Hotels con pick-up a Zamboanga

The hotel was nice. I remember staying in the hotel decades ago when I was a child, so it was nostalgic. The hotel is relaxing and nice. The rooms (we stayed in the new building) we clean, nice and modern. The TVs were a bit basic though. The restaurant has very long wait times but the food was really tasty. Unfortunately we actually saw a massive rat run past us in the restaurant. It weirdly didn't bother us too much though. I'd still recommend staying at the hotel. It's conveniently close to the city and the airport. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Looking forward to stay here once again with my family. Thank you very much Winzelle! Maybe the WiFi system can be improved so that we can easily communicate with our families in the abroad, but so far the location is good, its surrounding buildings and shops are also good to explore the beauty of Zamboanga City. Bathroom smelt very bad, we know why as it's mouldy on the walls and under the shower tiles black comes up from where the water goes under the bathroom is actually quite dirty a bit of bleach or a strong mould remover would work wonders.. Towel rail just hanging on wall. Nothing to place your things in the bathroom and only a small desk so if you have to keep things in your suitcase as there is no room. Room service had to put the plates of food on the bed yes on the bed as the desk is very small and there is nothing else to use. The staff are very polite and this is what is keeping this hotel going as for us it wouldn't be the rooms. Maintenance would help if you actually repair stuff in the room. The phone system was down so had to keep leaving the room to ask questions about things, number given we couldn't get through to the mobile number.. Being fathers day we had to stay in Zamboanga for 2 days for business and had no choice to stay for the 2 nights otherwise I would have left that night. The second night we had no water coming out the tap not happy. The hot water system has the bathroom light wired in as well and when you are showering the light flickers like a disco. Seems quite dangerous. Overall the bathroom has let the room down and even the dust on top of things, I'm tall so I see it all. I can actually let the room pass but definitely not the stinky bathroom and the health hazard mould.

Quando ci siamo iscritti, abbiamo trovato un sacchetto di plastica con la torta di frutta di Lanzones nella cassa. Nonostante rimanere nelle Suite Executive, non c'era acqua potabile o pasta dentale fornita. Dovremmo chiamare la ricezione per chiederle. D'altra parte, il personale era molto ospite e attento alle nostre richieste, spero che la prossima volta si preparano la stanza e la puliranno bene!

The room are nice and clean specially the ambiance is relaxing. The staff are friendly.
