This hotel rule requests earlier check out time about 10.00am , and charge 4000Yen per hour for extended..normally it should be 11:00 to 12:00 If u play ski or snow in the morning time ..mean that you will be charged...hotel is quite old ..room is big

great great place and they have their own slope. 3 min shuttle to town and 15 min walk. pretty cool hotel

This hotel is located just 5 minutes from echigo yuzawa station by shuttle bus. The room is clean and comfortable. Naspa ski garden is suitable for family with small children and ski facilities are great.

Hotel room was good and massive,facilities are abundant as well. The onsen is super spacious and it's thru the night. Food selection are quite a few but do try to get to Eki for more selections... Just take note of the last shuttle bus back to hotel. In all the stay was good, just need to take note that this hotel is only allow SKI in / SKI out... But NOT SNOWBOARDING.... That you have to take shuttle bus to other resort location thru its skiing shuttle bus services...

Ohh, I love this hotel very much!!! We drive but they have shuttle bus so I think there is fine for the location. I love the onsen facility of the hotel very much!! The changing area is big, you can have a good relax after winter sport!

Close to JR Station, ski in ski out facilities. Good food too!!

A convenient family resort hotel with swimming pool, onsen, ski rental, ski lesson and ski club for the kids. This is a ski in and out Resort for NASPA. The room is well design, spacious and complete with an Expresso machine. Convenient stores, coin laundry, vending machines are all available from within the hotel. The hotel is also conveniently located so you can drive to other ski resorts within the Yuzawa valley easily within 30 mins drive.

之前看評價還有些擔心酒店情況，入住後體驗很好，服務很周到，基本有求必應，設計動線也很合理，滑雪存儲的空間和設施也還可以，對於初到日本雪場的我們，覺得Naspa非常好，適合適應一下日本雪道。酒店到車站的接駁車很方便，半小時一班，5分鐘穿梭

員工親切服務很好！房間又大飯店設施不錯！接駁車很方便 ！乾淨整潔 連不用整理房間都贈送500日圓飯店抵用卷！可以去商店換點小零食 /還送ski的滑雪卷（雖然我是snowboard)但還是覺得飯店誠意滿滿～ 飯店還是有溫泉池 讓滑雪完的疲憊的身體得到放鬆！ 下次來湯澤滑雪 應該還是會選擇這裡😊 圖片是實際入住和網路圖 發現真的幾乎一模一樣

這個酒店最大的優點是交通方便，離鎮上不遠，每30分鐘有一趟班車，雪場之間的藍線和橙色線都是起點站，肯定能有座位。 另外一個優點就是房間夠大。 但是衞生真得比想象的日本酒店所謂的一塵不染差太遠。房間裏發現臭蟲，服務員拿着工具弄走了，連個道歉也沒有。住了兩天後發現被子上還有幹了的血跡，雖然隔着一層床單，但還是膈應的很。
