Le strutture complessive sono vecchie, il personale è complicato e l'esperienza della colazione è molto scarsa. È praticamente come fare colazione. Le camere sono vecchie. Non consigliato per prezzi superiori a 700 RMB. Le strutture per nuotare sono buone.

L'hotel è molto bello, grande e la piscina è molto bella. Il cibo non è molto buono. Il pranzo è molto costoso, 200 dirham e non è un cibo molto delizioso o tradizionale. Per il resto è un buon albergo.

The hotel is far from the Medina. You will have to take taxis nearby the hotel who overcharge you (especially if you are a foreigner). The staff is not professional nor respectful. We arrived nearby 3pm for the check-in and we had to wait ONE HOUR in the lobby to receive our key. It is difficult to qualify this hotel as premium to be honest. I dont recommend it at all as it can affect your perspective of your stay in Marrakech.
