This is the best hotel for our whole Switzerland trip, my wife loves this hotel a lot and so do I. This is a quite quiet hotel but with everything you need. They have spa facilities and it’s very modern design and a relax area after a day. We also visited the bar, the lady worked in the bar is friendly and professional, she recommend with the house red wine, you shouldn’t miss it. It’s one of the best wine I had. Don’t miss this hotel if you visit zermatt. We will return in summer time.

the room was very nice and cosy. it has a spa facility and a wonderful breakfast selection. the hotel is a five minute walk to a bus station that takes you to the centre and ski lifts for free. the hotel offers a free pick up service on arrival and departure.

前台小姐姐很熱情，入住之前沙發床均已鋪好。房間風景特別棒，設計也很特別。早飯也不錯，晚上睡覺特別安靜，非常不錯的入住體驗

酒店草地上抬頭清晰可見馬特洪峯，景色無敵。有免費SPA區，房間很乾凈，設施也很新。唯一不足之處是我們訂了三間房，衹有一間陽台可見馬特洪峯，其實酒店有很多房間是朝向馬特洪峯。總之，總體還挺好。

體驗還不錯

Riservazione dell’ultimo minuto per week end di sci estivo. Albergo un po’ fuori il centro di Zermatt ma raggiungibile in poco tempo con il bus linea rossa, a piedi invece saranno 15-20 minuti dalla stazione del treno e 5 dalla partenza della funivia. Hotel moderno con spa, colazione a buffet buona con ampia scelta e possibilità di prepararsi la spremuta di arancia fresca o una centrifuga. Camere molto belle, personale molto gentile.

Un ottima struttura, in fondo a Zermatt, con un maestoso Matterhorn in primo piano. Accoglienza professionale, con un’attenta e precisa organizzazione già prima dell’arrivo e con un utile servizio concierge da e verso la stazione (che dista 25 minuti a piedi, o 8 minuti con i piccoli pulmini elettrici di Zermatt). La nostra camera 56, con un’ampia terrazza rivolta verso il giardino e il Cervino, è rinnovata, piccola ma comoda e accogliente. Manca il minibar ma ci attende una fresca bottiglia di Prosecco. Accesso alla nuova Spa, ben accessoriata, molto piacevole, poco frequentata in questo soleggiato weekend, meritevole di un encomio per la disponibilità di spazio e di panorama, con saune e hammam accesi assecondando i nostri desideri (abbiamo sfruttato un piacevole late check out). La possibilità di ottenere un buon massaggio rilassante è stata da noi apprezzata. Il ristorante ci ha offerto una buona cucina, con un servizio rapido e simpatico, terminato al bar dal design caloroso con tanto legno e sasso accostati con stile. Colazione dall’offerta non grandiosa ma gradevole, in ambiente tranquillo con un servizio attento. Insomma, davvero tutto molto rilassante all’Hemizeus, una struttura con tutti i dettagli al posto giusto. Grazie a tutto lo staff. Siamo stati soddisfatti, lo raccomandiamo, e ci torneremo senz’altro all’occasione.

Loved the room and the view from our balcony was amazing (pls choose to stay in the room with the Matterhorn view if you are here to see it!) Firstly, the hotel staff (reception and driver) were really friendly and helpful to us. Secondly, breakfast was decent. Thirdly and the best part is the room definitely - clean, spacious and wonderful to stay in. Room amenities were great and there was a heater as well for you to air and heat your clothes in winter. Lastly, we loved the sweet honeymoon decorations by the hotel. Danke!

High expectations were more than met by the room, location and especially the staff. The Matterhorn view room was comfortable, well furnished, high spec and warm given the cold temperatures outside after sunset. Location was chosen because we wanted a peaceful stay and a Mountain View, it exceeded at both. Half board stay included a great breakfast offering and exquisite dining at night.

The Hemizeus hotel is very clean, charming, relaxing, and quiet. We enjoyed our time relaxing on our room’s patio and at the spa. The staff were very helpful with our requests/questions and we appreciated the shuttle service to and from the Zermatt station.

Genuinely friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, varied evening meal (half board) with good vegetarian options, comfy rooms (tho needed more hangers), modern bathrooms. Spacious spa. Unbeatable Matterhorn views and peaceful location. Ski in/out. Easy 15min walk/ bus into town.

Faultless. Ski in/ski out. Outstanding food. Incredible wine collection. Comfortable and silent rooms. Full view of the Matterhorn. The best hosts and staff. The spa and all facilities are highest quality. Ruggiero and Patricia are simply the best.

Excellent food, great location and superb room. We had lots of space for the three of us. Spa is great. The jacuzzi is spacious. The food was delicious and dishes were prepared with lots of attention. The transfer to and from the hotel was easy. Worth taking half board if you ski all day. We had very little energy left after skiing all day and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The kids meal options are good and our son loved it
