Good quality of food and service .

The ryokan is clean and small although it is quite old. The dishes are delicious. The service is very excellent. Even the guest does not know Japanese, he will try his best to explain the food to the guest. Every single dish just like an art piece which use the seasonal plant to decorate the dish. The whole set of dinner and breakfast are excellent. The disappointing point is the the outdoor Onsen. The size is too small for occupants.

Food is nice and the environment is good. It's close to Aeon, can get daily stuff easily. Dinner was start at 6pm and trip.com will not tell in advance, it has to be noted by customers.

Convenient location. Delicious dinner and breakfast and wonderful times for both my mother and daughter. Lovely place to stay 💖💖 5 stars for our experience to stay this time

很好的日式旅館，晚餐與早餐都很精緻好吃，服務人員的態度極好，露天的泡湯環境也很棒，隔天臨走前還會幫忙拍全家照，從入住到離開都是極好的服務，家人也都很滿意。

很值得的一泊兩食 位置好找，離車站有距離，但不算太遠 員工很友善和有耐心 晚餐的料理套餐真的很好吃 房間內的溫泉也很舒適和整潔

房間size OK，乾淨企理，職員熱情，地方位置不算難搵，提供的基本設備很窩心，有剃鬚刀、面膜、梳等等，室內風呂感覺良好😊

剛一進門的日本阿姨不苟言笑，卻耐心的叫我過去給我講遊玩路線，規定了6點晚餐，8點30早餐，要按時來吃，相信我旺季的價格也是划算的，真的很好看也很好吃～工作人員温和禮貌，房間乾淨並且房間有浴室的就會帶一個小私湯，可以加一些涼水，他們的温泉水太燙了快熟了… 酒店往由布院小鎮走的那條河邊小路真的太好看了，一定不要錯過！

정말 만족스러운 여행이였습니다 일본어를 잘 못했지만 최대한 소통해주시려고 친절하게 접객해주셨습니다 저녁 가이세키도 정말 맛있었고 온천욕도 너무 좋았습니다 조식도 아주훌륭했습니다 또 유후인에 오게된다면 다시묵고싶은 숙소입니다 감사합니다~

早晨和晚餐不夠，懷石料理的食物好便宜份量不足。網評說很好才選擇這一間，其實一般般。下次不會選擇這間。附近同等的價錢相信不會吃這些食物。

離火車站不遠，步行大約10分鐘。我們入住當天因為天氣原因，機場前往由布院的大巴全停，我們錯過了博多到由布院的直達火車，衹能博多-久留米-日田-由布院一路轉車過去。提前和酒店電話溝通，延遲到了七點半才入住，酒店工作人員一直等我們入住和晚餐，非常感謝。酒店自帶露天温泉，能幫助我們掃除一天的疲勞。非常不錯的體驗。

服務員有禮,晚餐及早餐豐富,露天溫泉不大但整潔,惟晚餐限定晚上六時,需要趕回旅館進膳,而且check-in 時間亦需要等候
