The hotel (more of a motel) is centrally located in Yuma. There was a fair amount of noise from the street running beside the hotel. The room was clean, but a little dated. The only real negative was the shower curtain. It doesn't fit in the shower so the water goes out onto the floor. Also, the sink faucet, while it worked, sprayed water. I didn't try the breakfast but from what I saw of it when I checked out it was very basic.

É il secondo viaggio a Yuma,questa volta ho toppato.Per fortuna abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte.
Camera accettabile,sporchissimo all'esterno,colazione inesistente e di bassa qualitá.Sconsigliatissimo!!

Not well lit and clean on backside of building. a building next to the room had no roof and had stuff being stored in it. I.e mattresses, a printer, chairs and more. Looking down from the stairs to the rooms you can see a urinal. I have photos but not able to download them

Facade needs maintenance.
I was kind of sinking in the bed and the end of the bed was higher than the head.

Customer service provided by the employee at front desk at check in. She was really helpful and friendly. My first time in Arizona and she had some good suggestions of things to see and do while I waited for my check in time. Thank you! 😊

It is an older hotel, perfect for a quick stay, service was friendly and the room was good enough for a quick stay. I would stay there again with the family.

enjoyed my stay here. counter staff greeted me daily and provided what I needed. When the wifi wasn't working, she immediately went to the next room and reset the router to make it work. Sadly, the last two days the regular coffee machine in the breakfast area did not work, we needed use those in the rooms. Breakfast were the same choices every day, I guess its OK for those who only stays a few nights. Last morning here before check-out, the wifi did not work, I had difficulty with laundry machines. Needed to use mobile data for the wash app, which for me was very weak.

Don't stay here! We stayed for a week and not once did someone come to the room to empty the garbage, give us clean linen, nothing! The breakfast was poor, the coffee was terrible. The only saving grace was the staff at the front desk. They would do anything and give you wherever you asked for.

Back rooms are located next to a very noisy street. Bathtub taps hot and cold were reversed and when shower was on, tub kept running water so a lot of wasted water. Room clean but felt like floors could have used a bit more cleaning.
