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuan and the Glass Bridge. These had save us a lot of time and trouble. Highly recommended to this friendly homestay, not expensive and value for money.

The room is very clean and convenient. The location is near the east gate and easy to walk. There is a lot of food around hotel. Also staffs are willingly service and very freindly, he helps me plan my trip completely .

All are good except the air con doesn't kept us very warm. Owner are very kind and helpful

老闆很熱情，服務好。幫忙規劃路線、還可以買有點優惠的門票，附近的飯店好吃不貴。關鍵吃飯用房卡還能打個折扣。衞生很乾凈，客棧離景區步行300多米就到了，很方便。設施齊全，衞生乾淨。環境很好，在房間就能開到山景，非常棒，值得推薦

客棧距離森林公園標誌門非常近，周邊的配套很好，門口就有小吃街，超市，飯店都不貴，而且老闆和老闆娘挺熱情的，給定製旅遊路線，推薦周邊好吃不貴的飯店，我們訂的2米的大床房真的超級大，衞生間也挺乾淨，給個五星好評！

乾淨實惠，走到景區十分鐘，樓下有小吃夜市，老闆熱情周到，為我規劃了有限時間內精華景點路線，介紹了周邊美食和回家前可買的特產，見我走得腿疼拿來雲南白葯噴霧，對於不常走路的人周遍美景不是一天能游完的，連住了三晚哈

房間非常乾淨衞生，設施也挺全的，驅蚊器也有，毛巾很白很乾凈，老闆娘説都是她自己洗的，客棧坐落在最後一排，比較安靜，從客棧走路到標誌門大約6，7分鐘，本來衹定了一晚，打算不滿意就換一家，因為周邊全是客棧，而且外觀都差不多，但是覺得這家挺滿意，就不換了，又繼續住了兩晚，最後一天問老闆娘哪家餐館好吃，老闆娘才推薦了一家，説一般不會主動推薦，因為怕被人説是託，去那家吃了，果然不錯，物美價廉！

老闆人很好，到店就幫我們規劃遊玩路線，我在國家森林公園玩了三天，欣賞到了不同的美景，最後一天幫我規劃不走回頭路，居然把我的行李運送到了天門山民宿，讓我輕鬆玩，老闆太温馨啦，房間大乾淨舒適。
