Ottimo Hotel

Questo hotel è davvero senza parole. Non c'è un cavo di ricarica in tutta la reception. Tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel devono prendere in prestito tesori di ricarica. Un hotel a cinque stelle è uguale a un hotel espresso. Il check-in alla reception richiede 1 ora. Mi sono precipitato fuori da adulto e non ce l'ho detto affatto. Ho insistito per chiamare entrambe le camere. Successivamente, poiché ho rimborsato una camera, ho accettato di rimborsare la tariffa della camera e il deposito insieme. The hotel has a swimming pool and a spa. Tried both and it’s amazing! Breakfast is very good, you can even get ice cream and pancakes. The rooms have everything you need. Nearby (50m) is Wanda Plaza with shops and restaurants.

Always a pleasure staying at the Marriott Zhangjiagang. The staff are very kind and helpful. The food and desserts are commendable.

Good hotel, highly recommended. The floor of this building is not quiet if you care about noisy. please make sure the up stair did not have party at 2:00 AM.

This was a very pleasant hotel stay experience. The English at the front desk was quite good. With the help of the attendant Pence, I saved a lot of time on check in and other things . The breakfast at the hotel was very to my taste. I definitely give it a good review.。

They had someone who could speak English, and the room was neat, but the air-conditioning was slow. Overall, we managed to get a good night rest

Excellent location at Wanda Plaza. Large Room with all amenities. Nice View from 29th floor to see the city scape. Extra ordinary breakfast buffet layout on 39th Floor overlooking city sky line at 360 degrees. I will definitely come back here for business or leisure trip next time.

Everything you would expect from a five star hotel. I stayed for 5 nights on the 28th floor in July 2024. The huge rooms are well appointed and mostly very quiet- thanks to good double glazing and double thick, rebated doors with seals. It also looks like there are no rooms opposite each other which minimises any hallway noise. The king bed was firm but softer than most that I've had in decades of visiting China. I didn't like that there was only one type of flat pillow in my room. I liked the walls that slide out to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The shower had excellent water pressure and constant temperature with hot water arriving quickly. Really dark blockout curtains. Fast wifi. breakfast buffet on the 39th floor with mostly western and Asian choices. The machine coffee was average. The extensive view was limited on most of the mornings due to rain and fog. The hotel is directly linked to the Wanda shopping mall, which has Uniqlo, KFC, pizza hut and many restaurants- if you don't feel like paying the exorbitant Marriott food prices. Unfortunately there is no supermarket nearby. Only some mini markets like Lawson.
