the room photo in the apps is different with reality！i not recommend to select this hotel if you want the matterhorn！but the staff us nice！

a simple nice hotel, friendly n helpful stuff, i like the public area which we can chill talking at 1st floor ,honesty bar

Lovely hotel with warm hospitality. Very nice service and room is ok.

景觀一流，有陽台，直對住馬特洪峰，完全睇到日出及日照金山整過程。早餐都可以。 可借酒店沒有安排電動小車接送，要帶著行李走一段斜坡，其他酒店有的會有接送車到火車站。

酒店位置在半山腰處，可以看到部分全景，酒店裝修風格也是非常nice，外面雖然下着大雪，但是房間內暖氣熱的受不了，就是價格有點小貴

離采爾馬特火車站還是有點遠，特別是下雪路面就直接放棄提箱子走路去酒店，因為我走到一半導航也不知道從哪裡上去，直接火車站打的士過去吧！好像是超過晚上7點就沒人辦入住，需要郵件聯繫會發開門密碼自行進去，但是聯繫攜程客服也可以轉發郵件，早餐還是不錯！房間其實挺一般！

The service was exceptional from start to finish, with every staff member being welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The attention to detail really made a difference and helped create a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

Great experience in Zermatt! Stayed here in late Jan/early Feb 2025 with my son. Hotel is run by a young couple. We felt really welcome and experienced really good service. Good location in the village at a decent value (Zermatt is never cheap). Hotel has good breakfast, an honesty bar and a sauna and outdoor hot tub with Matterhorn views. What more can skiers ask for?

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms clean and well cared for. The views of the Matterhorn were spectacular and we had a lovely big balcony. All around, a lovely hotel and stay. The walk into the center of town is about 10 minutes.

My husband and I came to Switzerland for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Our stay at Hotel Ambiance was only a few nights but we are still talking about it and when we can go back! It was the absolute highlight of our trip! The views are incredible and we can’t say enough about Alain! He was a pleasure to chat with and to learn about the amazing family history of the hotel made us love it even more! He helped us settle in, poured us a few drinks at the honesty bar and even made us a reservation at an AMAZING restaurant on a busy Friday night. The hotel breakfast was also a delight! Don’t skip out on staying here, we absolutely loved it! Can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful and the most enjoyable time of my life with my beloved wife. I would personally thank Mrs Hannalore and Mr Andre and the whole staff of Hotel Ambiance. A complimentary Room upgrade..superb breakfast and out of the world hospitality.. I would strongly recommend everyone to stay here and no where in Zermatt. I look forward to be there again.. Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The family who owns the hotel went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was flawless. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the hot tub, where we enjoyed a relaxing soak while taking in the breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Another memorable moment was sipping a refreshing afternoon drink on the terrace, with the iconic mountain providing a stunning backdrop. We can’t recommend this hotel enough for its unbeatable combination of comfort, charm, and incredible scenery. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The hotel and staff had such a nice feel to it, we felt so “ at home” during the Christmas period. The owners were so personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay. My now fiance’ and I got engaged whilst in Zermatt and every single staff member came up to us to personally congratulate us. Rooms and facilities were also immaculate. We will be back!!

Quiet street, excellent service. We had an amazing Whiskey tasting experience with Andre, I have a new appreciation and knowledge for Scotch now! The Honesty Bar is delightful after a long day exploring Zermatt. The breakfast offerings were delicious, fresh local cheeses and preserves, breads, fruit and protein to start your day. Definitely enjoy and get your day started right! Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
