Bellissimo hotel posizionato in modo strategico con meravigliosa vista sul Matterhorn e su Zermatt, a pochi metri dalle piste e dal centro . Personale preparato e cordiale , abbiamo soggiornato nella villa e la camera era perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista : pulita, spaziosa con vista sul Matterhorn 😍 hanno accolto il nostro piccolo chihuahua con cuccia e ciotole, non mi era mai capitato ! La spa con piscina e due idromassaggio è sempre con vista grazie alla vetrata e la zona sauna bagno turco è bellissima... abbiamo cenato magnificamente sia nella casetta a tema montanaro con fonduta sia nel ristorante the grill ( carne alla griglia) e ci siamo trovati divinamente bene. Colazione ben fornita, tutto eccezionale ! Torneremo

We came to choose La Vue as an alternative to hotels in Zermatt as we were 3 couples interested in traveling together. The self-appointed “Luxury living” has great reviews and a nice marketing (website) that looks attractive but leaves a lot of inconvenient FACTS aside…: To start with: there are very limited views (“La vue” in French) from the building of the Matterhorn contrary to many pictures and most other hotels in Zermatt. Secondly, the location is on the opposite side of town from all gondolas or lifts to the slopes: it is made worse by the fact that you have to climb a steep and long (400 yards) street, followed by a tunnel and 2 elevators before you can be back into your room: if you don’t mind the first time coming back from a long skiing day, it gets old after a few outings even to go for dinner down to the main street…Of course, that “detail” is not stated anywhere on the brochure or website and you have to be there to realize it.Lst but not least, the building is sitting above a major school with loud children and teens screaming at every break between classes...Worst if you are in a unit facing town...!! Although the recently (2012) built building features simple but tasteful design and style as far as the 3 bedrooms apartment was concerned, the shared amenities (reception, Spa, lounge …) are quite limited and fall short of Luxury standards: the indoor Jacuzzi is small and serves as a pool (unlike the generous size real pools that other hotels that we got to visit (modern like the Omnia, Cervo, or older establishments like Mont Cervin Palace etc…).There is no gym or work out / biking machine and the Massage team and menu are quite limited and overpriced ( I actually went for a massage at the Mont Cervin Palace Spa with amenities that are of decent size with great, international team of trained masseuses and a dedicated Manager… As far as Help/ Service is concerned, this “Luxury living” falls short again: front desk help has patchy hours ( when not smoking outside), most of the times nobody was there at standard hours and we had to deal with at least 6 different ( young/ inexperienced) agents over our 7 days stay…Except for Daniel, their English and knowledge was at best sketchy and their attitude not so great…If nobody is there, you then have to call the main hotel reception (Julen group) for remote (and delayed) assistance. The “cinema” movie room was stacked with storage stuff that blocked a third of the room and we were told that they don’t offer any DVD movie library, you just have to bring your own content… The only redeeming features at la Vue for us was a very abundant and quality breakfast served in room at the time of your choosing. When we went to the Omnia Hotel for a fine dinner, a few blocks away, we discovered an incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff even to outside guests, a great library/lounge bar/ area, an impressive pool and jacuzzi facing real Matterhorn views , and , of course, our dinner at their r

A+ and 5 stars no questions asked. If I could move anywhere in the world it would be this hotel. The entire staff was like a family. Jaqueline was fantastic. She was extremely professional and friendly. She made this experience feel like no other. Sobi was also amazing. He picked us up and made the grass clean every day. His brother Attila was a gentlemen as well. Lukas was also great. He sold us on staying here I’ve the OMNI and other resorts. He was great. Marieke was outstanding and the staff was A++. The hotel was stunning. The view of the Matterhorn was of no other. We could see it from our balcony and bathtub. The attention to detail was incredible. My wife and I took mud baths in the spa. The spa was amazing. This place is special and made our time in Zermatt so special. Can’t wait to come back in winter!

Abbiamo finito su un treno che è arrivato 1.5 ore prima di quanto previsto e la persona gentile del desk front poteva ancora accoglierci, prendendoci in piedi prima di quanto previsto alla stazione. La stazione ferroviaria è in una città e questo hotel è in un'altra parte della città. Ci è un autobus pubblico gratuito che vaga la città dove si può andare e andare, ma sinceramente non ne abbiamo mai bisogno. E' a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla zona principale della città. La parte migliore della posizione dell'hotel è che si trova a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall'ufficio di ascensore sciistico, l'ascensore gondola Matterhorn Glacier Express e il noleggio e magazzinaggio di sci Dorsaz. Se noleggi sci a Dorsaz, lo stoccaggio di sci per la notte è gratuito, quindi non si trasporta sci indietro e indietro all'hotel. Se non noleggi a Dorsaz, c'è una piccola tassa per lo stoccaggio di sci. Il spa dell'hotel è molto bello. Era aperto da circa 2pm-7pm ogni giorno. Il colazione è delizioso con uova, bacon, pasticceria, frutta, yogurt, formaggio, cereali e anche succo arancione fresco. Lavastoviglie e shampoo sono disponibili in ogni stanza, nonché un asciugacapelli.

Ho deciso di prenotare l'albero di gioventù di Zermatt. Proprietà pulita e buona vista di Matterhorn dalla zona di cena! La proprietà non menzionava che l'autobus non andava più al fermo di luchre. La proprietà è abbastanza alta in montagna. L'autobus mi ha lasciato un posto in basso al fermo. quindi è stato molto difficile prendere il bagaglio alla proprietà. Inoltre, la distanza tra la fermata di Luchre e la proprietà è anche un po' lunga. considerando la rigidità. Secondo, la proprietà non ha sollevamento! Era davvero difficile andare al terzo piano con bagagli. Per me, un certo personale romeno mi ha aiutato a portare la valigia al terzo piano. Anche io trovo la stanza (probabilmente 138 o 134) che mi era stata data all'ultimo angolo del corridoio, che è buono, ma al contrario di quella stanza, C'è un'altra proprietà che ha una camera da letto o una sala da letto che si trova davanti alla mia stanza, la stanza non ha una cortina. L'albero di gioventù interlaken ha la cortina. non tutte le camere hanno bisogno di cortina, ma alcune camere che si trovano di fronte ad altre proprietà, consiglio fortemente questo piccolo supplemento. quando ho detto alla signora, disse, andare in un hotel, questo è ostello. Risposi: Interlaken ha una cortina, lei non ha risposto. Quando se n’è andato, il personale della signora era molto brutto e non ha detto che nessuno poteva aiutarvi a sbattere la borsa.Un gentiluomo mi ha aiutato. Questa proprietà è buona. Purtroppo, forse non è possibile aggiungere l'ascensore o cambiare la posizione. ma possono aggiungere cortina certamente.

1. L'hotel è a metà montagna, ha un autobus di trasporto, ma è uscito dal lavoro alle sette della notte. L'hotel non l'ha detto sul suo consiglio di soggiorno.
