We picked this hotel because it is the highest rated hotel in Zamboanga City in TripAdvisor and there were no horrible comments. That’s really not a compliment for the city. The highest rated hotel in Zamboanga is, sadly, average to below average. It was not a bad experience, but it was not impressive. What’s good is that the hotel runs like a real one. People are polite and accommodating, the room we were given was clean, the sheets while not new-looking were clean and clean-smelling. However, it’s dated and it just has to pay attention to things that travellers like my family will see very negatively, like holes and stains on the curtains, stains on the carpet, the need to re-grout the bathroom, etc. Breakfast was average, if not lacking. In my experience, the addition of breakfast longganisa and arroz caldo could up the breakfast experience significantly. If this amazing city wants more tourists from Manila and even other countries, it has to have a hotel that gives an excellent experience. With the kind of good service it gives, this hotel can be an excellent one. Good luck and I hope the hotel takes this review as a positive challenge.

Il nostro soggiorno in Two Seasons Executive Suite è una buona esperienza. Anche se ci sono alcune preoccupazioni nelle loro strutture, come non ci sono tavole e sedie disponibili. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, è piuttosto buono, ma al check-in - penso che ci sia un problema che ho chiaramente prenotato online 3 giorni e 2 notti, ma chiedono se si prolungerà il nostro soggiorno. Intende dire, quando si accede, ci pagano solo per una notte. Quindi, migliorare le competenze di gestione per una transazione facile. Food? Non sono sicuro se hanno offerto cibo, ma nel nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto a disposizione.

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Marcelina, and unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one particular male manager or who I think is the officer in charge. While I appreciate the efforts of the hotel staff to create a pleasant environment, the conduct of the manager was deeply disappointing. During my stay, I observed that this manager interacting with hotel staff in a manner that can only be described as unprofessional. This behavior was evident not only in his communication with guests but also in his interactions with the hotel staff. As a guest and a former hotelier, witnessing such behavior from a manager not only diminished the quality of my stay but also created a negative atmosphere within the hotel. One specific incident that stood out occurred when I overheard him engaged in a conversation with someone else. The tone and language used were unprofessional and did not align with the standards of hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment. It was disheartening to witness a manager representing the hotel in such a manner. With his behavior this individual should not be working in a hotel. The impact of his behavior extended beyond my personal observations, as I noticed a visible discomfort among the hotel staff. This created an unfavorable atmosphere that undoubtedly affected the overall guest experience. I believe it is crucial for the management of the hotel to address these concerns promptly. A manager's role is pivotal in shaping the perception of the hotel, and the unprofessional conduct displayed detracts from the otherwise positive aspects of the establishment. In the interest of maintaining a high standard of hospitality and ensuring a positive guest experience, I recommend that the hotel management or owner address this matter promptly. Training programs on professional conduct and effective communication may be beneficial for him and the staff alike.

per un soggiorno notturno, il prezzo della camera era un furto. Tutti e due abbiamo avuto un piccolo colazione a 700 pesos per persona. Questo hotel offre TV via cavo, doccia calda e fredda, lenzuola fresca, kit dentali, acqua bollente, Letti a due e condizionatore d'aria. Ha anche un paio di mutandine. ma noi abbiamo portato il nostro. Non c'erano pendenti. ci hanno fornito due pendenti per nostra richiesta. e c'è solo un pendiente per ogni letto. Devi pagare 20 pesos extra per ogni pendiente supplementare. 4 più pezzi. Wi-Fi è stabile ma un po ' lento. Questo è un bel hotel ma kinda lontano dal centro. La nostra vista della stanza consisteva di tetti di tin dal vicino.

Ho avuto una festa di compleanno sorprendente organizzata dalla mia famiglia all' LM Hotel il 17 settembre, che è stata una divertente e memorabile esperienza, e mi ha colpito l'eccellente servizio fornito dal personale. Ho pagato la fattura in pieno tramite carta di credito e ho anche lasciato un consiglio generoso per riconoscere il duro lavoro dei server, ma una settimana dopo ho scoperto che la mia carta di credito era stata sovraccaricata. Mi sono rivolto immediatamente all'hotel per risolvere il problema, ma ciò che è stato seguito è stato un'esperienza frustrante: mi sono messo in lunghe stazioni, trasferito tra i dipartimenti, e mi è stato ripetutamente detto che il problema era dovuto alla banca. Nonostante le loro promesse di rimborsare i costi eccessivi, sono passate settimane e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risoluzione. Mentre la celebrazione stessa era grande, la mancanza di onestà e responsabilità dell’Hotel LM nel gestire la questione della fatturazione mi ha lasciato sentire tradito. È deludente che ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere una semplice correzione sia diventato un problema in corso. Un hotel che si orgogliosa del servizio dovrebbe garantire che le loro operazioni finanziarie siano altrettanto professionali e trasparenti quanto la loro ospite. Che vergogna! Per tutti i patroni, spero che controllerete le vostre transazioni bancarie con questo istituto. Chi sa che potreste essere un'altra vittima di questo disastro!

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel sulla base delle recensioni. Tuttavia, l'hotel è molto buono e la stanza era ok, ma OMG...La pressione dell'acqua era quasi un tribble, e oh NON BEVARE L'acqua è postata sul muro. Preparetevi a 10 minuti per lavare e lavare le mani e una doccia, hahaha, aspettare circa 5 minuti per l'acqua WARM. E il wifi ... di nuovo hahaha costantemente in e fuori. Devi sempre cambiare da hotel Primera a Primera g o collegamento TP o niente. Non sapevamo che se volessimo pulire la nostra stanza, dimenticatelo. Se non glielo dici, scusate le due toletta da bagno che si usano oltre e è la politica dell'hotel non fornire biancheria da lavare o biancheria da maniglia e quando li abbiamo chiesto di portarci biancheria pulita, hanno detto ok, ma dobbiamo pagare 100php. Potresti anche voler portare la tua spazzatura, anche perché la canna è uguale a un gallone di gioiello. Io credo che le anatre nella stanza siano qualcosa da mangiare perché non c'è vendita, nessuna macchina di ghiaccio.

L'hotel si trova a buon mercato lungo la strada Jaldon a Zamboanga City. Puoi andare facilmente in luoghi come l'aeroporto, i negozi (KCC Mall, SM Mindpro), il barter a Canelar e la City Hall. È possibile andare dall'hotel alla City Hall o forse al Gov. Lim Boulevard. L'hotel può essere molto ricco, poiché è un luogo popolare per molti eventi, tra cui feste e seminari. Le camere sono a posto considerando il prezzo. Le tute e i tovaglioli sono vecchi, quindi spero che l'hotel acquisti nuovi tute e tovaglioli anche per le camere a basso prezzo. Le nostre camere non avevano finestre, quindi è difficile dire se il tempo esterno è buono. La TV funziona ma ha canali limitati. Il buffet è medio ma sufficiente, ma il personale è utile, ma a volte sembra essere superato, perché si trovano in molti.

NEVER AGAIN!! I was initially assigned a room accessible only through stairs, the paint on the wall was peeling , toilet flush not working, molds in the toilet , safe box not working. I was transferred to another room, no elevator too,only stairs to access it, the toilet was also full of molds , the same problem with the safe deposit box, the fridge smelled disgusting, stain on the bedsheet , the previous guests’ wifi voucher still by the bedside. I’m too tired and needed to be somewhere so i settled in this room . But then at night when I arrived , I found crawling baby COCKROACHES in my chocolate box, in my toothpaste, in my bedside table . LOTS OF THEM!! The water in the pool too is blurry ! I left the very next morning and found a much cheaper room in a nearby hotel. Smaller room but very clean!!! I am truly disgusted with my experience in this hotel !!! This place needs a serious need of updating. They are expensive too compared to other hotels in this city.

One of the better hotels in Zamboanga city. Reservation stuff is very responsive in emails although can be a bit unorganized when responding. The hotels location is very convenient as it is central to the city and just at the back of sm SM Mindpro. Rooms come with free buffet breakfast. There's nothing stellar about the food but good enough to start the day. Rooms are spacious and generally clean. Wi-fi is decent. Staff onsite are courteous and helpful. Hotel offers shuttle to airport for a small fee.
